A Design and Implement Vessel USN Risk Context Aware System using Case Based Reasoning (사례 기반 추론을 이용한 선박 USN 위험 상황 인식 시스템 구현 및 설계)

  • It is necessary to implementation of system contain intelligent decision making algorithm considering marine feature because existing vessel USN system is simply monitoring obtained data from vessel USN. In this paper, we designed inference system using case based reasoning method and implemented knowledge base that case for fire and demage of digital marine vessel. We used K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm for recommend best similar case and input 3.000 EA by case for fire and demage context case base. As a result, we obtained about 82.5% average accuracy for fire case and about 80.1% average accuracy for demage case. We implemented digital marine vessel monitoring system using inference result.

  • In this paper, we analyze the hardware and software platform for constructing the USN in the vessel environment. Specifically, we analyze the mote technology based on the CC2420 in the hardware platform and analyze the TinyOS platform in the software platform. We also analyze the physical layer of IEEE802.15.4 which is the standard of the USN communication. In the simulation, we evaluate the performance in the physical layer of ZigBee/IEEE 802.15.4 by using the MATLAB and verify the validity of constructing the USN in the vessel environment based on the simulation results.

  • In this paper, We implemented vessel USN middleware by server-side method considering characteristics of ocean environment. We designed multiple query process module in order to efficient process multidimensional sensor stream data and proposed optimized query plan using Mjoin query and hash table. This paper proposed method that context aware of vessel and manage considering characteristics of ocean. We decided to risk context using SVM algorithm in context awareness management module. As a result, we obtained about 87.5% average accuracy for fire case and about 85.1% average accuracy for vessel risk case by input 5,000 data sets and implemented vessel USN monitoring system.

  • In this paper, we propose the biometrics system using hand vein pattern. This system is for management about person's entrance/exit in vessel USN. we select the biometrics method using hand vein pattern as adoptable method to vessel USN environment. Our experimental results show that preprocessing using two dimensional gabor filter achieves performance improvements over high pass filtering. Also, we compared our method with measured FAR(False Acceptance Rate) and FRR(False Rejection Rate) using pattern matching, the results show low error rate over high pass filtering. As a result, we verify the adoptability of biometrics system using hand vein pattern in management of person's entrance/exit in vessel.

  • 디지털 선박 건조에 관심이 높아짐에 따라 선박 내에 USN(Ubiquitous Senser Network)의 구축이 요구되며, 센서 노드와 서버의 응용 프로그램 사이에서 중간 역할을 담당하는 선박USN 미들웨어가 필요하다. 일반 USN 미들웨어와는 달리 선박USN 미들웨어는 선박이라는 특수환경을 고려하여 설계되어야 한다. 선박은 해상운송수단이므로, 보다 높은 안전성의 확보가 필요하고 제한된 자원의 공급으로 인해 효율적인 자원 관리가 필요하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요소들을 고려한 선박USN 미들웨어를 설계한다. 설계한 USN 미들웨어는 상황인식을 통해 데이터의 거짓 유무를 판별하여 불필요한 데이터 전송을 차단하여 에너지 효율적인 특성을 갖는다.

  • In this paper, we implements the USN based context-aware vessel system for a group of ships which receives the specific sensor data that is the result of context-aware after collecting from each of the among a group of ships. The received date is shared and managed by monitoring system. If this monitoring system have trouble the sensor from any ship, the it's control was transferred from the main monitoring ship to the any ship and the second main ship collect the data then recognize the context-aware. Also, this system have the advantage of that reduce the load due to the sensor node communication because just collect the optional sensor data.

  • In this paper, we assume that sensor nodes organize the multi-hop networks, are fixed, and operate as full function devices(FFD). The wireless sensor network(WSN) only consists of mobile nodes without the assistance from the fixed infrastructure, which increases the flexibility of the network. However, it is difficult to perform routing in the WSN, since sensor nodes freely join in and drop out of the network, and some sensor nodes have very low power. We propose the algorithm combining routing schemes based on the bitmap and cluster methods in this paper. Through computer simulations, we show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • Digital vessel have to accurate and efficient mange the digital data from various sensors in the digital vessel. But, In sensor network, it is difficult to transmit and analyze the entire stream data depending on limited networks, power and processor. Therefore it is suitable to use alternative stream data processing after classifying the continuous stream data. In this paper, We propose efficient processing method that arrange some sensors (temperature, humidity, lighting, voice) and process query based on sliding window for efficient input stream and pre-clustering using multiple Support Vector Machine(SVM) algorithm and manage hash table to summarized information. Processing performance improve as store and search and memory using hash table and usage reduced so maintain hash table in memory. We obtained to efficient result that accuracy rate and processing performance of proposal method using 35,912 data sets.

  • Digital vessels can occur large a disaster at sea because vessels in fire and collision in case of certain unforeseen circumstances. In this paper, We propose digital vessel context monitoring system through risk analysis. We propose environment information analysis system using wireless sensor that have to acquire marine environment and context of marine digital vessel. For conducting simulation, we chose 300 data sets to train the neural network. As a result, we obtained about 96% accuracy for fire risk context and we obtained 88.7% accuracy for body of vessel risk context. To improve the accuracy of the system, we implement a FEC (Forward Error Correction) block. We implemented digital vessel context monitoring system that transmitted to diagnosis result in CDMA.

  • 본 논문은 선박USN 정보 제공을 위한 응용서비스를 제안한다. 제안하는 응용서비스는 실시간모니터링서비스, 기본정보서비스, 해양네비게이션서비스, 환경설정서비스, 부가서비스로 구성된다. 실시간모니터링서비스는 선박의 주요기관과 장치로부터 수집된 선박 내부의 온도, 습도, 조도, 소리, 뒤틀림, 기울임 등의 상태정보를 사용자에게 수치와 그래프로 볼 수 있도록 하고, 또한 이상발생시 알림서비스를 제공한다. 기본정보서비스는 선박명, 선급, 승선인원 등 선박에 대한 기초적인 정보를 제공한다. 해양네비게이션서비스는 GPS를 사용하여 수집된 선박의 위치 정보 제공과 운항의 편리성을 위한 운항도우미서비스를 제공한다. 환경설정서비스는 모니터링 주기와 센싱 타이밍을 조절하기 위한 설정 기능을 제공한다. 부가서비스는 시스템에 사용자 편리성을 제고하기 위한 서비스이며, 날씨정보, 정비이력, 운항일지 등으로 구성된다. 이러한 응용서비스는 선박USN 모니터링시스템에 적용되어 선박 운항의 지식과 경험이 부족한 초보 운항자들이 편리하고 안전한 운항을 하도록 돕는 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
