The outrigger damper system is a structural system with excellent lateral resistance when a wind load occurs. However, research on outrigger dampers is still in its infancy. In this study, dynamic response control performance of damper is analyzed according to change of stiffness value and damping value of damper. To do this, a real-scale 3D model of 50 stories has been developed and the artificial wind load has been entered for dynamic analysis. Generally, the larger the damping value, the smaller the stiffness value is, the more effective it is to reduce the maximum displacement and acceleration response. However, the larger the attenuation value as the cost of construction increases, it is necessary to select appropriate stiffness and damping value when applying an outrigger damper.

최근들어 기계중심의 기술에서 점차 인간 중심의 기술로 변화되어가려는 시도가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 지능 시스템 연구에 있어서도 과거의 단순 학습과 추론 방식에서 지금은 보다 인간과 흡사한 처리, 즉 인간다움을 묘사하는 기능을 구현하려는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 특히 뇌공학적인 연구가 활발해 짐에 따라 두뇌기능을 공학적으로 응용하려는 연구가 많아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 '관점' 이라는 가치관적 상위 요소를 반영할 수 있는 Super Value라고 하는 개념을 정의하고 이에 따라 유연한 추론을 할 수 있는 KEB(Knowledge-Emotion Binding)시스템을 제안하였다. Main Level과 Super Level의 계층적 구조로 추론 과정의 유연성을 부여하였으며 추론 메커니즘에 의하여 KEB 스레드가 추출이 되도록 설계하였다.

This paper shows the architecture of IPS(Intermarket Payment System), an implementation of the electronic payment function for internet-shopping merchant system. Because the original purpose of commerce transaction is the exchange of money for goods or services, it is very important to prepare an exchangeable economic value or method. The electronic payment system is the hardware or software or both to process an electronic payment transaction. It has two type, the broker type and the electronic value type. The broker type means an intermediator between real bank network and internet commerce transaction. The electronic value type means a substitute for money in the real world. This paper shows the architecture and the function to implement the broker type electronic payment system. The system has two parts. One is the mediator part to support multiple payment systems and to offer common access methods for merchant system database. The other is the executor part to implement the payment protocol and to process payment transaction.

It seems that a primary concern of the project-based company, which provides a large scale product or service over long term period, is to run a successful project through systematic project process control and control costs. One of the typical project control methods is Earned Value Management System(EVMS) which analyses the precess through performance measurement. Even though the EVMS is a highly efficient tool in the managerial aspect, it cannot easily determine the Planned Value(PV), Actual Cost(AC), or Earned Value(EV) due to the indistinct criteria and extensive data. The accurate calculation of AC in particular, is the basic of project management, but most companies record direct personnel expenses or direct expenses only. Since they calculate indirect expenses based on the estimated ratio, it limits the systematic project management that reflects changes in profit and loss of a company. This study introduces a EVMS for project management and its actual case based on EVMS and ERP system which some additional modules are installed for performance measurement. It is expected that this new method enables a company to save time and effort, and also to improve transparency by specifying expense items in detail and to switch quarterly settlement to monthly by reducing the time of calculation.

대통령기록물은 어떠한 방식으로 그 가치를 재평가하고 폐기되어야 할까. 현재 대통령기록물 재평가는 대통령기록물의 특수성을 고려하는 동시에 공공기록물로서 대통령기록이 가지는 속성에 근간을 두고 7종으로 그 가치를 재평가하는 방식의 이중적 체계 안에서 운영되고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 국내 대통령기록물 재평가제도의 특성을 이해하고 현 재평가제도의 문제와 이슈를 정리함으로서 대통령기록물의 가치와 재평가에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 더불어 미국의 대통령 기록물관리법에서 규정한 대통령기록물의 재평가제도에 대해 알아보고 이를 국내 대통령기록물 재평가제도에 시사하는 바를 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구는 의료기관 인증제도가 구성원들이 지각하는 서비스가치, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 의료기관 인증제도는 의료기관 종사자들이 지각하는 서비스가치에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 의료기관 인증제도는 의료기관 종사자들이 지각하는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 의료기관의 서비스가치는 의료기관 종사자들의 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 의료기관 종사자들의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

In this study, the effect of load torque on the synchronous whirling of a rotor system has been studied analytically. Results show that the critical value of load torque to damping exists above which synchronous response decreases with increasing load torque. It has been also shown that the synchronous whirling amplitudes are more sensitive to the value of eccentricity and the ratio of disk radius to shaft length of the rotor system than other design parameters for a fixed value of load torque.

This paper presents a method for establishing an initial value of redundancy optimization problem to maximize system reliability of multiconstraint mixed parallel-series system. The constraints not be linear. This paper proposes a new initial value which is near to optimal solution by considering the relative median rate of the unreliability and amount of consumed resources for each subsystem. To show the efficiency of this model. numerical example and comparison with Narasimhalu is illustrated in chapter 4.

Storytelling plays a very important role in emotional marketing recently. Storytelling marketing emphasizes a unique story and mythical meaning of the product, rather than its practical function. This is a faithful reflection of what the Dream Society has proposed. In this article, we are researching the consumption value system, and analyze various cases focusing on a coffee advertisement. In particular, by delivering a story, we will concentrate on advertising that appeals to utopian values and discusses the actual impact that it brings. If we communicate utopian values to consumers through various stories, business effects will be maximized, which will strengthen the brand image. The originality of this paper is to discuss the theory of consumption value system positively with the concept of storytelling. Therefore, we will draw conclusions as to which orientation is most ideal for storytelling in advertising. Understanding these business models will help you build an effective marketing strategy for the Dream Society.

In this paper, a new overload control scheme is proposed for a control system in ATM switching system. The proposed control scheme includes a counter that conunts the number of accepted calls and is decreased at cach D time interval. In overload condition of call processor, the control scheme detects over load condition when the counter value reaches a certain threshold value. Under overload condition, processor utilization is measured and the value of the D is updataed according to the difference between measured processor utilization and target utilization. A new call is accepted accepted only if the value of the counter is less than the threshold value. In overflow condition of cell traffic, accept probability of new call is reduced exponetially according to the elapsed time. The results of simulation show that the proposed overload contorl scheme maintains the target utilization very well under the various processor overload conditions and reduces the cell loss probability under the cell overflow conditions.
