  • A photovoltaic panel is a device that, through the photovoltaic effect, converts luminous energy into electric energy. Photovoltaic generation system used infinity of solar energy, cost of fuel is needless and there in no air pollution or waste occurrence. This paper summarizes the results of these efforts by offering a photovoltaic system structure in 30[kW] large scale applications installed in Mokpo National University dormitory roof. The status of photovoltaic system components, are inter-connection and safety equipment monitoring system will be summarized as this article. This describes configuration of utility interactive photovoltaic system which generated power supply for dormitory. In this paper represent 30[kW] utility photovoltaic system examination result.

  • 분산발전시스템에 비상부하 등의 전용부하가 접속되어 있는 경우, 주전원에 고장이 발생하러라도 비상전용부하에는 지속적인 전력을 공급하기 위하여 의도적인 단독운전을 하게 된다. 기존의 계통연계형 인버터는 주전원에 전력을 주입하기 위하여 평소에 전류제어모드로 운전을 하기 때문에, 의도적인 단독운전 상황이 발생하는 경우 비상부하에 안정된 전압을 공급해 주기 위하여 전압제어모드로 운전을 전환하여야한다. 이러한 운전모드의 전환시 인버터의 출력단 전압에 심각한 과도문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 의도적인 단독운전 발생시 인버터 운전모드 전환에 따른 출력전압의 과도현상을 최소화하기 위한 인버터 토폴로지와 제어알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 간접전류제어 알고리즘에 적합한 LCL필터 설계방법과 설계데이터를 제시한다.

  • The paper proposes a new protection algorithm for reliable operation of grid-interfaced PV system, which can flexibly interact with conventional protective schemes of power utility grid not only to prevent damages to utility or public persons and utility apparatus caused by malfunction or failure in distribution network protection system, but also to protect a PV system itself from faults or abnormal conditions of the network. The proposed algorithm is based on reclosing characteristics of the distribution system. As a network fault occurs, the new scheme determines whether it is momentary or permanent and responds in a pre-programmed way to the fault. For permanent outage, the proposed algorithm shuts down inverter's operations but monitoring system voltage and frequency at the point of common coupling with grid. When it comes to the momentary outage, Inverter starts stand-by operation mode so that it can be automatically connected to the grid without start-up procedures as soon as the system voltage and frequency returns into the normal operation range. In order to investigate' and evaluate the PV system operation, simulation study based on PSCAD/EMTDC has been carried out to verify the performance of the proposed protection scheme.

  • 본 논문은 기존의 시스템에 비해 시스템의 전력회로 구조의 큰 변경 없이 밧데리와 같은 전력저장 장치 디바이스의 추가와 개선된 운용방법을 적용한 첨두부하 삭감효과를 갖는 계통연계형 태양광발전시스템(UIPV)을 제안하였다. 개선된 운용방법과 에너지 저장장치의 추가로 기존 시스템에 비해 PV-array 용량을 작게 설치하여도 첨두부하 삭감효과를 크게 할 수 있으며, 가격 및 설치공간 등의 면에서 평가하여 기존시스템보다 더 나아짐을 확인하였다.
