Research and Design of Functional Requirements of Shared Electric Bicycle App Based on User Experience

  • Intelligent applications are crucial for increasing the popularity of shared urban electric bicycles (EBs). Building an application platform architectural system that can satisfy independent user operations is critical for increasing the intelligent usage of shared EBs. Consequently, we collected online reviews of shared EB applications, conducted semantic processing and sentiment analysis, and refined the positive and negative review data for each function. The positive and negative review indices of each function were calculated using the formulae for positive and negative review indices of product functions, thereby determining the functions that need to be improved. Each function of the Shared EB application was improved according to its business process. The main contributions of this study are to build a user requirement architecture system for the Shared EB application with five dimensions and 22 functions using the Delphi method to design the user interface (UI) of this application based on user satisfaction evaluation results; to create a high-fidelity dynamic interaction prototype and compare user satisfaction before and after improving the Shared EB application functions. The testing results indicate that the changes in the UI significantly improve the user experience satisfaction of the urban Shared EB application, with the positive experience index increasing by 69.21% and the negative experience index decreasing by 75.85% overall. This information can be directly used by relevant companies to improve the functions of the Shared EB application.

이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스의 이용자 만족도 분석 : 부산시 사례를 중심으로 (User's Satisfaction Analysis on the User-Oriented Public Transit Service in Busan)

  • 이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스는 이용자의 개별 특성을 고려한 이용자별 선호 대중교통정보를 언제 어디서나 정보제공 매체를 통해 빠르고 편리하게 제공하기 위한 서비스로, 차내장치, BIT, 모바일 3가지 매체와 서비스에 대한 개발 연구가 진행되었다. 서비스에 대한 평가를 목적으로 테스트 베드 지역인 부산시를 대상으로 만족도 평가를 실시하며, 각 매체별/종합만족도의 영향을 미친 중요요인을 분석하고, 이러한 결과를 기초로 서비스 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균값 3.54로 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 각 매체별로는 차내장치 3.29, BIT 3.62, 모바일 4.05의 만족도를 보였다. 이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스의 종합만족도는 범주형 회귀분석 결과 표준화계수 .632인 "차내장치"가 만족도를 결정짓는 중요요인 매체로 작용한 것으로 분석되었다. 제공 서비스 측면에서 현재 제공되는 정보만으로도 충분히 구득이 가능하므로 콘텐츠의 추가보다는 이용환경의 개선 요구가 더 많은 것으로 분석되었으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 이용자 측면에서의 개선방안을 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

컨테이너 복합문화공간에 나타난 컨테이너 건축특성과 이용자 만족도 (Characteristics of Container Architecture Shown in Container Multiplex Cultural Space and User Satisfaction)

  • This study is intended to suggest an improvement scheme of activating container multiplex cultural space through an analysis of container architecture characteristics and a survey of user satisfaction, focusing on container multiplex cultural space located in Seoul city. Hence, the elements of multiplex cultural space and the characteristics of container architecture were deduced and analyzed through precedent study and literature review relating to multiplex cultural space and container architecture, and then an analysis framework was established with items to measure the user satisfaction. Based on this, a questionnaire was created, and users were surveyed through on-site visit. The results of analyzing the container multiplex cultural space users' satisfaction are as follows. First, in order to increase user satisfaction, it is necessary to highlight visual element. Second, there is necessity for distinct space configuration, such as connection, stack and extension by utilizing the fixed specifications, the characteristics of container. Third, there is necessity for extended space where people feel a sense of openness. Fourth, it should be improved so that air is well circulated by installing glass, operable window, etc. In further research, it is thought necessary to make a study of commercial space and facilities inside university besides multiplex cultural space.

학습기대와 지식공유 지각이 사용자 만족과 지속사용에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Learning Expectation and Perceived Knowledge Sharing on User Satisfaction and IS Continuance)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learning expectation and perceived knowledge sharing on user satisfaction and IS continuance in the Korean Army which is currently using the Regiments' Information System to help their Integrated Administration Management. Based on both the Information System(IS) Continuance Model and IS Success Model, this study also examine the role of system quality on user satisfaction. We develop a research model(structural equation model) and its hypotheses that learning expectation, perceived knowledge sharing, and system quality increase users' satisfaction, which leads to IS continuance. The effect of learning expectation on perceived knowledge sharing is also hypothesized. Design/methodology/approach Online Survey using e-mails was administered to test our research model and associated hypotheses. Among the 360 e-mail letters including our survey questionnaire, 285 responses were collected via e-mails. Meaningful 225 cases were analyzed for our study. SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 were used to analyze both measuremant test and hyotheses test by using the data set. Findings Survey results show that learning expectation(confirmation variable), learning expectation, perceived knowledge sharing(a perceived usefulness variable), and system quality(a system characteristic) each increases user satisfaction, which leads to IS continuance, under the control of the effect of habit to use information systems. Learning expectation also has a positive influence on perceived knowledge sharing. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.

스마트워크 시스템 성공을 위한 사용자 만족의 영향요인에 대한 연구 : P그룹사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect Factor of End User's Satisfaction for Smart Work System's Success : Focused on P Corporation)

  • At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of 'communication and collaboration with co-workers' beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user's perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user's satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor 'SWP control system' and technical factor 'information quality' and 'system quality' had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor 'shared value' and technical factor 'service quality' did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with 'information quality' and 'service quality'. This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.

틱톡(TikTok) 서비스에 대한 품질 인식이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향과 상업성 인식의 효과 (Effects of Perceived Quality of TikTok on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: and the Role of Commercial Viability)

  • 본 연구는 쇼트 클립 제작 및 공유 플랫폼인 틱톡(TikTok)의 품질에 대한 인식이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 틱톡의 품질을 서비스 품질, 정보 품질, 시스템 품질로 구분하고 각 품질 요인이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 직접 효과, 그리고 이용자 만족을 통해서 미치는 간접 효과를 동시에 고찰하였다. 추가적으로 틱톡 이용 과정에서 점차 증가하는 상업적 요소들에 대한 인식이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도의 관계에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 틱톡 서비스(중국 서비스명 '더우인')의 중국 이용자 237명을 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보 품질 인식과 시스템 품질 인식은 이용자 만족에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 정보 품질 인식은 지속 사용 의도에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 이용자 만족은 시스템 품질 인식과 지속 사용 의도를 완전 매개하며, 정보 품질 인식과 지속 사용 의도를 부분 매개한다. 넷째, 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도는 정적인 상관관계를 가지지만, 둘 간의 관계에서 상업적 인식의 조절 효과는 나타나지 않았다.

구독형 OTT 서비스 특성이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향: 넷플릭스 이용자를 대상으로 (Effects of Service Characteristics of a Subscription-based OTT on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: Evaluation by Netflix Users)

  • 본 연구는 넷플릭스의 서비스 특성 요인을 콘텐츠 다양성, 요금제 적절성, 추천 시스템, N-스크린 서비스, 몰아보기, 서비스 품질 등 6개 차원으로 구분하고, 각 차원이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에 어떤 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 넷플릭스 서비스를 이용한지 1년 미만인 신규 가입자 202명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 넷플릭스 서비스의 콘텐츠 다양성, 추천 시스템, 몰아보기 기능, 서비스 품질은 이용자 만족에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 넷플릭스 서비스 특성 인식이 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 직접 효과와 이용자 만족을 통해 영향을 미치는 간접 효과를 분석한 결과, 먼저 N-스크린 서비스는 지속 사용 의도에 직접 효과도 간접 효과도 모두 미치지 않았다. 반면에 콘텐츠 다양성, 추천 시스템, 몰아보기 기능과 서비스 품질은 지속 사용 의도에 대한 직접 효과는 유의미하지 않았지만, 이용자 만족을 통한 간접 효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 요금제 적절성은 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 직접 효과가 유의미했지만 이용자 만족을 통한 간접 효과가 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도는 예측한 바와 같이 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

스마트 장기요양 애플리케이션의 사용자 만족도 개선방안 도출: 심층 인터뷰와 토픽 모델링 활용 (User Satisfaction Enhancement of 'Smart Long-Term Care' Mobile Application: In-depth Interview and Topic Modeling)

  • Two dominant phenomena in modern world; population ageing and digitalization, have led public sector organizations to heavily rely on B2C(Business-to-Consumer) mobile applications. Yet, fatal concerns and complaints have often been raised by the mobile application users, notably from social welfare sector. With the continual expansion of digital landscape as well as the growth of life expectancy, usage of mobile applications has become prevalent across the stakeholders involved in social welfare sector. 'Smart Long-Term Care (SLTC)', inter alia, is a primary example of such mobile applications, designed to support Long-Term Residential Care (LTRC) service. The main goal of SLTC is to serve more convenient and practical LTRC service for both caregivers and care receivers. To examine user satisfaction of SLTC mobile application, this study investigates existing challenges and means to improve user satisfaction. Hence, we conducted this study using two methods: in-depth interview and topic modeling. Interestingly, two research outcomes commonly indicated that 5 factors (stability, accessibility, usefulness, responsiveness, and ease of use) were found significant in affecting user satisfaction of SLTC. Our findings suggest that the aforementioned factors can be seen as potential causes of the genuinely low user satisfaction. Eventually, this work will be a stepping-stone to elevate the overall quality level of LTRC service along with the user satisfaction degree of SLTC mobile application.

농촌 폐교재산 활용 활성화를 위한 우수 시설 이용자의 만족도와 영향 요인 조사 (Analysis of User Satisfaction and its Related Factors in Facilities using Closed Rural Schools)

  • Although user satisfaction and activation are noting new, factors related to user emotion have been a part of the important subject shared by most people for management. But few studies have known in culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. The samples were collected through self-completed a questionnaires, a total of 322 users data were identified by SPSS 25.0 and frequency and descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The main results are as follows: 1) General user satisfaction of culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools reach a total or 8.52 points(out of a total of 10 points), 2) significant factors related to user satisfaction are comparative satisfaction, recognition of contribution to the local economy, age, job. A key insight from these results is that most users are satisfied with the culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. And relationship between user satisfaction and a variety of variables indicates the essential for differentiation and utilization of services. It is necessary to implement several practical and political strategies taking the context and the needs of users as a way of enhancing the urban and rural welfare services.

ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 사용자의 재구매 의사와 조직 이익에 미치는 영향요인 연구 (A study on the factors influencing the ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits)

  • ASP service users' needs for flexible and customized services to deal with changes in business environments and user contexts seems to be appealing due to the progress of technology and IT paradigm such as ubiquitous computing and web 2.0. Through the lens of expectancy confirmation and flexibility, we explored factors that influence users' repurchase intent and organizational benefit in ASP services. With an empirical study, we examined information quality, service quality, flexibility, customization, user satisfaction, trust in ASP services can contribute to the repurchase intent and organizational benefit. In addition to, business type and company size are added to the research model as control variables for user satisfaction, trust, and repurchase intent. Our findings suggested that the service quality and flexibility significantly were cruicial determinant of user satisfaction in ASP services. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly influenceS repurchase intent, and organization benefits were affected by repurchase intent. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand factors that affect ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits.
