In this paper, a black box, which is provided the reliability and user safety of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation, is developed. In the developed scheme, a status and diagnosis data of battery management system, power conditioning system, solar energy generation and grid is measured. This status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in the developed black box. In addition, this status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in a monitoring system and a smart phone of user. A performance evaluation of the developed black box is carried out using emulator of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation. Consequently, the developed black box is proved its superiority of the reliability and user safety.

This paper presents a content-search system built on distributed environments using the open product model of STEP, The content-search system searches design data for given product descriptions such as part name and features. Distribute object interfaces has been defined by IDL and distributed product data are searched through CORBA protocols. Web interfaces are also provided for interactive user interfaces. Given a user request, a mediator interacts with distributed search servers and sends collected results back to the user. The mediator has such metadata as location, program name, and other information about product data stored on distributed system. The search servers use SDAI interfaces to search STEP files or databases. The content-search system promotes the reuse of previous design within a company and the outsourcing of part designs.

A graphic vehicle modeling pre-processing program and a visualization post-processing program have been developed for AutoDyn7, which is a special program for vehicle dynamics. The Rapid-App for GUI(Graphic User Interface) builder and the Open Inventor for 3D graphic library have been employed to develop these programs in Silicon Graphics workstation. A Graphic User Interface program integrates vehicle modeling pre-processor, AutoDyn7 analysis processor, and visualization post-processor. In vehicle modeling pre-processor, vehicle hard point data for a suspension model are automatically converted into multibody vehicle system data. An interactive graphics capabilities provides suspension modeling aides to verify user input data interactively. In visualization post-processor, vehicle virtual test simulation results are animated with virtual testing environments.

Reddit is a large user generated content (USG) website in which users form common interest groups and submit links to external content or text posts of user-created content. The web site operates on a voting system whereby registered users can assign positive or negative ratings to both submitted content and comments made to submitted content. While Reddit is a pseudonymous site, with users creating usernames but providing no biographical data, an informal survey posted to a large shared interest community yielded 734 responses including age and gender of users. This provided a large amount of contextual biographical data with which to analyse user profiles at the first level of Computer Mediated Discourse Analysis (CMDA), articulated by Susan Herring. The results indicate that older Reddit users both formulate more complex writing and enjoy more success when rated by other users. Gender data was incomplete and as such only tentative results could be proposed in that regard.

In this study the thermal performance and economic analysis program of solar heating system for district heating was developed. This program, named SOLAN-DHS and based on TRNSYS, consisted of four modules like as user's interface for system input/output, library, and utilities and a calculating engine. SOLAN-DHS simplifies user's input data through the database of most system engineering data including weather data of 17 areas in Korea. Five different types of solar systems which can be applicable to district heating system were presented in this program. Due to the user-friendly layout, all design parameters can be changed quickly and easily for the influence on system efficiency. The reliability of SOLAN-DHS was finally verified by the experiments.

This paper describes UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) control system which employs PC104 modules. It is controlled by application program based on Linux OS. This application consists of both Linux device driver in kernel-space and user application in user-space. In order to get data required in the unmanned flight, external devices are connected to PC104 modules. We explain how Linux device drivers deal with data transmitted by external devices and we account for how the user application controls UAV on the basis of data processed in the device driver as well. Furthermore we look into the role of GCS (Ground Control Station) which is to monitor the state of UAV.

As make a simulator including user interface functions like start & stop, load parameters, record and save, view 3D display has a real-like length and numerical value of sizes, represent real-shape of inner and outer part of robot, make the possible fast and slow selective observation as a adjust a step, receiving the images through the image device which attached in robot, so make a motion tester simulator of humanoid robot which coded by windows based GUI(Graphic User Interface) program with a MMI(Man Machine Interface) function that user can watch the environment which included robot and use a images. For implement this, we use a design data that converted data which made by use a CAD for Laser RP(Rapid Prototyping) progress into C coding for simulator programming. Using OpenGL, an API of graphic, it has a efficiency and detail of graphic operation. To make and test animation data, it has the option of save and resume in animation.

Precoder has been shown to be able to provide source diversity and design flexibility. In this paper we employ precoding techniques for block transmission based on a multirate filterbank structure. To accommodate multiuser communication with variable data rates, different precoders with corresponding coefficients and up/down sampling rates are used. However, due to unknown multipath distortion, different interferences may exist in the received data, such as multiuser interference, intersymbol interference and interblock interference. To estimate channel parameters for a desired user, we employ all structured signature waveforms associated with different symbols of that user and apply subspace techniques. Therefore better performance of channel estimator can be achieved than the conventional subspace method based only on the signature of the current symbol. The delay for that user can also be jointly estimated. Channel identifiability conditions and asymptotic channel estimation error are investigated in detail. Numerical examples are provided to justify the proposed method. gest either multicode (MC) or multiple processing gain (MPG) mechanism [2], while requiring data rates to be integral multiples of some basic low-rate. In order to support variable rate transmission however, a comprehensive scheme needs to be investigated.

STL has several errors such as orientation error, hole error, and acute triangle error on being translated from CAD software. These errors should be corrected before using in Rapid Prototyping. So the software is necessary to correct errors. In this study, STL Editor which is a system for STL error correction and shape modification is developed and contains following characteristics. 1.Apply the triangle based data st겨cture. 2.Use the graphic user interface for easy work. 3.Use the Diet method to reduce data size. 4.Use the Delaunay triangulation method to enhance the quality of STL. 5.Modify the STL errors manually.
