본 연구에서는 공공부문에서 운영되고 있는 KMS의 성과평가의 일환으로 KMS 사용자 만족도의 선행요인 및 사용자 만족도와 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고 효과적인 KMS 운영을 위한 함의를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 지식품질과 KMS 품질, 사용자 만족도 및 성과 간의 영향관계에 관한 구조방정식 분석결과, 연구모형에서 설정한 3개의 가설 모두가 채택되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 KMS 사용자 만족도 및 성과 향상을 위한 효과적인 KMS 운영방안을 제시하였다.

In the large and multifunctional engineering system, the heterogeneous computer system situation is inevitable. Accordingly a lot of integration efforts are being made to comply with the industrial requirement of productivity. In this paper, a practical concept of integration is introduced through the development of a prototype system for ship outfitting design which is a typical example of large/multi-functional application system. On the development of the prototype system, three points are considered as a practical concept-which are integration of database, integration of application programs, and system-user interface. The relation model based commercial database management system(RDBMS) is used to build the project integrated database, and the graphical user interface tool(OSF/Motif) on X-window system is used for the integration of application programs and the user interface.

This study aims to understand the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and expected matching on user satisfaction and continuous use intention for the learning management system (LMS). To this end, an online survey was conducted on K University students located in Chungcheongbuk-do, and 488 data were analyzed and utilized. First, it was found that the expected match of the learning management system had an effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease. Second, it was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and expected matching had an effect on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and perceived ease of use were found to have an effect on the intention to continue using. It can be seen that the improvement of the quality of the university education system has an effect on the improvement of learners' learning effects and satisfaction. Accordingly, it is necessary to seek various ways to continuously manage the quality of the learning management system.

전자상거래환경에서 공급자와 구매자를 연결시켜 주는 핵심적인 수단이 되고 있는 전자카탈로그의 중요성이 증가하면서, 전자카탈로그의 제작과 이의 효율적인 관리를 전문적으로 지원해 주는 전자카탈로그 시스템이 상용화되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 전자카탈로그 시스템이 지녀야할 서비스 특성들을 컨텐츠 제공측면, 사용자 참여 측면, 시스템 관리 측면으로 나누고 이들이 사용자만족에 미치는 영향을 측정하고 검증하여 보았다. 전자카탈로그 시스템을 이용하는 사용자의 관점에서 제시한 컨텐츠 제공 차원(게시정보 풍부성, 디자인 요소, 신뢰성), 사용자 참여 차원(상호작용성, 거래관리기능), 시스템 관리 차원(시스템 확장성, 안정성, 정보 보안성)의 요인들이 사용자만족에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과로 디자인 요소, 신뢰성, 게시정보의 풍부성, 상호작용성, 시스템 안정성 등이 사용자만족에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems9IS) have been discussed in many literes. However, little thertical development or empirical research has examined effectiveness of information systems in health center. This study evaluates several model that contribute to IS success in bealth center. In this study, we propose a process model that exhibits several variables influence one after another. These can be classified into six different dimensions. These inclube system aspect, invidual effect. The system aspect is classified by system quality, information quality and service quality. On individual and organizational aspect, this study uses computer self-efficacy and support of top management. The results of this study are as follows: according to multiple regression analysis of user satisfaction, information quality and support of top management are statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. System quality and service quality are a partially significant influence on user satisfaction. Hypothesis 5, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, ws not supported by the questionnaire results. Based on these results, information quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success.

이 연구의 목적은 디지털 환경에서의 이용자기반의 개념을 기초로 한 이론적 연구를 통해 도출된 이용자기반 정보 검색시스템의 설계요소별로 대학도서관 정보검색시스템의 설계에 있어서 고려되어야 할 이용자 요구를 420명의 대학생을 대상으로 52문항으로 구성된 설문지 조사를 통하여 이용자 계층의 정보요구 발생에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 시스템 설계요소별로 이용자기반 접근에 따른 인지적, 사회적 측면에서 분석하였다.

In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, to realize it, concept of the Internet PBNM Scheme is proposed as the final step.

In this paper planed Virtual Reality user interface that recently hot issue using MVLS(Multipurpose Visual Language System). Proposed system is planed for more with ease approach new type environment system. The point of this system is for more few the number of time of act to get want to result. That is easy build for Virtual Reality environment system that user so far, who did not experience. Also too, application to the environment through Multipurpose Visual Language System based, can be required to increase the case of user of existing applications, not only a simple application infrastructure Virtual Reality. This has the advantage of being able to under Virtual Reality condition the environment for the use of a wide range of applications such as view TV, video and other contents. By using the proposed system, the experience in virtual realities that have not felt during the general public to be able to easily and quickly, virtual reality or 3D Expected to can one step closer to the needs of general and industry.

This paper presents a study on the introduction of User Model-Based Dialogue System. Also we present a plan-based Korean dialogue system as a natural language database user interface for product search. The system can be characterized by its support for mixed initiative to give user more control over dialogue, employment of user model to reflect user's preferences, alternative solution suggestion if there is no product matched exactly to user's requirements, handling circumlocution which frequently occurs in dialogues. The user modeling shell system BGP-MS is adapted for the system. The system provides for a user-friendly database user interface by managing dialogue intelligently. By its implementation and test, it has been shown that the user model-based dialogue system can be utilized effectively for product search.

최근 초고속 인터넷 사용자는 꾸준하게 증가해서 천만을 넘어섰다. 그러나 사용자 액세스 네트워크(xDSL, Cable, B-WLL 등)가 다양해지고, 고부가가치의 유무선 컨텐츠 서비스가 발전함에 따라 기존의 단순 접속만을 하던 서비스는 네트워크 대역폭 보장 및 지연 방지 등의 한계에 부딪히게 되었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 에이전트 기반의 인터네트워킹 플랫폼(Agent based Inter Networking Platform)은 계층적 객체지향 시스템으로 사용자 요구(User on Demand)에 따른 다양한 서비스(Access QoS, 맞춤 응용 서비스, 보안 서비스)를 제공할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 사용자 에이전트와 에이전트 지역관리 서버 및 중앙관리 서버로 나뉘어져 있으며, 중앙 관리 서버는 사용자 에이전트로부터 할당된 대역폭, 현재 전송 속도, 지연, 현재 서비스 등의 상태정보를 주기적으로 받아서 처리한 후, 정책을 세우고, 이를 토대로 작성된 사용자 개개인의 프로파일에 따라 서비스를 하는 것이다. 시스템의 이식성과 통합을 고려해 객체지향의 모델링 기법을 사용하교 계층화된 서버를 통하여 보안에 강한 시스템을 구현하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
