이 논문에서는 함정 내 전투체계 시스템을 효율적으로 운용하기 위한 사용자 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 최근 함정에는 다양한 센서, 기능 그리고 시스템의 지속적인 발전을 통해 성능이 강화되고 있다. 이러한 시스템의 발전은 함정 내 다양한 센서와 기능을 조작할 수 있는 다기능 콘솔의 증가로 이어지며, 이에 따라 다기능 콘솔의 운용자 수도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 함정 내 효율적인 관리를 위해 다기능 콘솔과 운용자를 실시간 통제 및 관리하는 사용자 관리 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 다기능 콘솔에 접근하는 사용자의 실시간 상황에 대해 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 사용자 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 전투체계 시스템의 다양한 기능을 운용하는 CPU의 부하를 줄일 수 있는 GPU를 이용한 병렬화 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 사용자 관리 시스템은 GPU를 활용한 결과 CPU를 활용한 결과에 비해 응답시간은 약 82%, 점유율은 약 20% 줄어드는 성능을 확인하였다.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s satisfaction 2) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s performance. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users(dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office(government agencies, factories), schools(universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company “C” in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26 to July 30, 2004. Two hundred and fifty questionnaires were responded(response rate : 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS Win(11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation and simple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that the information quality of standard menu system of ERP have a significant positive effect on the user’s satisfaction(p<0.001) and user’s performance(p<0.001). When constructing standard menu system on ERP in the contract foodservice management company, the information quality of standard menu system of ERP should be guaranteed in order to satisfy the end-user and to improve the user’s performance.

다양한 모바일 기기의 보급 확산으로 u러닝 기반의 학습 관리 시스템의 연구가 활발히 진행 되고 있다. u-러닝 기반의 학습 관리 시스템은 콘텐츠 사용자의 접근 시간과 장소 그리고 다양한 접근 기기에 대한 제약이 없다는 점에서 매우 편리하다. 그러나 사용자에 대한 접근의 인증과 학습에 대한 집중 여부에 대한 판단이 매우 어렵다. 본 논문은 일반적인 사용자 이벤트 중심의 인터페이스가 아닌 음성과 사용자 안면 캡춰 인터페이스를 학습 관리 시스템에 적용 하였다. 사용자가 학습 관리 시스템에 접근 시 등록된 본인의 패스워드를 음성 입력하여 로그인 하고, 사용자가 콘텐츠를 통해 학습이 진행 되는 과정에서도 간단한 단어의 응답 발화를 통해 사용자의 학습 태도 및 학습 성과를 판단하게 한다. 제안된 학습 관리 시스템의 평가 결과 사용자의 학습 성취도와 집중도가 향상 되었으며 이에 따른 사용자의 비정상적인 학습태도에 대한 관리자의 모니터링을 가능 하게 했다.

Measuring performance of corporate information system has become one of the core issues in that development of the information system requires substantial amount of investments and the system works as a crucial leverage to enhance competitive edge. Most of the previous researches for performance of the information system have narrow and limited focus on such as the effect of user satisfaction and productivity. This paper suggests a model to measures the comprehensive performance which is classified as user scope (user involvement and satisfaction), operational scope (task productivity, task innovation, customer satisfaction, management control) and efficiency scope (financial performance), and to represent the relationship among the scopes by the path analysis model. Followings are conclusions from statistical hypothesis test of the model: (i) user involvement through user satisfaction has positive effect on all the performances in the operational scope, (ii) task innovation and customer satisfaction in the operational scope has statistically significant impact on financial performance but task productivity and management control do not. This conclusion indicates that task productivity and management control has the long term effect in nature, and evaluation of the information system has managerial implication when it Is measured in comprehensive performance which includes internal operational performances as well as financial performance.

Over the last two decades, many information system researchers have developed the variables of information system using the measurement of user satisfaction. In context, this research developed the measurement of user satisfaction in smartphone application market and compared the difference of user satisfaction factors between Adroid market and App store. The results indicated that satisfaction of App store was more than that of Adroid market. The information system and customer-oriented factors of App store were higher than that of Adroid market.

Currently, various discussions are underway to establish a more advanced management system for public rental housing. Also, it calls for improvement methods for problems arising in management of the current rental housing system. In this regard, this study aims to evaluate determinants that affect user acceptance intention of blockchain technology to implement a new system that complements drawbacks of the current public rental housing system. The study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as a theoretical model; the study model utilizes three UTAUT variables -performance expectancy, social influence, and Facilitating conditions-, applies security, availability, and reliability that are perceived from blockchain technology as external parameters to facilitate understanding of user acceptance intention of blockchain technology, and evaluates whether innovativeness can regulate the influence of performance expectancy, social influence, and Facilitating conditions on user acceptance intention of blockchain technology. Based on the significant survey result where 274 IT technicians participated, the study applies structural equation modeling to explore structure of user acceptance intention in the blockchain-based management system for public rental housing. As a result, security-reliability and availability are found to factors as determinants for user acceptance intention, affecting implementation of the public rental housing management system, while innovativeness shows no significant statistical results related to regulation effect. This study has implications in that it understands characteristics of blockchain and empirically analyzes the relationship between the characteristics and acceptance intention to enable blockchain's contribution to activate the public rental housing management system in the future.

이 연구는 대학 강의지원시스템을 이용하는 학습자의 이용성을 향상시키기 위해 필요한 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사를 바탕으로 사전설문과 이용성 평가 실험으로 구성된 이용성 조사를 실시하였다. 이용성 조사로부터 얻어낸 결과를 종합하여 총 11개의 대학 강의지원시스템 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 대학 강의지원시스템의 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 개발하기 위하여 주이용자인 학습자를 대상으로 이용성 조사를 실시하여 실제 이용자의 의견을 시스템의 기능별로 제시하고 직접적으로 설계 원칙에 반영할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, basic system design for PBNM scheme for multi-domain management utilizing data science and AI is proposed.

Many kinds of communication systems will be co-existed in the next generation communication environment. Location management will be one of the most important strategies in the future communication network. Whether the user gets the service in any kind of communication system, it is required to know the location of the user properly and manages this location information efficiently. In this paper, mobile IP and WCDMA systems are considered as next generation communication systems. We improve the performance of communication in heterogeneous networks adjusting the conventional region-based location management strategy in homogeneous network. This strategy can be adjusted dynamically to the communication system on the basis of packet-to-mobility ratio (PMR) in mobile IP system or call-to-mobility ratio (CMR) in WCDMA system, lots of different system parameters, and movement pattern of the user. This can be also based on the performance analysis with considering signaling cost and database access cost.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the effect of the defense quality certification system on the military user's dissatisfaction. In this paper, an empirical research is performed to compare the effectiveness of ISO 9000 : 2000 and Korea Defense Quality Certification system 0050-9000. The research result shows that (1) the Defense Quality system is better than ISO 9000 : 2000 to reduce the military user's dissatisfaction level. (2) the Quality Assurance types 4, 5 have more user's dissatisfaction than types 2, 3. (3) small and medium sized companies have more user's dissatisfaction than large companies.
