A study on how a launcher as smart phone application was utilized as brand communication by deriving a characteristic element that could be changed into an extended function which carried out brand communication function going beyond the basic function of launcher pre-installed for the purpose of UI differentiation according to each device brand. In the results of analyzing the items and features of brand communication shown in each detailed item after classifying properties of launcher components into that of home component and personalization function element, (1) brand image identity element and (2) service marketing commitment element was derived.
MMORPG game is an industry that is growing fast through COVID-19. This study confirmed the factors that influence the self-character identification and social relation internalization of MMORPG games and identified the factors that affect the intention to purchase items and the intention to continue play. According to the PLS analysis, the influence of the character characteristics and social characteristics of MMORPG on self-character identification and game commitment was significantly confirmed. In addition, the relationships between these mediating variables and user behavior were tested. The results of this study suggested the importance of researching MMORPGs' game characters and could be used to improve the competitiveness of MMORPG game companies.
When consulting with senior service user or his or her family members, employees of senior welfare facilities face a vertical relationship due to age rather than a horizontal relationship. Despite few cases reported, service users and the families afflict physical and mental pain on the employees through irrational demands, physical abuses, and verbal abuses. In particular, the Korean society has advocated the notion of respecting elders and thus emphasized members of society to provide unconditional support to those of old age. In reality, however, people who work at senior welfare facilities report the difficulty of providing supports to heavy demands in selfish complaints that are often impossible to fulfill. Starting from May 2018, there has been a petition to the Korean Blue House, seeking protective measures for 'Senior welfare facility professions who are exposed to violence'. The study conduct researches on the effect of job stress on the organizational commitment for senior welfare facility employees from suffering emotional labor. Furthermore, it also aims to point the difficulties that the professions face and the solutions that alleviate the conflicts between the rights of services users of senior welfare facilities and its staffs. The study surveyed 178 staffs who work in senior welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province as its research method. The collected data was analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 to derive the general characteristics of the sample, reliability, feasibility analysis, correlation analysis, and verification of the research hypothesis. The study was able to conclude the following: First, the frequency of emotional expression of senior welfare facility staffs had negative(-) influences on job stress. Second, the incongruity of emotions of senior welfare facility staffs had negative(-) influences on job stress. Third, the incongruity of emotions of senior welfare facility staffs had negative (-) influences on job stress. The purpose of this study is to find the cause and solution of the situation where library LOD does not spread after the introduction of library LOD. Research methods include literature research, case studies, and expert interviews. The improvement plan presented in this study is that first, the library needs to avoid the redundancy of the LOD construction target and build the only and specialized data. Second, libraries need to develop LOD services that reflect user needs and implement convenient LOD interfaces. Third, libraries need to establish identification system of data and build a authority file. Fourth, libraries need to recognize the necessity of data opening and linking to librarians and users, and provide opportunities for education and publicity. Fifth, it is necessary to use LOD for integrated search and to establish an integrated platform for search of library LOD. Sixth, libraries need to strengthen cooperation for LOD issuance and utilization, and form a working-level consultative body. Seventh, the government should pursue strong policies with a continuous commitment to LOD promotion and need to continue to provide budget support.

Under the pressure of business competition and effectiveness, more and more organizations in the world are likely to apply modern software such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) which can help them to create better organizing practice, better managing capabilities of administrators, and better operations of personnel. In Vietnam, many firms are afraid to install it and the number of firms adopting this software is limited mainly due to the insufficient scientific evidence of the successful implementation of ERP. This study aims to identify and measure the factors influencing the successful implementation of ERP of firms in Vietnam. Qualitative research methodology combined with quantitative research methodology is used. The data are surveyed with 343 administrators of 45 organizations that have successfully deployed ERP in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh cities. Of these 19 were excluded from analyses due to unsatisfactory responses, and only 324 were used for statistical processing. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS software. The result of the study shows that there are six factors affecting the successful implementation of ERP of firms in Vietnam, (ranked in descending order of importance), they are top management commitment and support, business process re-engineering, user involvement, project management board, vendor support, and suitability of software and hardware.
Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate current research trends of Four Pillars of Destiny and verify its values and potential in the counselling scene, as the Four Pillars of Destiny's territory has been expanding to counselling, medical and psychiatric realm nowadays. Methods: The studies were searched from psychotherapy to general consultation, directly or indirectly related to counseling and Four Pillars of Destiny. Twenty-one published research studies were selected for analysis. The studies were categorized into 7 groups, meta-analysis, comparison with other personality tests, user's trend analysis, utilization in job counseling, disease prediction study, utilization in treatment counseling, and use in Korean medicine. Results: The selected studies attempted to expand Four Pillars of Destiny's usage through combination with other fields such as artificial intelligence, Korean medicine, and personality test. Furthermore by analyzing Four Pillars of Destiny itself to extract its key elements in counseling, such as therapeutic counseling factors and occupational counseling factors. Conclusions: At present, there are no standard use of Four Pillars of Destiny in counseling scene, for no large-scale research has been conducted or completed on this subject. This current status quo leads this paper to end up just understanding the counseling factors and possibilities of Four Pillars of Destiny rather than its psychological theory and clinical effect. However, this research trend analysis will be helpful in preparing future studies investigating Four Pillars of Destiny's counseling effect, application in the counseling scene and its psychological theory. Also, further studies, including confirmation of the theory through the operational definition, prospective research, control study, statistical technique are required in order to evaluate Four Pillars of Destiny's psychological theory and its effects to verify its use in clinical scenes.
The present study investigated the impact of users' perceived benefits on their happiness and loyalty towards the university's online class system. Furthermore, the notion of loyalty was delineated into cognitive, emotional, intentional, and behavioral loyalty, and a systematic analysis was conducted to assess their respective impacts. The analysis was conducted using survey data obtained from a sample of 298 college students who possessed prior experience with the university's online class system. The analysis of the survey revealed that the satisfaction with the online class system was positively influenced by perceived practical benefits and symbolic benefits. However, it was found that emotional benefits did not have a statistically significant impact on satisfaction. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that cognitive loyalty exerts a substantial beneficial impact on emotional loyalty, as well as a sequential and considerable positive influence on active and behavioral commitment inside the online class system established through perceived benefits. This study holds significance as it conducted an empirical analysis on the impact of users' perceived benefits of the university's online class system on their satisfaction levels, as well as its influence on the four-stage development process of loyalty.

This study surveys the current state of the art in the field of IT investment and performance in domestic finns and investigates the statistical significance of various hypothesis of previous relevant researches. Data of 145 information systems of 133 firms have been collected. The amount of IT budget in 2005 has increased to the level of 2.53% of gross revenue of the firms and IT business value has also increased as compared to the previous year. As results of MANOVA test, it has been found that the amount of IT budget does not affect the level of IT business value. In other words, the relationship between IT investment and IT business value does not exist. And among ten factors which has been known to determine IT business value in previous researches, only three factors have been found to affect the level of IT business value: the technical quality of information systems, CIO leadership in the context of resource allocation and decision makings, and the capability and commitment of the user department. These finding provide insight for both practitioners and researchers.

Given both structural safety and economic benefits of aging facilities, remodelling of the existing facilities is preferable to reconstruction. This recognition provides an opportunity to reduce the commitment of resources and national budget. However, when a subordinate troop asks for remodeling or reconstruction of a deteriorated facility, it is difficult to ensure the consistency and objectivity in the process of decision making for the alternatives due to the absence of systematic and quantitative rating methodology. Their economic evaluation methodology only exists in a manual format. Thus, further research is required for converting the methodology into an automated system in view of practicality such as rapid and accurate data processing. The contributions of this study are as follows: 1) Literature review found out a representative economic evaluation model focused on military facilities, and comparative analysis with a similar study identified the strength and weakness. 2) this study presented how to convert the theoretical framework which enables to solve a specific subject matter into an automated system. 3) it developed a user friendly interfaces which consist of four functional modules by considering the usability and accessibility of the system user. 4) the developed system was verified by a case study in terms of four kinds of performance indicators.

The empirical studies on the implementation of data warehousing systems (DWS) are lacking while there exist a number of studies on the implementation of IS. This study intends to examine the factors affecting the implementation success of DWS. The study adopts the empirical analysis of the sample of 112 responses from DWS practitioners. The study results suggest several implications for researchers and practitioners. First, when the support from top management becomes great, the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects is more likely. When the support from top management exists, users are more likely to be encouraged to use DWS, and organizational resistance to use DWS is well coped with increasing the possibility of implementation success of DWS. The support of resource increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects while it is not significantly related to the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects. The support of funds, human resources, and other efforts enhances the possibility of successful implementation of project; the project does not exceed the time and resource budgets and meet the functional requirements. The effect of resource support, however, is not significantly related to the organizational success. The user involvement in systems implementation affects the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects. The success of DWS implementation is significantly related to the users' commitment to the project and the proactive involvement in the implementation tasks. users' task. The observation of the behaviors of competitors which possibly increases data quality does not affect the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the quality of data such as data consistency and accuracy is not ensured through the understanding of the behaviors of competitors, and this does not affect the data integration and the successful implementation of DWS projects. The prototyping for the DWS implementation positively affects the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the extent of understanding requirements and the communication among project members increases the implementation success of DWS. Developing the prototypes for DWS ensures the acquirement of accurate or integrated data, the flexible processing of data, and the adaptation into new organizational conditions. The extent of consulting activities in DWS projects increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects. The continuous support for consulting activities and technology transfer enhances the adherence to the project schedule preventing the exceeding use of project budget and ensuring the implementation of intended system functions; this ultimately leads to the successful implementation of DWS projects. The research hypothesis that the capability of project teams affects the implementation success of DWS is rejected. The technical ability of team members and human relationship skills themselves do not affect the successful implementation of DWS projects. The quality of the system which provided data to DWS affects the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects. The standardization of data definition and the commitment to the technical standard increase the possibility of overcoming the technical problems of DWS. Further, the development technology of DWS affects the implementation success of DWS. The hardware, software, implementation methodology, and implementation tools contribute to effective integration and classification of data in various forms. In addition, the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects increases the data quality and system quality of DWS while the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects does not affect the data quality and system quality of DWS. The data and systems quality increases the effective processing of individual tasks, and reduces the decision making times and efforts enhancing the perceived benefits of DWS.
