비대칭 자기 진동에 대한 PID 자동동조 알고리듬 (PID Autotuning Algorithm with an Asymmetric Self-oscillation)

  • 선형 플랜트의 극한 이득과 주기를 찾기 위해 포화함수를 이용하여 자기 진동을 발생 시켰다. 포화함수 사용으로 극한이득과 주기의 정확성을 높였다. 발견한 극한 이득과 극한 주기는 PID 제어기 값을 구하는데 사용하였다. 정적인 부하 왜란 등이 있는 경우 비대칭 진동이 발생할 수 있다. 발생하는 비대칭 자기 진동을 분석하였고 분석결과로부터 극한 이득과 주기를 찾는 방법을 제안하였다.

  • 릴레이 대신 포화함수를 이용하여 선형 플랜트의 극한 이득과 주기를 결정하였다. 포화함수를 사용함으로서 플랜트의 고주파 성분을 감소 시켜 묘사함수 사용에 의한 극한이득과 주기 결정의 정확도를 증가시켰다. 또한 적절한 포화함수를 사용할 수 있는 간단한 절차를 기술하였으며 진동이 발생하지 않는 플랜트에 대해서 지연요소를 이용한 자동동조 방법을 제시하였다.

  • The design concept of diesel engines for sea-going ships has been directed to Low-speed/Long-Stroke type to improve the efficiencies of combustion and propelling. But the time-delay property inevitable at such low speed engines gives much difficulties for governors to control the engine speed because they would be apt to go into unstable region especially when operating at low speed. The purpose of this paper is to study the problem of how the governor gain can be calculated dynamically in accordance with the variance of engine speed at least for an engine to be stable. In this study, the property of diesel engine was described as composed of combustion element including dead time and rotating element, and the ultimate gain for the speed control system to be located on the condition of stability limit was proposed based on the frequency characteristics. And the target gains with optimized stability also were proposed by giving proper margin to these ultimate conditions. The results were applied to a model system and the availability was confirmed to be satisfactory.

  • Parameter tuning methods by Ziegler-Nickels for control systems are generally classified into Z-N(1) and Z-N(2). The purpose of this paper is to describe what relations exist between methods of Z-N(1) and Z-N(2), or how Z-N(1) method can be originated from Z-N(2) method by analyzing one loop control system of P or PI controller and time delay process. The formulas of Z-N(1) consist of process parameters, L(time delay), $K_m$(gain) and $T_m$(time constant), but Z-N(2) method is based only on the ultimate gain $K_u$ and the ultimate period $T_u$ acquired normally by practical trial without any parameters of Z-N(1). In this paper, for the first step to seek mutual relations, the simple formulas of Z-N(2) are transformed into the formulas composed of the same parameters as Z-N(1) which is derived from the analysis of frequency characteristics. Then, the approximation of the actual ultimate frequency is proposed as important premise in the translation between Z-N(1) and (2). Such equalization and approximation brings a simple approximated formula which can explain how Z-N(1) is originated from the Z-N(2) in the form of formula. And a model system is adopted to compare the approximated formula to Z-N(1) and Z-N(2) methods, the results of which show the effectiveness of the proposals.

실시간 퍼지 동조 PID 제어 알고리즘 (Real-time Fuzzy Tuned PID Control Algorithm)

  • In this paper, we proposed a PID tuning algorithm by the fuzzy set theory to improve the performance of the PID controller. The new tuning algorithm for the PID controller has the initial value of parameter Kp, $\tau_{I}$, $\tau_{D}$. by the Ziegler-Nichols formula that uses the ultimate gain and ultimate period from a relay tuning experiment. We will get the error and the error rate of plant output corresponding to the initial value of parameter and fnd the new proportion gain(Kp) and the integral time ($\tau_{I}$) from fuzzy tuner by the error and error rate of plant oueut as a membership function of fuzzy theory. This fuzzy auto tuning algorithm for PID controller considerably reduced the overshoot and rise time as compared to any other PID controller tuning algorithms. And in real parametric uncertainty systems, it constitutes an appreciable improvement of performance. The significant property of this algorithm is shown by simulation

  • In this paper, we proposed a new PID tuning algorithm by the fuzzy set theory to improve the performance of the PID controller. The new tuning algorithm for the PID controller has the initial value of parameter Kc, $\tau$I, $\tau$D by the Ziegler-Nichols formula using the ultimate gain and ultimate period from a relay tuning experiment. We get error and error change of plant output correspond to the initial value and new proportion gain(Kc) and integral time($\tau$I) from fuzzy tunner. This fuzzy tuning algorithm for PID controller considerably reduced overshoot and rise time compare to any other PID controller tuning algorithms. In real parametric uncertainty systems, the PID controller with Fuzzy auto-tuning give appreciable improvement in the performance.   • 현장에서 자주 사용하는 강관 플랜지이음은 고력볼트를 사용한 인장접합의 일종이다. 이 이음에 있어서 응력전달은 고력볼트를 조을때 얻어지는 재료간의 높은 압축력을 이용해서 행하여진다. 그리고 플랜지이음의 역학성상에 대해서 충분하게 해명되어 있지 않고 설계방법도 확립되어 있다고 말하기 어렵다. 이상의 문제점을 포함한 플랜지이음에 대해서 종국내력에 착안을 둔 설계법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 리브 붙은 고력볼트 강관 플랜지의 이음에 대한 설계방법을 세우기 위한 기초자료를 얻는데 있고 또한 리브나 링이 개입된 형식에 있어서 직경이 다른 강관 플랜지의 이음이 설계될 수 있는지 조사하는데 있다.

매립지반에 적용된 쇄석말뚝의 보강효과 (The Reinforcement Effect of Stone Columns on Refuse Landfill)

  • This paper presents the design, construction and performance of ground treatment to support road embankment on refuse landfill. Long-term settlement of refuse landfill is analysised by Sower and Yen/scanlon. As a results of site test, predicting settlement excess the allowable settlement and ultimate bearing capacity is not satisfied. The effectiveness of DDR(Deep Dynamic Replacement) is monitered by field tests (SPT, PBT, PMT) before, during and after construction of the stone columns. The ultimate bearing capacity for reinforced landfill by stone columns obtained from the in-situ test results has been compared with the existing theories. In municipal wastes landfill, settlement after treatment using stone column is satisfied to allowable residual settlement. Therefore, long-term stability can be gain in these cases.

  • Supply chain management is defined as "an integrative philosophy to manage the total flow of a distribution channel from the supplier to the ultimate user". There are many differences between traditional systems and supply chain management systems, There are so many advantages applying SCM concept in inventory management field from the viewpoint of information sharing. While each firm try to optimize the inventory individually in traditional systems, SCM focus on optimizing the channel-wide-inventory making effort to reduce the inventory interrelatedly, The more complex your network of suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, the more you are likely to gain operational efficiencies by attending on inventory management. The inventory stockpiles at the various sites, including both incoming materials and finished products, have complex interrelationships. Efficient and effective management of inventory throughout the supply chain significantly improves the ultimate service provided to the customer. The purpose of this thesis is to develop the integrated inventory management system for the control of channel-wide inventory on the intranet by applying SCM concept.
