Under U.S. Antidumping law, dumping occurs when 'subject merchandise' is imported into the United States and sold at less than 'fair value'. The administration of U.S. antidumping law is shared between the U.S. Department of Commerce(USDOC) and the U.S. International Trade Commission(USITC). USDOC's task is to determine whether imports are being dumped, and if so, to estimate the margin of dumping. In determining whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of the subject imports, the USITC must first define the 'like product' and the 'domestic industry'. One of the crucial factors on antidumping measures is the interpretation's scope of the 'like product' and the 'domestic industry', leading the most controversial issues in U.S. antidumping law. The primary purpose of this paper is to examine the 'domestic industry' and 'like product' considering U.S. antidumping law. Most USITC's determinations regarding like product and industry as flexible conception have been supported by the U.S. Courts.

전력 공급과 전기안전은 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT, u-City 기반 기술의 발전과 함께 전력 u-IT 융복합화 제품개발은 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기 위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 u-IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 또한 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신모듈과 제품의 기능에 대한 성능 평가를 하고, 누전, 고전압, Arc, 화재 검출 센서 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합판정을 받은 제품은 KS, 전기안전제품 인증을 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine which factors are encouraging SMEs to participate in uTradeHub(focused on the uTrade search service) in terms of product characteristics and sourcing patterns. The three factors encouraging Trade e-Marketplaces are identified in this study. First, internal factors include the support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure. Second, external factors include the pressure of industry, industry competition, dependence of trading partners. Third perception factors are perceived Usefulness, perceived easy of use. The empirical analysis had the following results. First, it reveals that support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure, industry competition have significant influence upon uTrade Search Services. On the other hand, pressure of industry, dependence of trading partners, Perceived relative benefits are not significant variable of the participation in uTrade Search Services. Second, the factors affecting the participation in uTrade Search Services are differentiated in terms of product characteristics and sourcing patterns. And the support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure, Perceived relative benefits are emphasized very important factors affecting the participation of uTrade Search Services in SMEs. The industry competition is recognized as more important factor in horizontal market in which Spot sourcing just like Operating products is trading. On the other hands, the dependence of trading partners are significant factor in vertical market in which Systemic sourcing just like Manufacturing products is trading.

This study concerns the export-import demands for Korean textile, textile products and clothing products. The result from the practice of study is as follows ; it predicts the constant increase as a result of prediction in the nation's total amount of export-import including the export-import amount of textile, textile-product, and clothing product. It is estimated that nation's textile trade balance will be about U $ 13 billion of trade surplus in every year from 2000 to 2003. Other hand, the trade balance of textile product is predicted about U $ 1.39 billion surplus, so is clothing product about U $ 3.29 billion surplus. Textile ratio is presumed to gradually decrease in aspect of export. Also, the portion of textile export in our national total export is predicted to reduce to 11.61% in the 2003. On the other hand, Textile import ratio will be constantly increased and the portion of textile import in our national total import is predicted to reach to 3.92% in 2003. Textile-product ratio is also estimated to increase in the area of export & 33.12% in 2003. Clothing product ratio is also estimated to increase annually. What with increasing ratio of clothing-product export in textile-product export reaching to total 0.87% within for 4 years(62.96% in 2003, 63.83% in 2003) and what with increasing ratio of clothing-product import in textile-product import reaching to total 6.42%(83.89% in 2000, 90.31% in 2003), it can be said that increase of its import will be much higher than that of export.

Persicaria lapathifolia Gray (Polygonaceae) is a common weed in Korea. This plant and other Persicaria species including P. orientale and P. pubescens have been used as an analgesic and stomachic as well as for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and malaria. During the screening program of plant extracts, MeOH extract of P. scabrum showed anticomplement activity and the MeOH extract was partitioned with hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and buthanol. EtOAc fraction showed strong activity and activity guided separation yielded eight flavonoids. Two known galloylated and a novel ferulloylated flavonoid glycosides showed strong anticomplement activity. Other flavonoid glycosides, kaempferol 3-O-${\alpha}$-$\sub$L/-arabinopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-${\beta}$-$\sub$D/-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-${\beta}$-$\sub$D/-galactopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-${\alpha}$-$\sub$L/-arabinopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-${\beta}$-$\sub$D/-glucopyranoside, quercetin O-${\beta}$-$\sub$D/-galactopyranoside did not showed anicomplement activity.

In ubiquitous computing environment such as ubiquitous marketplace (u-market), there is a need of providing context-based personalization service while considering the nomadic user preference and corresponding requirements. To do so, the recommendation systems should deal with the tremendous amount of context data. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a novel recommendation method which provides the products-group list of the customers in u-market based on the shopping intention and preferences. We have developed FREPIRS(FREquent Purchased Item-sets Recommendation Service), which makes recommendation listof product-group, not individual product. Collaborative filtering and apriori algorithm are adopted in FREPIRS to build product-group.

Purpose - With the recent spread of COVID-19, U.S. consumers' consumption pattern is changing towards purchasing large-capacity products, as they stay at home longer. Thus, the current research investigates the effects of box shape and component diversity for large-sized products on product evaluation in logistic business. Moreover, this research examines that information-processing fluency mediates the moderating effects of box shape and product components on target evaluations to confirm psychological mechanism for generating this effect. Design/methodology - In order to examine the hypotheses, the current research conducts two online experiments. The 184 participants (Study 1), and 205 participants (Study 2) of U.S. nationality were recruited through Amazon Mechanical Turk. This research analyzes the data by using SPSS 25 and PROCESS macro 4.0. Findings - Study 1 demonstrates that when the height of a box is greater than its width, products with single components promote positive target evaluations, while when the width of box is greater than its height, products with a variety of components lead to positive target evaluations. Study 2 shows that the same results are replicated in other product categories and with different box shape ratios. Moreover, Study 2 also finds that the ease of information processing mediates the interaction effects of box shape and component diversity on U.S. consumers' target evaluations. Originality/value - The current research has originality in that it investigates the effect of box shape and product composition diversity on U.S. consumer product evaluation from the perspective of information-processing theory Moreover, this research has practical implications for global traders who prepare for entering the U.S. market.

In the present investigation sufficient conditions are found for certain subclass of normalized analytic functions defined by Hadamard product. Differential sandwich theorems are also obtained. As a special case of this we obtain results involving Ruscheweyh derivative, S$\u{a}$l$\u{a}$gean derivative, Carlson-shaffer operator, Dziok-Srivatsava linear operator, Multiplier transformation.
