u-IT Convergence appliances study and are developed in communication by development of u-IT technology, broadcasting, portal, contents, equipment and all fields of business such as solution. This treatise presents valuation basis of, economic performance, administration sex etc. by temperature, pressure, own, storehouse, gas, justice for humidity sensors and valuation basis that define u-IT Convergence, and sense information u-IT Convergence devices and terminal. Also, studied standardization standard of u-IT Convergence network appliance that follow in valuation basis for u-IT Convergence devices. Is going to contribute establish value as estimation product that equip stability and authoritativeness through correct certification assessment for technological development and appliances on Ubiquitous information-oriented society through this research and accomplish standardization.

Ubiquitous society to build basic infrastructure in the power supply and power equipment safety is important. u-City in order to prevent the disaster of u-IT Power Equipment Performance Module and the security for the safety of the u-City is necessary. In this paper, the power unit of u-IT module, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, equipped with sensors arranged throughout the fire, and home distribution boards, Home Network Wall-Pad, Blocker, MPNP black boxes, arc detection, arc safety equipment, outlet of the modular performance evaluation methods and security methods will be studied. u-IT power devices and sensors to analyze the information conveyed by proactive risk and ensure safety, access control, authentication, security safeguards, such as u-IT integrated management system for electrical safety and strengthen the security, safety and security with a u-City will contribute to the construction and operation.

Whole system and network for supply of electric power and electricity safety are essential element. Study on serve to develop electricity safety integration supervision system to apply product to u-City electric power appliance and cotton flannel mixed of u-IT appliance, Connection badness sensing instrument made device built-in electric power u-IT cotton flannel mixed in outlet that is used most in electric power appliance terminal. Using sensor on ZigBee, RFID performance estimation of communication module about function of product for remote safety check of electricity safety integration supervision system. A performance experiment and estimation in electric leakage, high voltage, Arc, fire detection diagnosis system and certification KS, electricity safety about product that get fitness finding.

현 정부는 신성장동력의 녹색기술산업 분야에서 첨단그린도시를 선정하여, 향후 많은 지자체 등에서 앞다투어 U-City 건설을 목표로 많은 서비스를 도입할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나, U-City 서비스, 프로세스, 필요한 H/W 등에 대한 표준화는 이루어져 있지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 U-City 건설에 활용될 수 있는 IT 기반의 U-City 서비스 개발 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 U-City와 NSD(New Service Development) 방법론들에 대한 문헌연구를 중심으로 U-City Service 개발 방법론 도출을 위한 분석을 하였다. 이러한 U-City 서비스 개발 방법론 연구결과를 통하여 U-City 서비스 도입을 위한 지침서를 제공할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 것이다.

The concept of ubiquitous is being applied on diverse industry fields as a new growth engine in Korea. With constructing u-City, new services which are called 'ubiquitous services' are developed actively. Even though there are active movement to develop u-service, there is no clear definition of what service can be defined as ubiquitous service. Given that this study proposes a u-service value classification framework focusing on services' characteristics. We conducted experts' group interviews to analyze new operating or developing services whether it can be ubiquitous. Study results show that some services are hard to be defined as u-service, so this study offers possible improvement alternative. The u-service value classification which offers clear definition of u-service can be used for the practitioners offering measurement framework of u-service level.

U-City의 안전을 위하여 안전한 전기공급과 전기안전 점검과 전송에 필요한 전기IT 인프라는 중대한 요소이다. U-City의 건설에 필요한 전기IT기기의 설계와 개발 및 제조를 하고 Test-bed에 설치하여 성능 평가를 한 후에 검증을 맡은 전기IT기기를 U-City 설치하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 U-City 안전을 위한 전기IT기기에 대한 절연저항, 누설전류에 따르는 고온, 연기, Co2, 불꽃, 화재 등을 감지하는 센서를 부착하고, 발생할 수 있는 재난을 사전에 예방하기 위해 전기안전보호기술, 전기설비를 상시 감시할 수 있는 기반기술, 설비를 원격으로 관리할 수 있는 제품에 대한 성능평가와 시뮬레이션을 통해 U-City에 구축되려는 종합적인 전력통합감시시스템을 연구한다.

최근 컨버전스가 하나의 트렌드로 정착해 감에 따라, 그 동안 기기 및 기능 중심으로진행되던 디지털컨버전스가 이제는 인간, 사물, 공간을 유기적으로 통합하는 차원에서인간과 사물, 그리고 공간과 IT가 한데 어우러지는 유비쿼터스 양상으로까지 발전하고있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발달과 더불어 이제 유비쿼터스는 단순한 개념정립단계를 넘어 u-City, u-Health, u-교통, u-교육, u-유통/물류 등 수많은 분야에서 현실에 접목되면서 점점 더 구체화되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 가져오게 될 소위 유비쿼터스 IT 혁명은 소리없이 우리에게 다가오고 있으나, 그것이 몰고 올 변화는 우리 생활양식의 변화를 포함하여 실로 막대할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 u-IT시대를 향한 기술발전의 방향과 함께 그에 따른 관련 산업의 변화되는 모습을 예측해보고, 나아가서는 u-IT 사회를 조기에 구현하기 위해 해결되어야 할 주요한 과제들은 무엇인지를 간단하게 살펴보고자 한다.

"The Act on Ubiquitous City Construction and etc." stipulates the regulations on the planning, construction and management of the u-City. As its national-level law system is about to take its effects, future new city developments are expected to have its legal basis to be built to meet u-City requirements. Also, it is anticipated that such needs would require much more planning techniques and strategies. In reaction to those upcoming needs, this study is to search for new IT infrastructure construction process of the u-City in reality. It is also to supply with the each step framework to execute the u-City projects in more structuralize and systemize manner. Therefore, with the u-City IT infra construction guide line v1.0, purpose of the establishment of comprehensive IT infrastructure construction process.

The u-City construction plan being executed presently involves such problem that services are provided in a suppliers-oriented direction while there are not much discussions on what u-Services citizens should be provided with and what u-Services that city government the supplier shall provide. In order to implement citizen-friendly u-Services the type of u-Services that offer just the right services efficient and convenient for citizens, u-Services should be provided based on active researches on the citizens' use and utilization of u-Services rather than u-Services being provided in suppliers' perspective as so far. To that end, there need be recognition and well-organized methodology that u-Services should be provided through humane, social and scientific analysis of the citizens that are to be provided with u-Services. Thus, in this study, the process of u-Services being transmitted was re-interpreted as background theory to deduce and apply services appropriate for u-Residential Space, and service science for u-Services the scientific and overall approach to seek for service innovation was applied to the development of u-Service deduction method based on such background theory. The u-Service methodology developed based on service science is judged able to deduce and provide u-Services appropriate for the intended services through scientific analysis of citizen-friendly u-Services.
