Opposed to following the contours of the human body, the voluminous enlargement in costume, which characterizes the distinguished enlargement in space rather than the contour of human body, mean the enlargement aspect involving the vertical protrusion and the expansion of shape and volume as well as the extension of length. The costume enlargement as a different method of expression is a symbol showing a meaning of something and an aesthetic expression containing man's will. This voluminous enlargement of costume, as an aesthetic expression, has different formative characteristicsand immanent meanings according to ideals and thoughts as well as social and cultural background of each age Accordingly, the aesthetic consciousness also differaccording to the change of the times. To study the aesthetic consciousness of costume's voluminous enlargement, focous had been given to milieus that show comparatively conspicuous voluminous enlargement Periods that have been subjected to this study include costumes of the ancient Egypt, the Gothic period in the Middle age, the Renaissance, the Baroque Rococo of the recent times, and the modern era (Empire, Romantic, Art Nouveau. etc) With focus given to the principle of design obtained through this study were used to analyze the aesthetic characteristics, Futhermore, based on the spirit of the times and the socio-cultural symbolism, research on immanent meanings, as supported by objectivity and universal validity, was also made, the enlargement beauty of costume had been placed under the aesthetic category and, by interpreting the analogies of presented in aesthetic consciousness, the true nature of the voluminous enlargement in costume had been traced. Based on a concept of Nietzschean nihilism, this study aimed at interpreting the nihilism in arts and its expressions, also analyzing the modern fashion collection from the same angle. The research was centered on arts after 1980, when post-modern formal destruction expanded in earnest and on the fashion collection after the 20th century, easily accessible to data. Particularly, it set 1994 nihilism collection by Alexander McQueen, a representative nihilist fashion designer as a starting point. Nietzsche mentioned that true arts may be achieved when Apollonian characteristics including a bodily sensory system and an idealization process and Dionysian characteristics including every human feeling are integrated. Besides, he emphasized the importance of an artist being represented as an image of ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$. The ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ image, reflected in arts and artistic nihilism, represents themes of violence/death, realistic/unrealistic expressions, human body/inhuman aversion materials and the transmutation of a form. Fashion collection expressions, owing to the special characteristic of the show form unlike other arts, were segmented as a realistic ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ image using a model in a theme, expression, material and form. The theme of violence/death was divided into the death of human and a society. Human life/death was expressed as destruction of human weakness and self-identity, sexual objectification and violence, and social death as destruction and conflict of a class, nation, culture and nature. As for the expression, it was divided into the realistic expression of the primitive/natural and directing of an unrealistic atmosphere using a show.

This study is targeted for the mentally retarded people. They need to reduce their inherent anxiety in order to social adjust to new environment as adults. Tea-culture therapy is build and carried out for anxiety reduction through the program which can make them know and respect their true self in the new tea-culture environment. The participants of this study is made up of 22 handicapped people (experimental group 11, control group 11), rated level 1-3, who belong to the community center of the disabled and applied for the program. The result shows that anxiety scale average score was 46.82(SD 2.32) in the pretest but 34.53(SD 2.98) in the posttest. namely, 12. 27 was reduced. Accordingly, this study indicates that anxiety level of participants can be reduced statistically meaningfully through tea-culture therapy program.

The geometrical parameters, vibrational frequencies, and dissociation energies for $H_{2n+1}^+$ (n=1~6) clusters have been investigated using high level ab initio quantum mechanical techniques with large basis sets. The equilibrium geometries have been optimized at the self-consistent field (SCF), the single and double excitation configuration interaction (CISD), the coupled cluster with single and double excitation (CCSD), and the CCSD with connected triple excitations [CCSD(T)] levels of theory. The highest levels of theory employed in this study are TZ2P+d CCSD(T) up to $H^+_g$ and TZ2P CCSD(T) for $H_{11}^+$ and $H_{13}^+$. Harmonic vibrational frequencies are also determined at the SCF level of theory with various basis sets and confirm that all the optimized geometries are true minima. The dissociation energies, $D_e$, for $H_{2n+1}^+$ (n=26) have been predicted using energy differences at each optimized geometry and zero-point vibrational energies(ZPVEs) have been considered to compare with experimental dissociation energies, $D_0$.

The Greek sculptor, Pygmalion, created a sculpture which was perfect in shape and fell in love with it. He prayed the goddess of love, Venus to transform it into a real woman. She answered his asking, and he finally got married to her. In Bernard Shaw's movie, , the linguist, Dr. Higgins, brought a street girl, Eliza Doolittle to his home and educated her standard London dialect and upper-class manners. Unlike the Greek sculptor, Higgins changed not only her appearance but also her inner identity, then she became 'a new woman' of the age. Abby in seems to live a successful life of thorough planning and pursuing knowledge, but there is no place for her to express natural instinct and human emotion. On the other hand, Mike is a totally different type of a person from her. Like a Greek sculptor, he changes her into a woman who can truly understand other people from her heart and listen to what her inner-self says to her. The Greek myth metaphorically suggests the way to build true relationships between people of all times.

Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) is inclined to become popular topics in EE related debates, almost similar to populism, with declaration of UNESCO's Decade OF ESD (DESD). However we can't avoid that development in ESD practically means economic linear progress. Basically UN's declaration is to accomplish worldly task on human civilization, social & environmental problems, including ESSD. ESD is also important means for practicing ESSD, which has proved to be failure since Brutrant Report, owing to uncertain recognition of sustainability which should be something figured out by their surrounding circumstance or the conditions following its community culture, all same around the world. In this circumstance, we need certain identification on ESD globally recognized, no matter with the developing level of economy. But sustainability is usually managed or controlled by economically powered countries, by improving relatively under-development countries's economic conditions for equity. They believe under-development countries's env. problems can't be resolved without securing of economic equity. Under-development countries's economic equity can be come true ? even by another economic super powers. It really means just controlling or management by them. These all controlling process can't secure under-development countries's sustainability. Because it is not something just controlled, characterized as growing up by self-supporting system of ethnic or regional communities. So identification of sustainability in here is , not . Following its identification, we should discuss ESD, and furthermore for real ESD, there is powerful need to change it into ESE (Education for Sustainability & its Economy) to reflect this co-conceptional approach to ESD. And also we need to distinguish the educational contents boundaries among ESD and EE for this. Basically existing EE has been dealing with pollution-oriented or its related social comprehensive subjects, so it seems that EE is not familiar and harmony with ESD contents, however in alternative case I propose in this paper, changing into ESE, it could include almost all of ESD subjects, furthermore practically EE might be same with ESE.

The arrival of the Web 2.0 age, which is characterized by such key words as participation, sharing and openness, provides a learning environment in which both instructors and students can experience interactivity. In the educational area, we are particularly witnessing a growing interest in the social software like Wiki as one of the communication tools that reflects the characteristics of Web 2.0 and focuses on the interactivity with others. Based on this background, this study aims to examine into the meanings of interactivity inherent in the Wiki-based learning by studying such cases where Wiki is being used as a learning tool. For the purpose of our study, we practiced the Wiki-based learning method on the study subjects of the 17 junior students from U- University and 18 junior students from K- University during their 2009 fall semester teacher training courses. Through a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaires, interviews, Interactivity Measurement Diagram, examinations on the Wiki uses, Daily Self-reflection Records, and any other materials collected throughout the program, we could garner the following results: First, most of the students acknowledged that the use of Wiki was a useful communication means and helped promote their interactivity during their learning activities. Second, the interactivity of the Wiki-based learning was found to be more dynamic in the team-based projects or the community-based Wiki uses than in the instructor-oriented cases. Third, the Wiki-based learning is judged effective in expanding the scope of thinking and improving the learning capabilities through the collaborative knowledge-building process. The educational employment of the social software like Wiki in this web 2.0 age has great potentials for the true establishment of the learner-oriented learning environment, which has long remained at a standstill.

This study is to explore what kinds of leisure we really need in our competitive speed society and what the true leisure should be like. The present researcher analyzed the concept of serious casual leisure and its implications on our social values. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, we might have made a mistake paying too much attention to serious leisure while ignoring the value of casual leisure, because serious leisure has been thought to produce positive effects on self-development and social integration. It is important to note that casual leisure could not only satisfy human's need for balance in life and also contribute to her/his physical and psychological wellbeing. Second, In order to correct an error of sticking to the dichotomy of serious casual leisure, the concept of fast slow leisure, which defines leisure based on the way of its presentation, was also discussed. Third, the way of life which we considered unproductive should be reconsidered as it has a meaning in itself.

This study shows whether the 14-week picture story reading program offered to the multi-cultural women has effects on encouraging their confidence. As a result of the study, (1) this program helped them to have confidence in reading Korean books. (2) However, it did not help them raise confidence in themselves. (3) This story reading program offered a lot of factors to help them have confidence in living in Korea. (4) The women had dreams, but they did not have enough confidence and information to make their dreams come true. Based on these results, this study suggests that libraries should provide multi-cultural women with bibliotherapy programs, multi-cultural community groups and classes for multi-cultural house wives, and information literacy programs through picture story books to help make their lives in Korea easier.

A new research paradigm is emerging within organizational behavior, in both theory and empiricism, based on the increasing recognition of the importance of emotions to organizational life. This paper suggest that emotion intelligence play a moderate variables in relationship of emotion labor and emotional exhaustion. More specifically, it is proposed that emotional intelligence, the ability to understand and manage emotions in the employee self and others, contribute to effective emotions management in organizations. Four major aspects of emotion labor, appraisal and expression of emotion in oneself, appraisal and recognition of emotion in others, regulation of emotion in oneself and use of emotion to facilitate performance, are described. Also, the emotional intelligence are consists of four aspects, frequency of appropriate emotional display, attentiveness to required displayed rules, variety of emotions to be displayed and emotional dissonance. Then I propose how emotional intelligence contributes to of relations the emotion labor and emotional exhaustion. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of emotion labor to employee's emotional exhaustion to explore the moderating effects of the emotional intelligence between the emotion labor and emotional exhaustion. To complete the research the data were collected through a questionnaire from 147 employees from service company. After multi-hierarchical regression analysis, the outcomes of this study are the employee's emotional exhaustion are affected negatively by the three factors: major aspects of emotion labor, regulation of emotion in oneself, use of emotion to facilitate performance, make the moderation effect between emotion labor and emotional intelligence. These results indicate that instilling in others an appreciation of the importance of work activities: encouraging of true expression individual emotions, generating and maintaining well emotional climate and cooperation situations, and managing a meaningful environment for an organizational life.
