동북아 지역의 경제 규모 및 교역량이 증가하고 대외적으로 물류산업의 환경이 격변하는 상황에서 우리나라 물류산업의 경쟁력은 선진국 및 선진물류기업에 비해 취약하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류산업의 현황파악 및 경쟁력 향상 방안도출을 위해 DEA-ANP 결합모형을 이용하여 우리나라 물류산업의 상대적인 효율성을 분석하였다. 투입변수로는 종업원수, 고정자산, 자본총계, 운영비용을 산출변수로는 매출액과 당기순이익을 사용하였다. 분석결과 2003년부터 2005 년까지의 효율성 평균은 0.175로, 현재 투입물의 17.5%만을 효율적으로 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 효율성이 가장 높은 업종은 전체 효율성 평균이 0.3692인 해상운송업으로. 매출액 및 효율성 상위그룹에서 차지하는 비율도 크게 나타나 해상운송업이 우리나라 물류산업의 효율성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 우리나라 물류 산업전반에 걸쳐 존재하는 비효율을 개선하기 위해서는 종업원 수의 과다투입을 줄여야 하며 매출액 증대를 위해 물류업체의 대형화 및 전문화를 통한 서비스 영역 확대. 지속적 투자, 활발한 해외진출 및 물류 수요 유치등의 노력이 필요하다.

At the present time, container transportation plays a key role in the international logistics and the efforts to increase the productivity of container logistics become essential for Korean trucking companies to survive in the domestic as well as global competition. This study suggests an approach for determining fleet size for container road transportation with dynamic demand. Usually the vehicles operated by the transportation trucking companies in Korea can be classified into three types depending on the ways how their expenses occur; company-owned truck, mandated truck which is owned by outsider who entrust the company with its operation, and rented vehicle (outsourcing). Annually the trucking companies should decide how many company-owned and mandated trucks will be operated considering vehicle types and the transportation demands. With the forecasted monthly data for the volume of containers to be transported a year, a heuristic algorithm using tabu search is developed to determine the number of company-owned trucks, mandated trucks, and rented trucks in order to minimize the expected annual operating cost. The idea of the algorithm is based on both the aggregate production planning (APP) and the pickup-and-delivery problem (PDP). Finally the algorithm is tested for the problem how the trucking company determines the fleet size for transporting containers.

Recently, the Korean government has been making efforts to achieve 'creative economy' based on science and technology. As part of these efforts, it has been promoted specific policies for innovation and performance enhancement of national R&D projects. They contains commercialization of research outcomes, technology transfer, technology based startup and support small and medium-sized businesses. The railroad transportation industry is a representative in the field of SOC and has own characteristics different from other industry areas. Especially, industry and market of railroad transportation are directly related to planning and implementation of government SOC policies. So in order to promoting commercialization of railroad transportation projects, it is very important to ensure consistency between government policies and R&D projects. In this paper, we investigate barriers of successful commercialization with typical researchers in the area of railroad transportation, and suggest problems and improvements of policy-based commercialization by giving specific examples.

지속적인 유가 상승과 탄소배출 규제 강화는 기업들로 하여금 높은 경쟁력을 가지도록 요구한다. 따라서 고객 서비스 증대와 비용절감을 위해 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하고 운영하는 것에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 비용 경쟁력을 가지는 친환경 산업단지의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 부산시에서는 친환경정책을 통해 경쟁우위를 점하고 부족한 산업단지를 충족시키기 위해 서부산권에 '부산신항배후 국제산업물류도시'를 선정하고 개발을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 물류도시를 구축하기 위해서는 적절한 정책과 화물수송 공동화를 통한 물류시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 산업 단지내 물류시스템의 체계구축을 통한 효율적인 운영은 물류도시의 저비용 친환경적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류체계를 분석하고 분석내용을 바탕으로 물류도시의 물류네트워크 운영모델을 제시함으로서 물류도시의 기반구축 자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 인천국제공항이 국제항공화물운송에 있어서 동북아의 중심이 되기 위하여 국제물류주선업자의 국제항공화물운송 프로세스의 문제점과 애로요인, 개선사항 등을 조사 및 분석해보는 것이 필요하다는 전제하에 수행되게 되었다. 국제항공화물운송 프로세스의 여건은 수출 및 수입으로 구분하여 개별 프로세스별 소요시간과 만족도 그리고 프로세스 단계별 문제점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국제항공화물운송 수출프로세스의 소요시간이 수입프로세스의 소요시간 보다 약 1시간 더 소요되는 것으로 나타나 국제항공화물운송의 프로세스를 개선하기 위해서는 수출보다는 수입부문의 프로세스 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이상의 사항을 종합하여 항공화물 정보시스템 구축, 화물조업의 경쟁력 확보, 물류표준화 개선 등이 향후 개선되어야할 과제로 도출하였다.

As the importance of logistics is increasing, Enterprises try to design the supply chain(SC) network to minimize the total costs considering inventory holding cost, transportation cost and apply the efficient strategies of supply chain based on SC network. Despite of this efforts, Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the real components of logistics like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies has many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise. For overcoming such problem, this paper is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea. Also, we analyze the interaction effects between strategies as well as install the optimal SC network reflecting concrete logistics components from the viewpoint of total logistics costs using the simulation and statistic methods. we expect that analysis results of this paper would be applied various industries and be utilized to the efficient tools for the decision making by planing and execution of the logistics budget from enterprises.

Purpose: This study attempts to analyze the current status of the railway logistics business and to seek ways to improve it by using the business model as an analytical framework. It was intended to reflect practical implications that could be applied to the field, by dealing with issues at the industrial site related to each component in the business model. Research design, data and methodology: This study was conducted through literature review and field research. We analyzed academic papers and industrial reports on the development of the railway logistics industry and interviewed various stakeholders in the railway logistics industry. Results: This study determined the factors that could be eliminated, raised, reduced, or created from the customer and product perspective, infrastructure management perspective, and financial perspective. Conclusions: The growth of existing business can be achieved by lowering service prices, improving service quality, and securing large-scale transportation capacity. The additional transportation of high value goods and cold chain commodities will be promising business opportunities. Existing services can be provided to new customers (large pre-shippers, forwarding customers, etc.) in order to increase the size of sales Urban delivery services and comprehensive logistics services based on complex logistics centers may open an avenue for new market. A more timetable and track capacity need to be assigned to logistics, which significantly improve the flexibility and the competency of railway logistics.

With the advent of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, various support policies and programs are being introduced as the promotion of startups related to the 4th industry is promoted as a core policy of the government. Based on major technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI), Big Data, Internet of Things(IoT), Blockchain, and Automation leading the 4th industrial revolution, logistics and distribution companies are expanding the range of markets and services provided. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of startups in the logistics field based on major technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which are rapidly growing at home and abroad, and suggest implications for revitalizing logistics startups through a policy demand survey. As a result of the study, in order to foster domestic logistics startups, we propose policy support for integration of logistics startups, integrated management of information, provision of physical space, network platform, and practical education and mentoring.

The total estimated socioeconomic logistics cost in transportation sector, including traffic congestion, household travel expenses, national macroeconomic logistics and traffic accident related cost, amount to approximately 240 trillion won a year in 2009. The amount is in increasing trend every year due to the inefficient infrastructure system in urban city roads and in intercity highways. The Government adopts the 4th National Spatial Planning (Revised) which is in progress in order to build a new physical environment ensuring people's welfare by providing the efficient and sustainable transportation networking system.

Since the transportation cost takes about two thirds of the logistics cost of Korean firms, significant reduction of business logistics cost can hardly be achieved without effectively reducing the transportation cost. Although consolidated transportation has been regarded as the most promising strategy for reducing the transportation cost, it has not been successful in practice. In this paper we consider a consolidated transportation for the factories located in a limited area such as industrial complexes, where loads of various volume and weight are consolidated. We want to group the loads to assign to a truck of various size such that the total transportation cost is minimized, while the maximum volume constraint and weight constraint of each truck are satisfied. We suggest four heuristic algorithms to efficiently determine the groups of loads; and conduct a computer simulation to evaluate the performances of the algorithms.
