Purpose - Through multinational corporate ethics and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), various policy and strategic countermeasures for transparent management in the management and economic fields are presented. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature review is conducted to find important areas for transparent management and to summarize and present transparent management countermeasures based on simple brainstorming opinions from experts. Result - Issues facing transparent management are presented. In particular, multinational enterprises present cases involving prevention of transfer prices and tax avoidance in relation to Industry 4.0. Additionally, a plan is presented to establish a corruption-free economic system through the practice of ESG transparency, ethical management of social enterprises, and transparent management. Conclusion - According to the brainstorming opinions of experts, ESG management and ethical management should be the cornerstone of transparent management in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to institutionally supplement the imposition of digital taxes on fourth industrial companies.

Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

The widespread use of the Internet has led to the problem of intellectual property and copyright infringement. Digital rights management (DRM) technologies have been developed to protect digital content items. Digital content can be classified into static content (for example, text or media files) and dynamic content (for example, VOD or multicast streams). This paper deals with the protection of a multicast stream on set-top boxes connected to an IP network. In this paper, we examine the following design and architectural issues to be considered when applying DRM functions to multicast streaming service environments: transparent streaming service and large-scale user environments. To address the transparency issue, we introduce a 'selective encryption scheme'. To address the second issue, a 'key packet insertion scheme' and 'hierarchical key management scheme' are introduced. Based on the above design and architecture, we developed a prototype of a multicasting DRM system. The analysis of our implementation shows that it supports transparent and scalable DRM multicasting service in a large-scale user environment.

The overall purposes of this study are to identify actions taken to counter predatory publishing practices as well as to propose an ICT-based model to detect such practices. The need to raise quantitative performance metrics to support career goals has created immense pressure on researchers to publish in the literature as frequently as possible. This "publish or perish" syndrome appears to be fueling a rise in scholarly journals and conferences that provide quicker and easier routes to publication. However, such avenues sometimes involve questionable academic practices with important ethical ramifications. One notable example is the proliferation of predatory publishing, including predatory journals and fake conferences. The widening impact of such activities is beginning to prompt academic societies, publishers, and institutions to take measures. This paper discusses the issues on predatory publishing practices, and some of the actions taken by various stakeholders to address these practices. In order to build a transparent and sustainable scholarly publishing ecosystem, this study highlights multi-dimensional and specific solutions, including reforms to research ethics codes, research management rules, and legal protection from exploitative practices. This paper proposes an ICT-based cooperative model for monitoring of predatory publishers as a potential solution to create a sustainable and transparent infrastructure for a scholarly publication system guarding against misconduct in publishing practices.

Block Chain is a technology that records and shares distributed ledgers without a central authority, providing a decentralized platform for transparent transactions in the business and enhancing transparency and traceability in all transactions to ensure trust in the transaction. Despite initial doubts about this technology, it is committed to adopting, adapting and improving the technology in a wide range of industries, including finance, government, security, logistics, food, medical, legal, and real estate. This study examines this technology, its applicability and potential benefits to the manufacturing supply chain. A tracking system of manufacturing supply chain to visualize transparency and traceability is implemented, and the conditions for adopting the technology in the manufacturing supply chain and the issues to be addressed are discussed.

본 논문에서는 커널기반 관리 방식의 모바일 그리드의 구조를 제시하였다. 모바일 그리드 패러다임은 모바일 사용자들로 하여금 효과적이고 안전하면서 투명하게 분산된 자원에 접근할 수 있도록 한다. 각각의 모바일 사용자가 작업의 수행을 요청하면, 작업을 수행하기에 적합한 자원을 찾고, 할당된 시스템에서 작업을 수행하며, 수행된 결과를 작업의 요청자에게 전달하게 된다. 그러나 모바일 그리드 환경에서는 한정된 모바일 장비의 성능과 모바일 장비의 이동성 등의 제한점들을 고려해야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 모바일 장비의 한정된 자원의 제한성을 극복하기 위해서 커널기반의 모바일 그리드 어플리케이션을 위한 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 성능평가를 통하여 제안한 구조의 효율성을 제시하였다.

사회복지기관은 일반기업 또는 공기업 등과는 다른 목적으로 사업을 영위하는 관계로 ESG 실천항목 도출과 모형구축은 다양하고 종합적인 사회복지학적 측면의 연구를 통해 이루어져야 한다. 지금까지 국내 복지기관에서 활용할 수 있는 연구가 아직은 많지 않고 마땅한 ESG 경영활용 지표가 없는 관계로 천안시복지재단의 전략도출과 경영전략 체계수립으로 성과를 최대로 발휘하도록 하여 그 모형을 다른 복지기관에 전파하고 교육 및 훈련을 통해 선도적인 재단으로 거듭나는 것을 목적으로 추진되었다. 재단과 일선 복지기관들이 ESG 경영에 대한 이해와 기관 이미지 및 사업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 실천모형 구축방안에 초점을 두고 재단의 실증분석, 중대성 이슈 분석을 통해 이슈식별과 핵심이슈를 선정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사회복지기관의 적합한 전략도출과 전략체계수립 후 성과관리 방안을 구축하여 추진체계를 살펴보았다. 환경적·사회적 책임, 투명경영 측면, 안전관리체계 구축, 응급상황 및 예방분야, 이용자(고객)만족체계 구축, 반부패 예방과 청렴 윤리 모니터링 및 평가, 책임감 있는 공급망, 지역사회 참여 및 발전을 위해 지역사회 공헌 프로그램 실행 등 현재 우수하게 추진하는 분야와 앞으로 추진해야 할 항목을 세심하게 도출하였다. 본 연구는 천안시복지재단의 고찰을 통해 ESG경영 정착을 위해 경주하고 있는 노력을 구체적으로 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 ESG 측정지표를 개발하기 위한 천안시복재재단의 체계적인 개발과정을 유사한 노력을 기울이는 타 기관 및 관련 연구자들이 참고하여 ESG경영을 발전시켜 나가는데 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

Water management is considered to be one of the main issues to be addressed for the performance improvement of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell. For good water management, the detailed information on the water distribution inside an operating PEM fuel cell should be available to main an adequate level of hydration in the PEM While avoiding performance decline due to liquid rater flooding. For the PEM fuel cell to be commercially viable as vehicle applications, the flooding on the cathode side should be minimized during the fuel ceil operation. In this study to investigate cathode flooding and its relation with temperature distribution in flow channels, visualization study was performed on the cathode side of a PEM fuel cell. For the direct visualization of temperature field and water transport in cathode flow channels, a transparent cell was designed and manufactured using quartz window. Water transport and its two-phase flow characteristics in flow channels were investigated experimentally. Also, the visualization of temperature distribution In cathode flow channels was made by using IR camera. Results indicated that the temperature rise near the exit of cathode flow channel was found. It is found that this area corresponds to the flooding area from both temperature and flooding visualization results It is expected that this study can effectively contribute to get the detailed data on water transport linked with heat management during the operation of a PEM fuel cell

This study aims to find implications for the introduction and practice of ESG by domestic fashion companies by examining the core ESG topics and strategies of Samsung C&T Fashion Division, Kolon FnC, F&F holdings, and Fila. ESG management analysis examined the importance of the criticality evaluation process, critical issues, and implementation strategies for each key topic based on the company's 2021 ESG sustainable management report, and analyzed the relationship with UN SDGs and the GRI. The analysis results are as follows: As for KCGS' ESG rating, Samsung C&T's fashion division, Kolon FnC, and Fila Holdings were rated A, while F&F Holdings was rated B+. The major issues derived from ESG's criticality assessment are environmental issues related to Samsung C&T's fashion division. Kolon FnC was found to have focused on the social sector and F&F Holdings focused on governance structure. After examining the correlation between the ESG core strategies of the investigated fashion companies and the 17 SDGs, the common areas were identified as quality employment, sustainable production and consumption, and climate changes and response. Correlation with the GRI Standards 2021 Index, (GRI 1, GRI 11, and GRI 12 created in 2021) was not reflected. In the future, it will be necessary to have a transparent governance structure that meets global standards, sets measurable goals, and continuously manages them. Other companies should also recognize ESG management processes that embrace various stakeholders and strengthens win-win cooperation to manage risks, and establish mid- to long-term response strategies.

The acceptance of unsolicited proposals (a private-initiated process) has been viewed by several governments as a means of encouraging innovative initiatives. However, the ramifications of this mechanism are still poorly understood. This paper analyzes a framework used by the Taiwanese government to evaluate unsolicited proposals. Taiwan's experience demonstrates the need for an improved framework in which key issues such as building consensus, maintaining a transparent procurement process, ensuring sufficient competition, and protecting intellectual property rights shall be addressed. In addition, the case study suggests that the roles of participants, the relationships and interfaces of activities, information flows, and decision making points should all be well defined. Some fundamental differences between solicited and unsolicited proposals are also discussed.
