이동전화망을 위한 신뢰성 높은 객관적 통화품질평가 척도개발을 위하여 Bark Spectral Distortion Perceptual Speech Quality Measure의 성능을 분석하여 이 척도들을 실제 환경에서 수집된 음성 데이터에 대해서 실험한 결과, 성능의 저하가 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 인간의 심리음향학적 특성인 마스킹을 적용하는 방안을 제안하여 그 유효성을 실험으로 확인하였다. 이때, masking threshold 계산에 tone 신호를 사용하기 때문에 음성신호에 대하여 계산할 경우 문제점이 있을 수 있으므로 scaling 을 적용하는 새로이 제안하였다. 디지털 이동통신망에서 수집된 음성 데이터에 대한 성능평가 결과, 기존의 척도들 보다 더 높은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

To obtain a specific pharmacological effect, herbal medicines are i)recessed based on the principle of traditional korean medicines. However, the problem in processing is the variety of methods, technics, and drug quality. In order to establish the base of standardization of processing methods, some herbal medicines were processed and studied the change of a color tone before and after processing.

In this paper, we propose a fast implementation of Bilateral filter for tone mapping algorithm. Bilateral filter is able to preserve detail while at the same time prevent halo-ing artifacts because of improper scale selection by ensuring image smoothed that not only depend on pixel closeness, but also similarity. We accelerate Bilateral filter by using a piecewise linear approximation and recursive Gaussian filter as its domain filter. Recursive Gaussian filter is scale independent filter that combines low cost 1D filter which makes this filter much faster than conventional convolution filter and filtering in frequency domain. The experiment results show that proposed method is simpler and faster than previous method without mortgaging the quality.

다양하고 많은 발사체를 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서 우리의 실정에 맞는 차세대 FTS(Flight Termination System)를 선정해서 개발할 필요가 있다. 차세대 FTS 방식으로는 Standard 톤, Secure 톤, MHA(Modified High Alphabet), EFTS(Enhanced FTS) 그리고 DSSS(Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum)가 검토되고 있다. FTS는 사용 목적 때문에 우수한 성능과 높은 신뢰성을 필요로 하며, 소요 수량이 적은 반면에 가격은 고가이다. 때문에 차세대 FTS의 방식을 선정해서 새로운 FTS를 도입하더라도 현재 사용하고 있는 시스템의 주요 구성품의 재사용 가능성 여부도 검토할 필요가 있다. 특히 송신기의 주요 구성품인 전력증폭기는 반드시 재사용 가능성을 검토할 필요가 있다. 신호의 CCDF(Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function)는 신호의 평균전력에 대한 첨두전력의 비를 빈도로 나타낸 것이므로 전력증폭기나 송신기의 성능을 나타낼 때 주로 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 전력증폭기의 재사용 가능성을 검토하는 방법으로 송신신호의 CCDF를 시뮬레이션해서 비교하는 방법을 이용하였다. CCDF 시뮬레이션 결과 Standard 톤의 PEP(Peak Envelop Power)는 0.21dB로 계산되었으며, Secure 톤과 MHA은 송신신호가 Standard 톤과 같기 때문에 동일한 PEP를 갖는다. CPFSK 변조를 이용하는 EFTS의 경우에 PEP는 1.81dB 였으며, BPSK 변조를 이용하는 DSSS의 경우에는 2.6dB로 계산되었다.

고해상도 영상 획득을 위해 데이터량과 처리시간에 대한 이점으로 인해 deramping 기법을 많이 적용한다. 그러나 ADC를 통해 디지털 신호로 변환하는 과정에서 시스템 구동 신호에 의한 원하지 않는 잡음 톤(spurious signal, noise-tone)이 들어올 수 있다. 이 경우, 영상에 직접적이고 심각한 품질 저하가 발생하게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 deramped SAR에서 발생 가능한 잡음 톤에 대한 특성 분석을 통해 불필요한 신호를 적절히 선택하고 또한, 신호 특성을 반영하여 원시데이터 상에서 잡음 신호를 효과적으로 제거해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 잡음 톤에 대한 원인 및 특성 분석을 바탕으로 원시데이터 상에서 잡음 톤을 효율적으로 제거하는 방법을 제안하였다.

The structural, piezoelectric and dynamic range characteristics of modified PbTi $O_3$ceramics were investigated as a function of Mn $O_2$addition. With the increase of Mn $O_2$addition, Curie temperature was decreased. As the increase of Mn $O_2$addition, mechanical quality factor ( $Q_{mt3}$) in the third over tone thickness mode was increased. Dynamic range in the third over tone thickness mode was also increased with the increase of Mn $O_2$addition. The composition ceramics added to 0.075wt% Mn $O_2$showed the best properties for SMD type resonator using third over tone thickness vibration in terms of high Curie temperature more than 31$0^{\circ}C$ and dynamic range of 49.38dB.B.

This study aims to derive the sensitive image analysing the color tones based on the web-sites of cosmetic brand and to know how the web-site color tones and the color tone image as visual factor for information transfer do influence the effective communication. 10 cosmetic brand web-sites are selected based on the pre survey, and the main page color tones of cosmetic brand web-site are analyzed by Color Catch and Munsell Conversion program, whereas the composition of color tones and color image such as the main trend colors, secondary colors, accent colors and etc are analyzed by a graphic professional program 'Adobe Photoshop'. 5 color tone groups are classified as Black&White, Green&White, Blue&White, Purple&White and Red&White according to the color distribution chart, and the emotional language is derived applying them to the pre research and IRI image scale. The color association is empirically analyzed by a survey method. The study results finally show Black&White is proper for expression of high quality and modern image, Green&White for pure and clean image, Blue&White for cool and transparent image, Purple&White for mysterious and elegant image respectively. This study results are necessary for plan of color delivering the strong transferring power of visual information the time when to make the effective web-sites, and it hopefully will be utilized as the basic data for the color marketing to actively express the brand identity and to satisfy the consumers' sensitivity.

In order to establish the base of standardization of processing methods, some herbal medicines(Evodiae Fructus, Scutellariae Radix, Astragali Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Radix, Aconiti Radix) were processed and studied the change a color tone of processed and unprocessed herbal medicines. The color tone(value and chroma) of these herbal medicines were changed after processing.

The purpose of this study is to investigate purple image and formative properties in contemporary fashion. For the study of formative properties 152 kinds of costume samples from photographs in fashion magazines. For the study of image 40 kinds of costume samples is used and divided into tones : pale(Vp, Lgr, L), bright(P, B), vivid(S, V, Dp), dark(Gr, Dl, Dgr, Dk). A total 24 pairs of abjective words were used to measure the semantic differential scale in this study. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA, MDS and regression analysis. The results are as follows; 1. Factor analysis has extracted 5 factors which consist of purple image in contemporary fashion. The factors are high quality, hardness and softness, simplicity, temperature, maturity. 2. There were significant differences in visual evaluation of purple tones. 3. The discrimination among. 4 purple tones was related to weight of purple 4. The evaluative dimensions of purple image in modern fashion were identified by Light - Heavy and Pale - Strong. 5. The image effect on Preference, Buying needs, Pleasant and Riches was consist of complicated sensibility.
