Although microscopic analysis of tissue slides has been the basis for disease diagnosis for decades, intra- and inter-observer variabilities remain issues to be resolved. The recent introduction of digital scanners has allowed for using deep learning in the analysis of tissue images because many whole slide images (WSIs) are accessible to researchers. In the present study, we investigated the possibility of a deep learning-based, fully automated, computer-aided diagnosis system with WSIs from a stomach adenocarcinoma dataset. Three different convolutional neural network architectures were tested to determine the better architecture for tissue classifier. Each network was trained to classify small tissue patches into normal or tumor. Based on the patch-level classification, tumor probability heatmaps can be overlaid on tissue images. We observed three different tissue patterns, including clear normal, clear tumor and ambiguous cases. We suggest that longer inspection time can be assigned to ambiguous cases compared to clear normal cases, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of histopathologic diagnosis by pre-evaluating the status of the WSIs. When the classifier was tested with completely different WSI dataset, the performance was not optimal because of the different tissue preparation quality. By including a small amount of data from the new dataset for training, the performance for the new dataset was much enhanced. These results indicated that WSI dataset should include tissues prepared from many different preparation conditions to construct a generalized tissue classifier. Thus, multi-national/multi-center dataset should be built for the application of deep learning in the real world medical practice.

Size-segregated measurements of aerosol composition are used to estimate the transport of natural and anthropogenic aerosols at Gosan site during May 2002. The results of measurement show that not only soil dust but also anthropogenic aerosols, including sulfur and enriched trace metals such as Pb, Zn, Cu, are transported to Gosan. This study combines the size- and time-resolved aerosol composition measurements with factor analysis in order to identify some source materials. As a result, coarse particles (2.5${\mu}m$~12${\mu}m$) are influenced by soil, sea-salt, coal, coal combustion, and nonferrous sources. But fine particles have different sources. The fine particles, which the diameter is from 0.56${\mu}m$ to 2.5${\mu}m$, are more affected by road dust, oil combustion, industry. municipal incineration, and ferrous metal sources. The very fine particles, from 0.09${\mu}m$ to 0.56${\mu}m$, mainly supplied by biomass burning, oil combustion, nonferrous and ferrous metal sources.

One of the cause of insulation failure in power cable is well known by electrical treeing discharge. This is occurred for imposed continuous stress at cable. And this event is related to safety, reliability and maintenance. In this paper, throughout analysis of partial discharge(PD) distribution when occurring the electrical tree, is studied for the purpose of knowing of electrical treeing discharge characteristics according to defects. Own characteristic of tree will be differently processed in each defect and this reason is the first purpose of this paper. To acquire PD data, three defective tree models were made. And their own data is shown by the phase-resolved partial discharge method (PRPD). As a result of PRPD, tree discharge sources have their own characteristics. And if other defects (void, metal particle) exist internal power cable then their characteristics are shown very different. This result Is related to the time of breakdown and this is importance of cable diagnosis. And classification method of PD sources was studied in this paper. It needs select the most useful method to apply PD data classification one of the proposed method. To meet the requirement, we select methods of different type. That is, neural network(NN-BP), adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system and PCA-LDA were applied to result. As a result of, ANFIS shows the highest rate which value is 98 %. Generally, PCA-LDA and ANFIS are better than BP. Finally, we performed classification of tree progress using ANFIS and that result is 92 %.
Eight coordinated terbium(III) complexes, tris (2-pyrazinecarboxylato)(phenanthroline) terbium(III) [$Tb(pzc)_3$(phen)], tris (5-methyl-2-pyrazinecarboxylato) (phenanthroline) terbium(III) [$Tb(mpzc)_3$(phen)] and tris(2-picolinato) (phenanthroline) terbium(III) [$Tb(pic)_3$(phen)], have been synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-Visible and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy shows that these complexes emitted strong green luminescence. When powder samples of the $Tb^{3+}$ complexes are examined using time-resolved spectroscopic analysis, the luminescence lifetimes are found to be 0.87 ms and 1.0 ms, respectively. Thermogravimetric analysis reveals the terbium complexes to have good thermal stability up to $333-379^{\circ}C$. Cyclic voltammetry shows that HOMO-LUMO energy gap of the $Tb^{3+}$ complexes ranges from 4.26~4.41 eV. These values are similar to those obtained from the UV-visible spectra. Overall, the synthesized $Tb^{3+}$ complexes may be useful advanced materials for green light emitting devices.

In an effort to the practical realization of phonetic typewriter, we concentrate on the classification of consonants in this paper. Since many of consonants do not show periodic behavior in time domain and thus the validity for Fourier analysis of them are not convincing, vector quantization (VQ) via LBG clustering is first performed to check if the feature vectors of MFCC and LPCC are ever meaningful for consonants. Experimental results of VQ showed that it's not easy to draw a clear-cut conclusion as to the validity of Fourier analysis for consonants. For classification purpose, two kinds of neural networks are employed in our study: self organizing map (SOM) and learning vector quantization (LVQ). Results from SOM revealed that some pairs of phonemes are not resolved. Though LVQ is free from this difficulty inherently, the classification accuracy was found to be low. This suggests that, as long as consonant classification by LVQ is concerned, other types of feature vectors than MFCC should be deployed in parallel. However, the combination of MFCC/LVQ was not found to be inferior to the classification of phonemes by language-moded based approach. In all of our work, LPCC worked worse than MFCC.

Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the feasibility of using an infrared thermography technique for phenotype analysis of pepper seedlings exposed to a low-temperature environment. Methods: We employed an active thermography technique to evaluate the thermal response of pepper seedlings exposed to low-temperature stress. The temperatures of pepper leaves grown in low-temperature conditions ($5^{\circ}C$, relative humidity [RH] 50%) for four periods (6, 12, 24, and 48 h) were measured in the experimental setting ($23^{\circ}C$, RH 70%) as soon as pepper seedling samples were taken out from the low-temperature environment. We also assessed the visible images of pepper seedling samples that were exposed to low-temperature stress to estimate appearance changes. Results: The greatest appearance change was observed for the low-temperature stressed pepper seedlings that were exposed for 12 h, and the temperature from these pepper seedling leaves was the highest among all samples. In addition, the thermal image of low-temperature stressed pepper seedlings for 6 h exhibited the lowest temperature. Conclusions: We demonstrated that the leaf withering owing to the water deficiency that occurred under low-temperature conditions could induce an increase in temperature in plant leaves using the infrared thermography technique. These results suggested that the time-resolved and averaged thermal signals or temperatures of plants could be significantly associated with the physiological or biochemical characteristics of plants exposed to low-temperature stress.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore public opinion on workplace bullying in the nursing field, by analyzing the keywords and topics of online news comments. Methods: This was a text-mining study that collected, processed, and analyzed text data. A total of 89,951 comments on 650 online news articles, reported between January 1, 2013 and July 31, 2018, were collected via web crawling. The collected unstructured text data were preprocessed and keyword analysis and topic modeling were performed using R programming. Results: The 10 most important keywords were "work" (37121.7), "hospital" (25286.0), "patients" (24600.8), "woman" (24015.6), "physician" (20840.6), "trouble" (18539.4), "time" (17896.3), "money" (16379.9), "new nurses" (14056.8), and "salary" (13084.1). The 22,572 preprocessed key words were categorized into four topics: "poor working environment", "culture among women", "unfair oppression", and "society-level solutions". Conclusion: Public interest in workplace bullying among nurses has continued to increase. The public agreed that negative work environment and nursing shortage could cause workplace bullying. They also considered nurse bullying as a problem that should be resolved at a societal level. It is necessary to conduct further research through gender discrimination perspectives on nurse workplace bullying and the social value of nursing work.

In this paper, Frequency Synthesizer which is widely used for FH-SS system is proposed and the experimental results are analyzed. The performance of the DPLL(Digital Phase-Locked-Loop), which is the main part of the Synthesizer is analyzed by the computer program. Using Maxplus-II tool provided by altera. co., ltd, each part of the DPLL is designed and all of them is integrated into EPM7064SLC44-10 chip. And the simulation results are compared with the characteristics of the implemented circuits for analysis. And the experiential results show that the N value of the loop filter is toggled to adjacent N value, which result in phase jitter of the output. It can be resolved by increasing DCO(Digital Controlled oscillator) clock rate.
The information system fields of spatial applications have rapidly grown during the last decade in Korea. Spatial data has been produced for a variety of systems without common standards until national GIS Committee defined the data exchange formats among spatial databases in the middle of 1990's. It aimed at promoting data sharing between the different systems in similar application fields. However, a considerable number of databases built prior to the introduction of the standards are not yet standard compliant but still play the roles of the main producers/consumers in the data collection field such as early developed huge AM/FM systems maintained by governmental organizations. The strong autonomy of these databases keeps their own data models, formats and descriptions from being standardized, which leads the sharing to a more difficult stage. Sharing is another way of data acquisition with least efforts and time away from direct collection. A data clearinghouse is the core module which directs users to the relevant data resources. The contents of datasets should be described with predefined metadata standards for precise indexing. Moreover, a number of technical problems have to be resolved for the common use of data between heterogeneous spatial database systems. However, the technical issues can be covered by the present information technologies. The difficulties persist in the political/institutional issues. Institutional issues are derived from the diverse sources such as political background, governmental policies, related laws and/or regulations. The paper will firstly make an analysis of current situation in terms of Korean policies, laws and regulations, secondly abstract the institutional issues from the situation analysis, lastly present guidelines for promoting spatial data sharing in Korea.

After establishing improved HPLC analytical method of cefaclor in human plasma samples, a bioavailability study of cefaclor capsules was conducted according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The standard calibration curve using an HPLC with UV detector was constructed in a range of $0.0324{\sim}16\;{\mu}g/ml$. The 6% perchloric acid instead of 6% trichloroacetic acid was used to precipitate plasma protein. The HPLC chromatograms were precisely and accurately resolved when spiked with human plasma spiked with cefaclor and cephalexin (internal standard). Twenty healthy male Korean volunteers received two commercial cefaclor capsules, $Neocef^{\circledR}$ capsule (Jinyang Pharm. Co., Ltd) or $Ceclor^{\circledR}$ capsule (Lilly Korea. Co., Ltd.) at the 250 mg cefaclor in a $2{\times}2$ crossover study. There was a one-week washout period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of cefaclor were monitored for 8 hours after oral drug administration. $AUC_t$ the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 8 hr (13 points), was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. $C_{max}$ (maximum plasma drug concentration) and $T_{max}$ (time to reach $C_{max}$) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed $AUC_t$ and $C_{max}$. No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the cross-over design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the $AUC_t$ ratio and the $C_{max}$ ratio for $Neocef^{\circledR}/Ceclor^{\circledR}$ were $0.9049{\leq}{\delta}{\leq}1.226$, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of 0.80-1.25. Thus, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of $Neocef^{\circledR}/Ceclor^{\circledR}$ with respect to the extent of absorption.
