테마파크 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 재방문에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Theme Park Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit)

  • This study was done to figure out what sort of service quality the visitors of a theme park think much of. The service quality of theme park is the most important factor for customer's satisfaction, and such satisfaction can lead them to have repurchase intention. Most of the customers revisit a theme park on the basis of their own past experience and information through their friends, which means that service quality plays an important role in the theme park. The intention of revisit is strongly influenced by the primary factor of service quality and price. The neat appearances of its clerks, guideboard, buildings, structures, facilities and so on are the most important part in the properties of service quality. By the above mentioned strategy, the customer's devotion and the long-term expectation of profits could be realized. In other words, high qualified service is the basis of the service marketing for the theme park, contributes to enhancing customer's trust, and promotes communications about the theme park with one another in a friendly way. Besides, it can increase the number of visitors and cause the customers to perceive highly the value of the theme park.

한국 서사민요 디지털 아카이빙을 위한 '구애·혼인' 서사의 분석과 의미 (Meaning and Analysis of Courtship & Marriage Narratives for Digital Archiving of Korean Narrative Songs)

  • 이 연구에서는 한국 서사민요를 대상으로 디지털 아카이브를 구축하기 위한 기반 작업으로, 서사민요 중 남녀 또는 부부 간의 애정이나 혼인의 문제를 다루고 있는 '구애·혼인' 서사민요의 분석 방법을 제시하고 그 데이터를 활용한 세 가지 분석 사례와 의미를 고찰하였다. 이에 먼저 『한국구비문학대계』에서 추출한 '구애·혼인' 서사민요 386편의 아카이브 구축을 위한 유형, 서사단락, 주제어 추출 방법 및 결과의 개요를 제시하였다. 특히 서사민요의 통합적 관계 양상과 병렬적 관계 양상을 함께 파악할 수 있게 하기 위해, 서사단락의 순차적 결합 양상 및 주제어의 세부 양상을 표기하였다. 이는 기존 아카이브가 유형분류나 제목 검색에 그치고 있어 각편의 서사적인 특징이나 각편별로 지니고 있는 차이를 드러내지 못한다는 단점을 극복하고 서사민요 유형의 전반적 양상에서부터 각편별 서사단락의 전개나 주제어의 세부 양상까지 아우를 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다. 다음으로 '구애·혼인' 서사민요의 디지털 아카이빙 데이터의 효용 가치를 찾아보기 위한 방법으로, 주제어의 성별 차이 및 빈도수, 유사 소재 유형의 주제어 비교 등을 중심으로 분석 사례를 제시하고 그 의미를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 '구애·혼인' 서사민요의 주 향유층은 여성이라는 점, '부정'이나 '죽음'과 같이 비일상적이고 충격적 사건을 주로 다룬다는 점, 남성이 주로 전승한 유형은 아내와 '외간남자와의 외도', 여자와의 만남을 위한 '중의 파계'와 같이 부적절한 남녀 관계 유형에 집중돼 있다는 점, 이들 노래들은 '구애·혼인' 과정에서 겪는 현실적 고난의 표현이라는 점 등을 밝혔다. 앞으로 이 연구 결과의 보완 작업을 지속적으로 시행함으로써, 서사민요 갈래를 넘어선 다른 서사 갈래와의 교섭 양상 등을 밝히는 데까지 확장해나갈 필요가 있다.

테마호텔의 객실 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 - 2005년 이후 국내외 테마호텔 사례 분석을 중심으로 - (An analysis study of the guest room design characteristics in the themed hotel - An Analysis Study Focusing on Domestic and Foreign Themed Hotels from Year 2005 until Current -)

  • Themed hotels is a new form of hotel development that is rising at home and abroad. In the hospitality industry has a leading position. And The design of the themed hotel is different from tradition as hotel as it more innovative. People are attracted to themed hotel for its' unique interior design especially the guest room. For the sake of promoting the themed hotel's running better, guest room design characteristics can't be neglected. Therefore, this paper will analyze the characteristics of the guest's room design in the themed hotel. This paper initially narrates the concept, features and current situation, and then makes an analysis about the types of theme hotels in combination with examples. Secondly, through the thesis analysis of prior research, key words, hybridity, interactions, symbolic, diversity and regionalism about features of rooms in theme hotel are given. Finally, examples about theme hotels at home and abroad opened after 2005 are taken as the center, through which features of rooms in each theme hotel are analyzed. By the analysis of conclusion, basic current situation of rooms in theme hotels is given. The findings of this research will provide a reference to design the guest's room of the themed hotel.

학위논문 주제어 중심 연구동향 분석 -국어국문학, 국어교육학, 한국어교육학 분야를 중심으로- (esearch Trend Analysis Focused on Thesis Key Words: in the Fields of Korean Language and Literature, Korean Language Education, and Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze research trends in the fields of Korean Language and Literature, Korean Language Education, and Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language. To this end, key words were extracted from 29,470 academic theses published between 2000 and 2017. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, in the field of Korean Language and Literature, there is greater quantity in studies about Korean language than about literature, and starting from 2010, there was an increase in studies similar to those from the field of Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language. Next, in comparison to the other fields, the field of Korean Language Education has greater variance in its research theme-in particular, numerous studies related to the site of education. Finally, the field of Korean Language Education has the following trends: a) there are copious studies focused on Korean language learners in comparison to other fields, b) there are a greater number of studies focused on culture, and c) the key words change by time period which suggest that research demands transformed over time. Overall, a total of 64 highest frequency key words from the three academic fields were investigated. Of these, 22 were common key words and 42 were differential key words. In this way, it was possible to illuminate the identity of each field.

여성건강간호학회지의 최근 3년간의 논문분석(2004-2006년) (Analysis of Published Papers and their Keywords in the Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing (2003-2006))

  • Purpose: This research was aimed to explore the major subjects and research theme and to classify characteristics of the key words in recent Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing. Methods: With survey design, whole 103 published papers during 2003-2006 were analyzed with structured analysis form; research subjects, research methodology, data analysis, and key words of the published papers were classified and extracted. Various theme was founded and classified to 9 domains. Results: Most of the research subjects were women. Eighty-eight percent of papers conducted quantitative research; 83% chose convenience sampling and 69% used survey design, while experimental design was 29%. Key words were categorized 9 domains: demographic, health related concept, health behavior(intervention), sex-related, life event, disease, et al. Among 9 domains, health related concept, especially psycho-social topics such as depression, anxiety, stress were mostly studied and then physiologic topics such as labor pain, fatigue, and menstrual symptoms. Conclusion: Most of the subjects were women and the most common domain studied was health related concepts in Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing. And key words and topics were on women's health issues. We can conclude that Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing has published by her own philosophy.

패션 이미지어(語)의 연상 어휘 분석을 통한 디자인 발상차원에 관한 연구 -클래식, 아방가르드 이미지어를 중심으로- (A Study on the Dimension of Design Idea through the Analysis of Words that Remind of Fashion Image Words -Focusing on Classic and Avant-garde Imaged Language-)

  • This study researches the association between associative vocabulary and fashion image language in order to extract ideas that can be used as basic data for design ideas. Classic - avant-garde imaged language were chosen as theme words and each 70 questionnaires per a final image word were used for analysis. We obtained the following results by researching keywords that explained classic image words through a word cloud technique. It was found to have high central representation in the order of suit, classical, basic, music, Chanel, black and traditional. The core key words explaining avant-garde image language were found to have a central representation in the order of : peculiar, huge, Comme des Garçons, artistic, creative, deconstruction and individuality. We extracted the necessary idea dimensions needed for design ideas through associative network graph analysis. In the case of classical image language, it was named as the Mannish Item, Music, Modern Color, and the Traditional Classicality dimensions. In the case of avant-garde image language, it was named as the Key Image, Artistic Aura, Key Design and Designers dimensions.

아동복지전공 예비보육교사들이 보육실습에서 경험하는 딜레마에 대한 탐색 (A Study on Dilemma Experienced by Nursery School Teacher Students Majoring Children's Welfare during Nursery Practice)

  • 본 연구는 아동복지전공 예비보육교사들이 실습과정에서 경험하게 되는 딜레마와 딜레마를 해소시켜주는 요인을 탐색하여, 보육실습을 효율적으로 지도하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 S여대 사회복지과에서 아동복지를 전공하고 있는 예비보육교사 15명을 대상으로 저널 및 관찰일지와 면담을 통해 질적으로 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 반복읽기를 통해 연구문제에 관련된 의미를 도출한 후, 범주화 과정을 거쳐 핵심어를 기록하였다. 그리고 핵심어들을 모아 유사한 개념들을 재분류 한 후 하위주제(sub-theme) 및 대표주제(theme)를 선정하였다. 연구결과 보육실습에서 경험하는 딜레마는 지도교사, 영유아, 수업, 과중한 업무, 자신과 관련하여 도출되었으며, 보육과 사회복지라는 선택적 대안이 가능하므로 인해 두 갈래의 길에서 갈등하는 현상이 나타났다. 그리고 딜레마를 해소 시켜주는 요인으로는 영유아들의 변화, 보육실습 동료들의 응원, 실천적 지식의 획득이 도출되었다. 이를 바탕으로 논의에서는 아동복지전공 예비보육교사들의 보육실습을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

분장 체험을 활용한 테마파크 만족도, 충성도, 재방문의도에 관한 연구 - 에버랜드 중심으로 - (The satisfaction of the theme park using the makeup experience - In the center of Everland -)

  • The makeup experience service in a theme park was analyzed for the study on the makeup service using experiential marketing based on recent consumer experience. The results of the study showed that the utilization, marketing effect, and lifestyle in makeup service at the Experiential marketing are analyzed. In other words, according to the variables, the purpose of this study is to the effect on the satisfaction, loyalty, and Intent to revisit. In this study, in order to achieve this, literature research and Empirical study on the same time. In literature review, Theories and previous studies were considered which are about experience marketing, lifestyle, makeup service, loyalty, satisfaction, and the intent to revisit. Then, a research model and a hypothesis were established. In empirical study, Based on this, it was applied to the makeup service in a theme park and verified through analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results showed that experience marketing and lifestyle had a significant influence on satisfaction, loyalty, and return visit intention. Based on this research, the makeup service using experience marketing would be hopefully more practical as a typical culture content marketing.

  • In this research, I conducted a semantic network analysis centering on media articles on purchasing, revitalizing, and utilizing the former Busan branch of Hansung Bank, a modern architectural heritage. We sought the most efficient analysis elements for the analysis of the social arguments about preservation and utilization embedded in media articles. For this reason, Degree Centrality measures how many connections the word described in the media article has, and Betweenness Centrality measures the influence that controls the flow of information through correlation I examined. In addition, keyword that express the theme well examined the aggregation structure in each sub-network. In this research, in theoretical terms, it makes sense in that the social discussion embedded in the article of the mass media is grasped empirically through semantic network analysis of words. Methodological aspect is best when it includes nouns and adjectives and the distance between words is more than four words in the analysis of the cohesive structure of the semantic network to determine whether the influence of social discussions is best assessed through the connection between words to media articles.

한국어 장소 리뷰를 이용한 공간 감성어 사전 구축 방법 (Method for Spatial Sentiment Lexicon Construction using Korean Place Reviews)

  • 위치 기반 서비스를 이용하여 자신이 방문한 장소에 대한 긍정 혹은 부정적 의견을 리뷰로 남기는 것이 일상화되고 있다. 실제 방문자가 작성한 장소 리뷰에 대한 감성분석 결과는 잠재적 소비자뿐 아니라 기업에게도 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 장소에 대한 감성분석을 실시하기 위해서는 감성분석의 기준이 되는 어휘에 대한 사전이 필요하다. 그러나 현재까지 장소를 표현하는 공간 감성어에 대한 사전이 구축된 바 없다. 이에 본 연구는 실제 방문자가 한국어로 작성한 장소 리뷰 데이터를 분석하여 공간 감성어 사전을 구축하는 방법을 제안하며, 여러 장소 카테고리 중 테마공원을 대상으로 공간 감성어 사전을 구축하였다. 이를 위해 자연어 처리 기법과 통계적 기법을 활용하였으며, 사전에 포함되는 공간 감성어는 감성의 극성에 대한 정보와 극성의 정도에 대한 확률점수를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서 구축한 공간 감성어 사전은 3개의 테이블(SSLex_SS, SSLex_single, SSLex_combi)로 구성되며, 총 219개의 어휘를 포함한다. 이를 바탕으로 트위터에서 테마공원에 대해 작성된 글을 대상으로 감성분석을 실시하였으며, 감성의 극성 분류에 대한 전체 정확도가 0.714로 산출됨에 따라 사전의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.
