현재 우리나라의 장애인 수는 210만에 이르고 있으나 이중 62%가 고등학교를 졸업하지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이와 같은 장애인들의 저학력은 경제생활에도 많은 영향을 미치고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 절실한 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특수학교에 방송통신고등학교를 설치하여 이러닝을 통해 성인 장애인들에게 초 중등 학력을 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 신체의 불편 때문에 컴퓨터의 사용이나 인터넷에 대한 접근성이 떨어지는 장애인들을 위하여 웹 접근성을 향상시키고 효과적인 학습을 이룰 수 있도록 관련 기술들의 표준 마련과 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 제시하였다.

정신지체 아동은 타인과의 제한되고 미분화된 의사소통으로 인해 실패감을 느끼고 상대방에게도 좌절감을 갖게한다. 의사표현이 부족한 정신지체 아동은 언어습득과 의사소통 활동의 측면에서 자발적인 의사소통이 이루어지도록 많은 경험을 우선적으로 해야 한다. 음악은 비언어적 의사소통 수단으로 비위협적이면서 흥미로운 자극을 제공한다. 그래서 정신지체아의 음악적 경험은 말하기와 언어 발달에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 다감각적 경험을 촉진한다. 이에 의사소통 중재로써 여러가지 접근방법 중에서 노래를 중심으로한 음악치료활동은 정신지체 아동에게 더 자연스럽고 즐겁게 언어를 표현함으로 의사소통 기술을 습득하게 한다. 본 연구는 노래를 중심으로 하는 음악치료활동이 정신지체 아동의 의사소통 기술(반응하기, 시도하기)에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아 보았다. 대상은 초등부 저학년 네 명의 정신지체아동으로, 이들은 구어능력을 가졌으나 적절한 표현어휘의 부족으로 자발적인 의사소통 시도와 반응에 어려움을 지녔다. 음악치료활동은 학령기 아동들이기에 실생활에 활용되고 기초적 학습개념의 가사를 지닌 노래를 중심으로 진행하였다. 음악치료활동은 개별아동마다 한 세션에 20분씩 주 2회, 총10주 동안 진행하였다. 전체 활동은 매 세션마다 시작노래, 의사소통 중심의 프로그램으로 이루어진 본 활동, 헤어지는 노래의 형식으로 구성하였다. 본 활동은 5회기 동안 연속적으로 반복하는 형식으로 세션을 실시하였다. 비디오 관찰을 통하여 대상아동의 반응하기와 시도하기에 대한 의사소통 기술에 대해 파악하였다. 또한 각 대상 아동에 대한 사전, 사후의 언어능력을 알아보기 위해 치료활동 전,후에 검사도구인 취학전 아동의 수용언어 및 표현언어 발달 척도(PRES, Preschool Receptive-Expressive Language Scale)를 사용하여 수용언어 및 표현언어를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 노래를 중심으로한 음악치료 활동이 정신지체아동의 의사소통 반응하기와 시도하기 기술을 중심으로 의사소통 행동 발생률을 증가시킴으로 네 아동의 의사소통 기술을 향상시켰다. 둘째, PRES 검사도구를 이용한 사전, 사후 검사 비교를 통하여 노래를 중심으로한 음악치료 활동이 네 아동의 수용 및 표현언어 능력을 향상시켰다.

본 연구는 시청각적 장애를 가진 관객 및 일반 관객에게 전시, 테마파크, 회의, 박람회 등 관람 시 그들이 필요한 시청각적 정보를 실시간으로 추출 통합 가공하여 입체감 있게 전달, 원활한 공연 관람을 돕는 시스템에 관한 것을 주제로 한다. 청각적으로는 공연자의 위치를 추적, 연산하여 공연자의 공연환경조건과 가장 유사한 음색을 가진 정보전달음을 전송하기 위한 최적의 알고리즘을 연구 및 구현하며, 시각적으로는 공연자의 위치를 추적하여 공연 중 관심분야를 적합한 디스플레이에 확장해 주고, 여기에 추가적인 정보를 추가 표시하여 시각적 정보를 공연에 방해 없이 전달하며, 이러한 최종 결과물들을 기록매체에 기록하여 보관할 수 있는 알고리즘에 관한 연구이다.

As the quality of life has improved with development of science and technology, desire for better quality of life of disable people has also increased. Currently, prejudiced views of disabled people in South Korea are changing, but sports for all disabled people is not revitalized and social support is also inadequate. In developed countries, administration and systems for sports among people with disabilities are provided at the consumer level, and many companies willingly provide support to disabled athletes. However, in South Korea, low awareness of sports for disabled people is companied by minimal support companies. In order for South Korea to advance, support for the disable sports players is needed, especially sports-wear that fits their body conditions and differences game playing from ordinary sports players. This study specifically focused on the ice sledge hockey players, taking into account the complaints on their jersey and their special conditions through motion analysis while sleds. For the easy use of the hockey, armhole depth and sleeve breadth was reduced and sleeve hem was designed for flexibility of sleeve such that it does not slide down. Also, because only the front of the Jersey is tucked in the pants, the side vent was designed to be deep such that the back hem is prevented from being pulled. Sportswear pattern making for the players with disabilities required to account for distinct body characteristics, as compared to the ordinary players. Thus, studies that develops sports-wear design for those with disabilities contributes to the qualitative development of sports for people with disabilities.

In this paper, we proposed the representation method of specification and the control rules fork FMS by TPL. To increase productivity and resource utilization, it is desirable to have more active jobs in the system, but the more active jobs there are, the more easily deadlock occur. Therefore, it is very important that the real-time deadlock control to disable deadlock. In this paper, we performed the system modeling by the CROPN(Colored Resource -Oriented Petri Net) and the necessary -sufficient condition check to disable deadlock. We proposed the supervisory control system that can be the real-time monitoring for deadlock free through a necessary-sufficient condition by CROPN modelling, and designed the logic controller of the extended process using TPL.

The major faults of CNC machine tool is operational error which is charge over 70%. This paper describes model of remote service and fault diagnosis for CNC machine tool with open architecture controller. For intelligent fault diagnosis, new model is proposed. In this paper, the three major operational faults, emergency stop error, cycle start disable and machine ready disable, are defined. Two diagnostic models based on the ladder diagram, switching function model, step switching function model, are proposed. For internet based remote service, suitable environment is proposed and implemented with web server and client.

This study aims to develop the hospital clothing for dementia patient, which can bring them higher quality of life by giving them psychological and emotional satisfaction. As for the research method and contents, the authors searched the characteristics of aging society and dementia patient, mainly concentering on the related researches and publications. In addition, the characteristics of current domestic clothes design trend for dementia patient and design preference were studied by looking into previous studies. Also, on the characteristics of overseas design was examed by looking into sites on dementia, actual clothes and related catalogues. The development and evaluation of the design of clothes for dementia patient was conducted and which was based on the above researches. Then, the patients hospital clothing was designed and made. And also the discussion was followed with related field experts such as medical doctor and nurses, carer-givers, patient clothing manufacturers and professors of clothing textiles. Finally the authors designed and manufactured six patient clothes including one for male, one for female, two for common use in hospital, one for disable male dementia and one for disable female dementia. The developted clothes got high marks on beauty and symbolism in the evaluation by the experts. The design development of dementia patient clothes in this research will help the dementia patients' psychological comfortness and social protection.

본 연구는 국제 표준인 DAISY 포맷 기반의 독서장애인용 디지털음성도서 저작 도구 개발 및 서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 현재 한국은 시각장애인들 뿐만 아니라 고령화에 따른 저시력자 및 노인인구의 증가로 인쇄매체를 읽는데 불편함이 있는 독서장애인들이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이런 독서장애인들을 위한 디지털음성도서 서비스의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 디지털음성도서 서비스를 위해서는 사용자의 편의성을 충족시킬 수 있는 다양한 기능을 구현할 수 있어야 할 뿐만 아니라 저작권 침해의 문제를 해결해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털음성도서의 제작 포맷으로 사용되는 국제표준인 DAISY 포맷을 소개하고 DAISY 포맷 기반의 디지털음성도서 개발을 위한 저작 툴 개발 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 DAISY 포맷 기반의 디지털음성도서 서비스 활성화를 위하여, 일본의 저작권법 개정사례와 우리나라의 독서장애인을 위한 제도적 지원체계를 포함한 정책적 방안을 제안하였다.
