Objectives : This study aimed to understand the satisfaction degree of patients due to traffic accident(TA) in order to provide basic data which would give help not only to improve the quality of services, but also to strengthen the competitiveness of oriental medical hospitals on sequela of TA patients. Methods : The data were collected from inpatients and outpatients who answered a self-report questionnaire. Independent t-test, analysis of variance(ANOVA), $X^2$-test, correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results : According to the research on medical satisfaction degree, the overall satisfaction degree was 4.141. On each field, satisfaction degree related to the doctor service recorded the highest degree among others(4.474). Satisfaction degree related to the appropriateness of service was the second(4.091). On the other hand, satisfaction degree of using procedure was the lowest degree(3.857). On the difference of degrees of satisfaction by general characteristics, patients who were unemployed houseworker group showed lower doctor service satisfaction degree than that of other groups. However, on the difference of degrees of satisfaction related to other general characteristics, there were no significant differences(p<0.05). Conclusions : The service distribution of oriental medical hospital was almost equal without concentrating on specified social classes.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the understanding about speech therapy and the satisfaction of counseling about speech therapy according to the characteristics of mothers who have children with disabilities, and to devise the clinical instruction methods to provide the effective speech therapy by identifying the correlation between the two variables. Methods: This study conducted a survey for 78 mothers of children with disabilities who use speech therapy labs in university. 17 questions were composed to investigate the understanding degree about speech therapy and 24 questions were composed to investigate the satisfaction degree about speech therapy counseling. Results: First, the survey showed that mothers who have the higher education level have the higher understanding degree about language(p<0.01). Second, the survey showed that mothers who have the higher education level have the lower satisfaction degree about counseling process(p<0.5). In the view of job status, mothers who have a job have the higher satisfaction degree about counseling time(p<0.5). Third, the survey showed that in the view of mothers'understanding degree about speech therapy and satisfaction degree about counseling, mothers who have the higher understanding degree about language, speech therapy tools and speech therapy area have the higher satisfaction degree about counseling. Conclusions: This study showed the necessity to understand the subjects'needs exactly and communicate with mothers actively. In addition, the concrete and various methods should be devised in order to increase the understanding degree about speech therapy and increase the satisfaction degree of counseling about the clinical practice environment and language therapy process.
This study attempted to analyze and confirm the correlation between self-concept and the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice. The subjects of the survey were 194 junior and senior students selected from S universities by questionaire from Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, 1983 in Seoul. The collected data was analyzed by t-test, AN-OVA, Pearson correlation according to purpose of study. The results were as follows: 1. Self-concept by religion was significant (F = 4.51, df=4/185, p= .002). 2. In the motives of selecting the nursing, most of students chose the nursing depending on their altruism(62.9%), ability and aptitude(57.7%) and better opportunity of studying abroad and Setting a job(49.5%) respectively. 3. The degree of clinical practice satisfaction was low as 2.80 of a total score 4.0. The degree of satisfaction of contents(3.33) revealed to be high. Compared with the degree of satisfaction on instruction(2.77), practice hours(2.83), practice environment (3.65), and clinical evaluation(2.60) revealed to be low. Religion and choice order of the admission were not significant in satisfaction of clinical practice(t=.37, p=.715). The main hypothesis that“The more positive self concept will be, the higher the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice will be”was not supported (r= .0509, p=.240). The first sub-hypothesis that“The more positive the cognitive self-concept will be, the higher the degree of satisfaction will be”was partially supported. Because favorite-isolated self-concept was significantly correlated with the satisfaction (r=.1189, P=.005). The second sub·hypothesis that“The more positive the evaluational self-concept will be, the higher the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice will be”was not supported. As a above results, self-concept was not influenced to the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice, therefore it is required that environment, instruction method and evaluation for clinical practice should be refined and improved by clinical administrators and nursing faculties for nor-sing student's satisfaction on clinical practice.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the degree of family support and the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice by dental hygiene students. Methods : In this study, convenience sampling was conducted in 272 dental hygiene students from 3 dental hygiene colleges in South Jeolla Province, from October 4 through 15, 2010. A survey was conducted by using structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed by t-test, a one way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results : Family support according to general characteristics showed a significant difference by economic status(p<0.001), satisfaction of major(p<0.01), and interpersonal relationship(p<0.05). Satisfaction degree on clinical practice according to general characteristics showed a significant difference by satisfaction of major(p<0.05) and interpersonal relationship(p<0.05). The relationship between generally perceived family support correlated with the degree of satisfaction in clinical practice(r=.154, p<0.05). Conclusions : It was found that a higher degree of satisfaction in clinical practice depends on a higher degree of family support. Therefore it is required to program development to improve satisfaction level of clinical practice by family support.
The purposes of this study were to find the influence of wife's home management behavior pattern and husband's perception about it on family life satisfaction, and to find out variables which influence them. For theses reviewing literature and empirical research were conducted. The major results were as follows; 1) The couple's psychological variables (ie, degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication) were relatively high. The wife's home management behavior pattern was relatively morphogenesis and the husband's perception about wive's it was relatively morphogenesis. And the couple's degree of family life satisfaction were relatively high. 2) Influential variables on wife's home management behavior pattern were level of education, degree of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. And influential variables on husband's perception about vive's it was degree of communication. 3) Influential variables on wive's the degree of family life satisfaction were degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. And influential variables on husband's it were level of education, job, degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. 4) The wife's home management behavior pattern and husband's perception about wive's it were to predict the couple's degree of family life satisfaction. 5) In cause-effect pathway mode. level of education·job·degree of life level recognition·of resourcefulness recognition and of communication showed direct and indirect effect on family life satisfaction through wife's home management behavior pattern or husband's perception about wive's it.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of storytelling factor, technical factor and exhibition environment factor on the degree of satisfaction, degree of immersion and immersion types in and . Our findings show that the degree of satisfaction not only has a significant correlation with the degree of immersion, but also influences on the holding power and behavioral intention. According to the results of correlation analyses, three factors have an impact on the degree of satisfaction and immersion. This thesis determines the research framework and scale design of leisure food E-Commerce consumer satisfaction degree by referring to previous theoretical model of customer satisfaction degree, the universal satisfaction evaluation index system, and the characteristics of leisure food E-Commerce in China. In this research, consumers who have bought leisure food online are taken as the research object, data are collected by questionnaires, and exploratory factor method is used to screen valid sample data. Through the Empirical Analysis which includes Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, it is concluded that website design, logistics delivery service, commodity quality, and after-sales service are the main service quality on which the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises should take focus. The service quality has significant positive influences on satisfaction degree. On the other hand consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, which will create more earnings for the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises.
The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data in order to improve the quality of charged recuperation facilities which are specialized in the old. after finding out the satisfaction degree for the services which are provided in the current charged recuperation facilities specialized in the old and surveying the services which are demanded by users. As for the research method. the subjects were 88 family members of the users in the five charged recuperation facilities, which are specialized in the old and located in Seoul and Incheon. The survey research was executed from 27th July to 15th September, 2002. Then the collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS 10.0 for windows program. The research results are as follows. Firstly, in the satisfaction degree of the user's family about the daily service showed the highest satisfaction degree for the kind service of the staff to the users. In the satisfaction degree about the specialized service of the user's family, the satisfaction degree was high in bedsore prevention, periodical health care, proper medical treatment, family counsel, and adequate disease management. In the satisfaction degree about the facility and environmental service, the satisfaction degree about the surrounding environment of the facility or safety facility, and the comfort condition was high. In the satisfaction degree about the services related to the local society, it was high in the hospital and medical-related field. Secondly, in the demanded services, the demanding degree for worship, mental and spiritual nursing, hospice, funeral service, family meeting, and support for the special vehicle were not so high, but it was shown that they were generally demanded. Thirdly, it was shown that the provided services had an overall high satisfaction degree. In the service satisfaction degree according to the general characteristics of the user's family, it was recognized that there was a significant difference between the distinction of sex and local society related services. Also, there was a significant difference in the satisfaction degree between age and specialized service. Through the above research results, detailed rehabilitation programs such as linguistic treatment and working treatment should be more and more compensated in order to supplement the insufficient points of the services provided by the charged recuperation facility specialized in the old. Objectives : In this study, the dental treatment satisfaction degree of the patients, who experienced the sleep dental treatment or non-sleep dental treatment, the revisit rate and the differences among the encouraging intention were compared and analyzed, and the primary factors through which the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment has influence on the revisits and the encouraging intention were analyzed, and the proposal was made on clinic management to raise qualitative medical service level on the basis of this study. Methods : The questionnaires filled out by the 202 users of a certain dental clinic located in Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk were analyzed. The frequency analysis and the crosstabulation analysis of the general characteristics of survey participants were carried out, and the satisfaction difference between the sleep dental treatment and the non-sleep dental treatment was identified with the t-test analysis. The multiple regression analysis were carried out to identify the factors through which the sleep dental treatment has influence on the through which the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment has influence on the satisfaction degree of the medical service and the revisited dentists. Results : In the medical service satisfaction degree in general, the sleep dental treatment had the higher meaningful value than the non-sleep dental treatment(p<0.05). In the case of the difference in satisfaction degree on each medical service factor, the satisfaction of the sleep treatment group was high in every case, but the meaningful difference showed up in the factors of waiting time, treatment procedure, revisit and the encouraging intention(p<0.01). The revisit to the sleep treatment dental clinic and the recommending dentist increased in proportion to the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment, and the Beta value appeared to be 0.337 at the influence of the subordinate variable(p<0.001). As for the influence on the sleep dental treatment satisfaction, the Beta value of the dental hygienist was the highest, marking the value at 0.375(p<0.01). As for the satisfaction of the patients who experienced the sleep dental treatment, the Beta value of the treatment fee was the highest, marking 0.352(p<0.001), in the multiple regression analysis of the revisit and the encouraging intention, and the 0.156 of dentist factor and the 0.152 of treatment procedure and waiting time showed lower regression coefficient(p<0.05). Conclusions : It is assumed that the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment, which is carried out as a new dental service has influence on the increase of revisit to the dental clinic as an important factor. But it was disclosed that the high level of treatment fee has the biggest influence on choice of revisit to the dental clinic. In the current medical charge system, the sleep dental treatment appeared to have a big influence on raising the quality of dentists, the satisfaction of patients, the revisit and encouraging intention, and also the roles of the dental hygienist was important. It is assumed that these facts are functioning as the factors that are linked to the increase of revisit and the encouraging intention.
