  • In this paper, We propose the futuristic map using variety technology of advanced ICT-based. The futuristic maps are expected to developed into a new format of user participation to express the results in various formats through the understanding and interpretation of the facts and phenomena of tangible and intangible that exist in the real world. In the future, the map is expected to be developed into form of a new paradigm map made in real time that economy, industry, the collection of information necessary for everyday life, processing, usage, analysis, distribution and sharing. In this paper, we provide a real-time personalized contents to digitize the information of the real space based on the concept of map, databases, spatial analysis and describes the key technologies that characterized by the representation of time-series data by analyzing and prediction every field macro phenomena of society, economy, culture and etc. And we establish the concepts of the 'New Paradigm Map' for future creative economy.

  • Recently the Northeast Asia region, which includes Korea, China and Japan, has become one of the top three regions for trade and, therefore, is being recognized as a new hub for the global economy. Meanwhile, tourism not only improves the economy, but also enhances mutual understanding through interchange and has cultural functions such as that of the sharing of human values for a bright future. In addition, the promotion of the tourism industry will not only ensure Korea of becoming a hub for the Northeast Asia economy, but it can be a win-win plan that contributes in forming a future Northeast Asian community achieved through peace and prosperity based on the social and cultural connections within the region. Taking the above into consideration, there is a need to carefully scrutinize the status of tourism in Northeast Asia for the management of the future of Korea.

  • People can easily use a shared economic service system based on ICT technology. Most of the shared economic services are provided by private companies, and discussion on public goods is insufficient. If we look at the current shared economic service from the point of view of courier service, $\ddot{U}ber^{\prime}s$ system can be an alternative. The post office courier service uses ICT technology but differs from the service of the shared economy. This study uses Delphi analyzer method and AHP methodology to derive important factors in introducing shared economic system. As a result, socioeconomic characteristics were found to be the most important in the upper tier, and the shared economic platform, sharing of idle resources, popularization of smartphone, and increase of e - commerce were the four important factors in the lower tier. In order to maximize efficiency, which is the essence of the shared economy, the necessity of introduction into the shared economic system and important factors in the introduction of public goods are presented.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine social values of self-support enterprises, known as the origin of social economy by using a qualitative research method. Main themes representing social values of self-support enterprises were developed through four sessions of FGI and thematic analysis. First, self-support enterprises embody the value of 'social safety net' by providing workfare for disadvantaged people as well as by operating market-oriented business. Additionally, 'communal spirit', for which self-support enterprises strive, is social value that enables the entirety of self-support enterprises and participants to fulfill non-profit values, reciprocity, and sharing. Lastly, ontological, diachronic, and ecological 'sustainability' of self-support enterprises is a foundational element which creates continuous positive impact on our society. Findings of this study are significant to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for preservation and development of the social economy ecosystem. Based on this, further researches on comprehensive social economy are suggested.

  • While the importance of the service industry has increased at the national economy level, the service rate and job satisfaction of the flight attendants in the aviation service industry are not high. In this regard, this study aims to recognize what factors can reduce their job stress in the emotional work environment, and how job stress affects their attitude and job performance. More specifically, the current study tries to investigate how flight attendants' positive psychological status affect their job stress, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing in the aspect of job performance. The main five constructs in these interrelationships include the flight attendants' positive psychological capital, leader-member exchange(LMX), job stress, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing. This study conducted a quantitative research with 390 questionnaire for flight attendants, and analyzed the data using SPSS/PC version 20.0 and structural equation modeling program of AMOS 20.0. The findings show that the favorable leader-member exchange relationship between flight attendants plays a significant role in lowering job stress, while high job stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment and knowledge sharing. The result also shows that personal positive psychological capital acts as a trigger to influence other factors. Therefore, this study suggests that it is essential for airlines not only to promote an organizational system to support the flight attendants' emotional work but also to maintain a positive psychological state for securing competitive human resources.

  • Smart work is deeply embedded in our contemporary lives. This is called Smart Life. The expansion of communication, caused by smart life is utilized for the political purposes of politicians, political candidates, and political policies. Chiefly, smart life includes improvement in awareness, personal relations, and policy advocacy. Socially, smart life leads the proliferation of issues and civil movement. In particular, smart life has a significant effect on culture. In the case of K-POP, it is disseminated going beyond space time. It enhances economic value added by joining and sharing at the same time. Smart life has numerous advantages such as improving the quality of life, but it might cause inconvenience depending on users because there are differences in acceptance according to generations. Due to the heavy weight on the device, there are some side-effects such as lacking in human thinking, disclosure in private life, lacking in basic securities, increase in information addicts who are anxious when they do not get on the Internet or SNS, and interference with work. • The fourth industrial revolution is currently proceeding and is expected to significantly affect the way individuals live and in result change the society in various aspects. The ICT-based convergence industries of the fourth industrial revolution contain various fields such as driverless cars, lighter and tougher materials, robotics, 3D printing and even biotechnology. This paper examines the researches done in fourth industrial revolution field based on the articles submitted to APIC-IST 2015. The topics from articles related to the fourth industrial revolution were categorized based on the keyword frequency of main issues. Results suggested that IoT and Wireless sensor network related researches were among the fields that the most researches were done in it and topics like nanotechnology, biotechnology, driverless cars, sharing economy and 3D printing were not mentioned at all. This paper also suggests necessary contents in the fourth industrial revolution to be focused on for further research in this field.

  • The 1995 Informatization Promotion Act was passed to advance the national quality of life and to develop national economy by promoting informatization, forming the ground of telecommunication industry, and realizing the advancement of telecommunication infrastructure. This article was written to review whether this act's purpose was being achieved by Korean government. Even if Korean informatization policy implemetation structure is strongly centralized around the Ministry of Information and Communication, Information policies are formulated and implemented among agencies. To explain this phenomenon, I suggested the following factors : (1) The Korean government's lack of informatization experiences, (2) The political abuse of information policy, (3) the conceptual rigidity on the structure of information superhighway, (4) the absence of the basic principles for electronic government, (5) the uniformed regional informatization.

  • Forming central warehouses for a number of stores can save costs in the continuous review inventory model due to economy of scale and information sharing. In this paper, transportation costs are included in this inventory model. Hence, the tradeoff between inventory-related costs and transportation costs is required. The main concern of this paper is to determine the number and location of central warehouses. Transportation costs are dependent on the distance from several central warehouses to each store. Hence, we develop an efficient simulated annealing algorithm using distance-based local search heuristic and merging heuristic to determine the location and the number of central warehouses. The objective of this paper is to minimize total costs such as holding, setup, penalty, and transportation costs. The performance of the proposed approach is tested by using some computational experiments.
