It is true that the social welfare center influences on the community service. The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community welfare, education culture etc. Education culture magnified, and it is acting role as the community education culture center by various program including cultural desire according to the modern request to the whole local resident. In such sense, this study explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the education culture unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the service importance. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. Case study and analysis contents about education culture unit of social welfare center present the basic design data for the space plan of suitable social welfare center in small city.

With Wenhai big data SaaS cloud platform.2.0, this study analyzed data of 135 news reports relating to Chinese city Chongqing from Yonhap News Agency and ten South Korean mainstream newspapers from May 1^st, 2018 to September 30^th, 2022. Under the framework of Frame Theory, this research conducted data mining and analysis on how Korean mainstream media shaped city image of Chongqing, what kind of city images were shaped from dimensions of politics, economy, society, culture & sports as well as tourism and whether they are consistent with those in Chinese media. At the last part, discussions and suggestions was made.

논고는 복합문화적인 측면에서 바라 본 현대도시와 공공디자인의 특징 등에 대한 것이다. 본 연구는 현대도시와 문화에 대한 연구를 위해 관련 문헌 조사 및 다양한 이론적 고찰 등 실증주의적 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 문화와 복합문화에 대한 논의와 그에 따라 현대도시와 공공디자인과의 관계성을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 대표적 복합문화 공간으로서 스타필드 코엑스 사례를 분석하고 이를 공공디자인의 개념으로 재해석하였다. 덧붙여 현대도시가 가진 문화적 혼종성과 복합성의 성격을 공공공간에 융합하여 공공시설물에서의 사적공간의 필요성을 제언하였다. 하지만 본 연구는 우리나라의 복합문화의 개념 정의에 있어서 이론적 논의는 있었으나 이를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 실증적 사례를 제시하지 못하는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 이는 후속연구인 현대도시의 복합문화공간에 관한 고찰을 통해 실제 사례를 조사 연구를 통해 보완하도록 하겠다.

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the Culture.Welfare.Administration Complex of Yongin-City which was held by Yongin-City in December, 2001. The site is located at 68-19 Yukbuck-dong, Yongin-City, Kyunggi-do and has an area of 236,449$m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the Yongin-City could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a locale as a community center of Yongin-City, a resting place for the welfare of employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. This proposal chose the main design concept of this project as‘Nature meets City'. A grove of pine trees fragments the multi building complex, so that‘nature'was brought into the‘city'. A double ground system was introduced to respect the existing topography and to enhance the efficency of the land. This design proposal consists of four segments. Each segment has its own design theme. Outdoor space of this multi-purpose complex was designed with themes of nature, culture, welfare and administration. Space composition with grid and natural looking curvilinear lines was a design motive for this complex. The nature oriented planting design was introduced to respect the existing groves of Mt. Suksung. Specific species were chosen to follow its own spatial character in each space. An environmental sculpture called‘Dream Soaring'was placed in the middle of‘Citizen Plaza'. Its light and feather-looking shape symbolizes the vision of Youngin-City. At night people can watch the diverse color changes on its mirror-like surface.

This study focuses on determining the impacts of organizational culture on the accounting information system and the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The paper is organized in five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. Based on the samples of 353 respondents working in small and mediumsized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, the research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to find the answers for research questions. Group discussion, which yields final observed variables of the factors of organizational culture is used for qualitative method. Statistics, assessment of the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) are used for quantitative procedure. The results show that mission, involvement and inconsistency in organizational culture positively affect the accounting information system of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam. In addition, mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency in organizational culture are found to have positive impacts on the firm operational performance. Another finding of the study is that the accounting information system has a positive effect on operational performance of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.

지속가능한 국토개발과 지역균형발전을 위하여 세종시(행정중심복합도시), 기업도시(기업중심), 혁신도시(혁신클러스터) 등 다양한 형태의 신도시가 개발되고 있다. 특히, 세종시가 원안대로 추진되게 됨으로써, 혁신도시의 건설은 보다 탄력을 받게 될 전망이다. 기존 수도권의 신도시와는 달리 혁신도시는 공공기관 및 연구기관을 중심으로 혁신클러스터가 조성되고, 주로 지방의 중소도시 및 농촌지역에 신도시가 형성된 다는 측면에서 도시개발의 차이가 있다. 또한 인구는 대부분 2만 내외의 중소규모 신도시 및 신시가지로 개발되고 있다. 그러므로 혁신도시 내의 교육시설 및 문화시설은 도시규모 및 도시기능상 독립적인 수요를 확보하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 다양한 시설을 복합화하여 문화수요를 확대하는 것이 바람직하고 기존 모도시와의 공동이용을 도모하는 것이 도시관리의 차원에서 효율적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 는 다른 혁신도시와는 달리 2개 광역지자체의 공동혁신도시이자 혁신도시 중에서 가장 규모가 큰 신도시형으로 조성되는 나주혁신도시를 사례로, 혁신도시 문화교육시설을 활용한 기능과 공간의 융복합적 복합 문화벨트의 조성을 기존의 분산적 문화시설계획방식에 대한 새로운 대안으로 제시하였다.

공공도서관은 사회적 변화에 따라 문화적 교육적 기능이 활성화 되면서 다양한 형태의 독서문화프로그램을 개발하기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 최근 5년 동안 수원시 공공도서관을 대상으로 초등학생 독서문화프로그램의 운영 실태를 조사하고, 이용자 만족도 조사를 통하여 문제점과 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 조사 결과를 분석하여 도출한 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로는 담당자들의 협의체 구성, 강사 인력풀 구축, 잠재적인 자원봉사 교육, 프로그램을 위한 대규모 시설 필요, 향토문화예술단체와 연계 등이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 수원시 공공도서관의 초등학생 대상 독서문화프로그램 운영 시 참고자료로 활용하고 참여자의 요구에 맞게 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 계기를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

이 연구는 2009년 대한민국의 저탄소 녹색시범도시로 선정된 강릉시의 녹색성장정책 사업의 사례를 조사하여 도시성장정책의 생태사업, 문화사업, 신재생에너지사업, 녹색교통사업 등 4개 부문에서 다음과 같은 시사점을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 강릉시의 생태적 복원사업으로 위대한 친환경 생태복원사업은 경포해안의 불량숙박업소 철거와 이 구역에 해안송림을 재생시킨 사업이다. 둘째, 강릉시의 세계적인 문화자원은 녹색기술과 환경보전 중심의 녹색성장 정책에 대하여 문화적 다양성을 자각시키는 동인으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 강릉시는 해안을 연접하고 있고 해양이미지가 강하므로 향후 해양에너지로서 조력, 풍력, 심층수 등 다양한 사업접근이 가능하다. 넷째, 녹색교통사업으로 친환경 전력 활용, 그린카 이용 등의 사업이 추진 및 예정되어 있다. 결론적으로 강릉시의 녹색성장정책은 EcoCulture와 매우 부합하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 강릉시의 대다수 정책중 생태사업과 문화사업이 복합적으로 추진되고 있다는 것을 사례를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 이것은 강릉시와 유사한 전국의 중소도시들이 지향해야 할 저탄소 녹색도시 정책이 생태와 문화가 결합하여 시도해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 그래서 각 도시정부는 생태적 지속성, 문화적 다양성, 경제적 유효성을 확보하도록 매진해야만 할 것이다.

본 논문은 해외 성공 사례를 통해 문화산업클러스터의 작동원리 및 성공요인과 관련 평가지표를 도출하고 광주 문화콘텐츠기업의 설문조사와 비교하여 문화산업클러스터 성공적 조성을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다 본 논문의 정책적 시사점은 성공기업을 리딩기업으로 하는 연계, 클러스터 배후지로서 대도시 인접 조성, 창의적 인재 양성, 벤처자금 운영, 주력업종(게임, 애니메이션, 모바일콘텐츠) 중심으로 문화산업 육성, 적극적인 네트워크 활성화, 비전제시자로서 시와 정보문화산업진흥원의 역할 강화, 기업 유치를 위한 과감한 인센티브 부여를 들 수 있다.

In order to solve the urban problems caused by the increase of the urban population, the construction of smart city applying the latest technology is being carried out all over the world. In particular, we will create a smart city platform that utilizes data generated in the city to collect and store and analyze, thereby enhancing the city's continuous competitiveness and resilience and enhancing the quality of life of citizens. However, existing smart city platforms are not enough to construct a platform for smart city as a platform for solution elements such as IoT platform, big data platform, and AI platform. To complement this, we will reanalyze the existing overseas smart city platform and IoT platform in a comprehensive manner, combine the technical elements applied to it, and apply it to the future Korean smart city platform. This paper aims to investigate the trends of smart city platforms used in domestic and foreign countries and analyze the technology applied to smart city to study smart city platforms that solve various problems of the city such as environment, energy, safety, traffic, environment.
