본 연구의 목적은 인지기능저하 대상자를 돌보는 요양병원 간호사의 공감역량이 의사소통행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 그 과정에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검정하는데 있다. 자료수집 기간은 2021년 9월27일부터 10월 22일까지이며, P시에 재직 중인 요양병원 간호사 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, 단계별회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공감역량과 의사소통(r=.625, p<.001), 회복탄력성과 의사소통행위(r=.535, p<.001)간 에는 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 공감역량은 의사소통행위(𝛽=.725, p<.001)에 유의한 영향을 주며, 그 과정에서 회복탄력성이 부분매개효과(Z=2.012, p=.042)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인지기능저하 대상자를 돌보는 요양병원 간호사의 의사소통행위를 향상시키기 위해서는 공감역량과 회복탄력성를 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 적용할 것을 제안한다.

이 연구의 목적은 노인요양 시설 입소 노인의 삶의 질에 시설 서비스가 영향을 미치는지 파악하고, 가족 지지의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 대구·경북 지역의 노인요양 시설에 입소하여 생활하는 노인 192명이다. SPSS 22.0 program을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test와 ANOVA, Pearson의 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 연령, 학력, 자녀의 경제 수준, 입소 계기, 입소 기간에 따라 삶의 질에 차이가 있었다. 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 학력, 자녀의 경제 수준, 입소 계기, 입소 기간 그리고 시설 서비스로 나타났으며, 가족 지지는 시설 서비스와 삶의 질의 관계에서 매개 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 요양 시설 입소 노인들의 삶의 질 개선을 위한 간호 중재 계획 수립의 정보가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 장기 목표 추구 과정에서 의미 부여가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 의미의 매개 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 부산 소재 대학생 180명을 대상으로 각자의 장기 목표가 무엇인지 개방형 질문에 대한 답변을 하도록 하고, 목표를 추구하는 과정에서의 의미부여와 삶의 의미 및 주관적 안녕감에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 상관 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 이용한 매개효과 검증 및 sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관 분석 결과 의미 부여, 삶의 의미 및 행복은 서로 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 회귀분석 및 Sobel test 결과, 장기 목표 추구 과정의 의미 부여가 행복에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 의미는 완전 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학생이 장기 목표를 추구하는 과정에서 의미 부여를 하는 것이 전반적인 삶의 의미를 증진시키는 것 뿐 아니라 대학생의 주관적 안녕감을 높이는 데 도움이 됨을 시사한다. 또한 삶의 의미가 대학생의 주관적 안녕감에 매우 중요한 요인임을 보여준다. 마지막으로 후속 연구를 위한 제한점이 논의되었다.

본 연구는 지역 유통업자의 역할 성과를 자극-유기체-반응(SOR) 모델을 활용하여 비판적으로 검토하며, 시장 경쟁이 유기체(O) 및 반응(R) 요소에 미치는 조절적 영향을 고려한다. 종합적인 접근을 채택한 SOR 모델은 분배, 절차 및 상호 작용 불공정성을 포함한 외부 자극이 지각된 불공정성과 같은 내부 심리적 과정과 상호작용하여 수입업체의 장기 지향성을 형성하는 방식을 분석하는 포괄적인 프레임워크를 제시한다. 연구 수행을 위해 선행연구 검토를 바탕으로 설문지를 구성하였으며 한국 수출입기업을 대상으로 설문을 배포해 총 121부의 유효 표본을 획득하였다. 획득된 표본은 smart pls 3.0을 사용하여 가설을 검정하였다. 분석 결과, 경쟁적인 시장 역동성이 불공정성 인식과 유통업자의 장기 지향성 사이의 관계를 조절하는 것이 나타남으로써 시장 경쟁의 중추적인 역할을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SOR 모형을 적용함으로써 수출입과 연계된 유통물류 분야의 이론적 지평을 넓혔으며, 외부 자극, 내부 심리적 과정 및 시장 경쟁 간의 상호작용에 대한 종합적인 이해를 제공했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

Purpose: To identify the relationship between care worker's awareness of human rights and the compliance of caring behaviors among long-term care workers, and to identify factors affecting compliance with caring behaviors. Methods: Using self-report questionnaires, data were collected from 153 long-term care workers between October 4th and October 20th, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Results: The data indicate a difference in awareness of human rights according to: the careers of care workers, the possession of other health care-related licenses, and the perceived needs of human rights education. The data also indicate a difference in the compliance of caring behaviors according to: gender, family care experience, and dementia care experience. The factors influencing compliance of caring behaviors, according to the study, are gender (β=.19, p=.009), family care experience (β=.19, p=.023), and human rights (β=.38, p<.001). It was found that 23% could explain the compliance of caring behaviors. Conclusion: Long term care workers were found to have a higher level of the compliance of caring behaviors as their awareness of human rights increased. In order to increase the compliance of caring behaviors among long-term care workers, more educational programs on human rights should be provided.

This paper discusses the definition of the term "domestic industry" in relation to the application of the safeguards provisions of the WTO through the judicial interpretation made by the WTO Appellate Body and panel. The requirements for the imposition of safeguards include a rapid increase in import quantity, the existence of serious injury or threat of serious injury to the domestic industry, and a causal relationship between the increase in imports and the industrial injury. The domestic industry refers to the producers that account for a considerable portion of the total national production, or the national producers who produce articles "like" or "directly competitive" with the specific imports. Chronically, there have been controversial disputes relating to the interpretation of the term "like" or "directly competitive". Reviewing the disputes relating to the term "domestic industry" in application of the safeguards provisions since the establishment of the WTO, the interpretation of the term "like" has been made imposing weight on the physical characteristics of the products. This interpretation is in contrast with that of the interpretation of the term "directly competitive" which has been interpreted with imposed weight on the commercial elasticity of substitution which can be measured by the final use or consumer's taste.

In new deregulated electricity market, short-term price forecasting is key information for all market players. A better forecast of market-clearing price (MCP) helps market participants to strategically set up their bidding strategies for energy markets in the short-term. This paper presents a new prediction strategy to improve the need for more accurate short-term price forecasting tool at spot market using an artificial neural networks (ANNs). To build the forecasting ANN model, a three-layered feedforward neural network trained by the improved Levenberg-marquardt (LM) algorithm is used to forecast the locational marginal prices (LMPs). To accurately predict LMPs, actual power generation and load are considered as the input sets, and then the difference is used to predict price differences in the spot market. The proposed ANN model generalizes the relationship between the LMP in each area and the unconstrained MCP during the same period of time. The LMP calculation is iterated so that the capacity between the areas is maximized and the mechanism itself helps to relieve grid congestion. The addition of flow between the areas gives the LMPs a new equilibrium point, which is balanced when taking the transfer capacity into account, LMP forecasting is then possible. The proposed forecasting strategy is tested on the spot market of the Nord Pool. The validity, the efficiency, and effectiveness of the proposed approach are shown by comparing with time-series models

시소러스 작성에 있어서 가장 현실적인 어려움은 용어의 수집에 있다. 용어사전 뿐만 아니라 어휘사전도 시소러스의 중요한 용어 수집원으로 사용될 수 있다. "표준국어대사전"은 어문 규정을 충실히 반영한 우리나라의 대표사전이다. 또한 "표준국어대사전"은 단순히 표제어에 대한 용어 정의뿐만 아니라 해당 용어에 대한 다양한 정보를 체계적으로 담고 있기 때문에, 이를 시소러스 사전 구축에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 "표준국어대사전"이 갖고 있는 다양한 용어관계 정보를 시소러스 용어관계로 정의하는 방안을 모색하였다. 또한 용어의 분리, 동등관계와 계층관계의 설정, 한정어의 사용, 북한어 관계 등 시소러스 구축에서의 문제점과 해결 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 지리정보체계(GIS, Geographic Information System) 기법을 활용하여 대규모매립지반의 장기적인 침하관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 새로운 접근방법을 제시함에 있으며, 또한 제시된 GIS 기법 등을 활용하여 선행재하공법이 적용된 인턴국제공항 부지 전체연약층의 향후 예상침하량을 추정하여 보았다. 이 과정에서 공사 중 및 현재까지 측정된 다양한 침하량 계측자료가 분석되었으며, 아울러 Nagaraj 등의 이론을 토대로 한 재압축 지수의 산정과 Mesri & Godlewski가 제시한 과압밀상태에서의 2차압밀계수재압축지수 사이의 비를 정의하는 관계식 등을 토대로 2차압밀계수의 결정이 이루어 졌다.

본 연구는 노인요양시설의 사례관리자가 인지하는 조직 내 의사소통 만족과 서비스 질과의 관련성을 규명함으로써 사례관리에 있어 다양한 전문가로 구성된 팀원들간의 원활한 의사소통이 양질의 서비스의 전제조건임을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도의 30인 이상 규모의 48개 법인시설에 종사하는 사례관리자 104명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 기술분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 두 변인간의 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 사례관리자가 인지하는 조직 내 의사소통의 만족도가 높을수록 제공하는 서비스의 질이 높은 것으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사례관리팀내의 의사소통을 원활히 하기 위한 방안과 다양한 사례관리모델 중 노인요양기관에서는'팀접근'모델이 보다 적합할 수 있음을 제언하였다.
