Information technologies in higher education are the basis for solving the tasks set by monitoring the quality of higher education. The directions of aplying information technologies which are used the most nowadays have been listed. The issues that should be addressed by monitoring the quality of higher education with the use of information technology have been listed. The functional basis for building a monitoring system is the cyclical stages: Observation; Orientation; Decision; Action. The monitoring system's considered cyclicity ensures that the concept of independent functioning of the monitoring system's subsystems is implemented.. It also ensures real-time task execution and information availability for all levels of the system's hierarchy of vertical and horizontal links, with the ability to restrict access. The educational branch uses information and computer technologies to monitor research results, which are realized in: scientific, reference, and educational output; electronic resources; state standards of education; analytical materials; materials for state reports; expert inferences on current issues of education and science; normative legal documents; state and sectoral programs; conference recommendations; informational, bibliographic, abstract, review publications; digests. The quality of Ukrainian scientists' scientific work is measured using a variety of bibliographic markers. The most common is the citation index. In order to carry out high-quality systematization of information and computer monitoring technologies, the classification has been carried out on the basis of certain features: (processual support for implementation by publishing, distributing and using the results of research work). The advantages and disadvantages of using web-based resources and services as information technology tools have been discussed. A set of indicators disclosed in the article evaluates the effectiveness of any means or method of observation and control over the object of monitoring. The use of information technology for monitoring and evaluating higher education is feasible and widespread in Ukrainian education, and it encourages the adoption of e-learning. The functional elements that stand out in the information-analytical monitoring system have been disclosed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the emphasis of the 2007 curriculum revision is reflected on the units of 'Adolescence Self-Management' and 'Adolescence Consumption life' in the Technology·Home Economics textbooks that are used in middle school from this year. The entry style of large, middle, and small units, the objectives statements, the main contents, the activities, illustrations/tables/pictures, the supplemental materials, and the ending style of middle and large units of 12 Technology·Home Economics textbooks were analyzed. Among the several specific emphasis in the 2007 curriculum revision, 3 major emphasis were selected. The 3 major emphasis that were selected were: practical reasoning process, sustainable consumption life, and career education. How these 3 emphasis were reflected in the various parts of the 12 textbooks were analyzed using the criteria found in the literature. Until now, 29 fire accidents have occurred; 22 of them were caused by the interconnection of renewable energy sources that occurred during the rest period after the lithium-ion battery had been fully charged regardless of the seasons. The fire accidents of ESS were attributed to thermal runaway due to the overcharging of a few cells with the phenomenon of self-energy balancing, which is unintentional current flow from cells with a high SOC to the low cells if the SOC condition of each cell connected in parallel is different. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel configuration and operation algorithm of the BMS to prevent the self-energy balancing of ESS and presents a hybrid SOC estimation algorithm. From the test results of the self-energy balancing phenomenon between aging and normal cells based on the proposed algorithm and BMS, it was confirmed the possibility of self-energy balancing, which is unintentional current flow from cells with a high SOC to cells with a low SOC. In addition, the proposed configuration of the BMS is useful and practical to improve the safety of lithium-ion batteries because the BMS can reliably disconnect a parallel connection of the cells if the self-energy balancing current becomes excessively high.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and implications of learning with AI in the future by analyzing the trends of research learning with AI in the field of education. For doing this, the final 78 papers published in domestic journals over the past three years from 2019 to July 2021 were selected for analysis through review. The analysis results are as follows. First of all, papers in 2020 among the three years were most published, and the most utilized research method was the qualitative research. In addition, according to the analysis by study subject, studies on elementary school students were the most common, followed by studies on college and graduate students. In the analysis by subject, research related to foreign language education was most utilized and chatbot was most used in the AI technology type. Finally, the research learning with AI accounted for the majority, and student support accounted for the majority as the type of education system learning with AI at the implementation stage among the areas of teaching and learning and evaluation. Based on these results, the direction and implications of learning with AI in the future were presented. This study is meaningful in that it grasped research trends of learning with AI in domestic from an overall perspective, and examined learning with AI focusing on the instructor-learner and the teaching and learning design process.
Recent performed by recognizing a user's location, various services have been tailored focus on short-range wireless communication technology. A beacon in which is attracting attention as next-generation technology. Beacon is a terminal by utilizing the frequency of the non-audible area can not be bluetooth and human sending and receiving terminals and information, Apple recently iBeacon like a low-power Bluetooth (BLE; bluetooth low energy) based beacon showing a tendency to rise into the mainstream there. Services using a beacon is basically installs the terminal in a certain place indoor. It is characterized by providing the user the services to catch the user's position, even automatically take a separate action. Various types of location-based service provided by the target interior space began to attract attention. A variety of location-based services are provided in the interior space in order to be successfully deployed and provide guidance to the interior space, the movement route and the like are essentially required to build various types of information. In this paper, for efficient indoor positioning by varying the signal strength of the beacon in such areas were measured and analyzed.
Despite the existing body of literature focusing on the effects of one-to-one mobile technology integration in teaching and learning, research discussed that the determinants of mobile technology acceptance and use in secondary school settings are still unclear. Hence, this study examined the extent to which determinants influence high school students' behavioral intention to use one-to-one mobile technology for learning. The newly proposed model incorporated three additional constructs beyond those in the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, including computer self-efficacy, attitude toward using technology and computer anxiety, as suggested by recent literature. Data were collected from 247 U.S. Midwestern high school students who participated in an online survey. Using a structural equation modeling approach, this study established construct validity for the nine-construct extended UTAUT model to assess high school students' intention to use mobile technology. The results of structural relations in the proposed model showed that their behavioral intention to use mobile technology was significantly predicted by social influence and attitude toward using technology. Also, their strong behavioral intention and facilitating conditions were associated with frequent use of mobile technology in learning. Discussion, implications, and conclusion were addressed in this study.
The purpose of this study was to develop children-friendly comic books and animation for dietary education of 3rd or 4th grade elementary students. Through a literature review on current dietary problems and dietary education for children, 15 educational themes were chosen on both healthy eating and safe dietary life. Comic books and animation were developed based on the themes by the brainstorming and help of professional animators, and they were applied and evaluated in the field. The developed comic books and animation, with its own characters, proved to be of high quality and effective educational materials for children's healthy and safe eating. Compared with the reference group, the tested group has shown a significant improvement in dietary knowledge and attitude (p < 0.05). And both parents (level of understanding 4.29, level of interest 4.49, level of usefulness 4.46, level of design satisfaction 3.95 in 5-point Likert scale) and children (level of understanding 4.63, level of interest 4.57, level of usefulness of 1st comic book 4.44, 2nd comic book 4.49, level of design satisfaction 4.06, level of usefulness for knowledge pages 4.22 in 5-point Likert scale) have shown high levels of interests and satisfaction. Therefore, these materials could be utilized as effective educational materials for elementary students in school lunch time, extra-curricular activities, or after school programs.
The purpose of this study was to design an interactive multimedia nutrition education program for preschoolers. Computer technology provides the opportunity to explore new and creative methods of delivering nutrition education to pre-schoolers. If this method is effective, more preschoolers can be reached with accurate and consistent nutrition education with less time and teaching staff. This program is a computer-based multimedia nutrition education program for pre-schoolers based on the Dick and Carey (Dick & Carey 2001) model of instructional design which includes analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The overall instructional goal was based on the needs of the target population. The needs assessment was a self-administered survey distributed to 1,426 parents of preschoolers, focusing on the need for preschoolers' nutrition education. The results of the survey indicated that parents wanted their children to learn reasons for eating nutritious food. Therefore, a program titled 'Nutrition Exploration' was developed with the instructional goal of teaching preschoolers the 5 Food Groups. To achieve this goal, the preschoolers were engaged in a game. They could earn colored jewels by completing the game in five sessions. The story line was that people living in a peaceful kingdom become sick after they lose the jewels. The learner takes an adventurous journey through five different countries to retrieve the jewels. These countries are 'Giwoon nahrah' (foods containing carbohydrates, such as rice and potatoes), 'Sangsang nahrah' (foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals, such as vegetables and fruits), 'Sooksook nahrah' (calcium-con-taming products such as milk), 'Teunteun nahrah' (protein-containing foods such as meat and fish) , and 'Gakeum nahrah' (products with high sugar and fat content, such as instant foods and soda). The learner who obtains five jewels in five different countries can save the kingdom. For the program to be effective and efficient, the multimedia had to be easy for the preschooler to enter, use, and exit. The verbal instructions enhanced child autonomy, and the program was developmentally appropriate so that the young child could easily manipulate the software. This research provides the basis for the continued development of computer-based nutrition education materials.

ERP is an integrated information system to manage all human and material resources in offices. Therefore, the business competitiveness is reinforced. The best requirement of ERP is the real time data collection and analysis in ubiquitous environment. Passive information collection is a problem in existing ERP system. To solve that problem, active system is proposed using RFID Tag and Reader. From the simulation results, we confirm that resource information is acquired and event message is occurred after fixed time. In this paper, the real time management system of industry resource with RFID collects resource information actively instead of passive information collection and supports the event according to the schedule.
In the Republic of Korea, mathematics has always been a major blame for huge private expenditures on so-called "private education," which consists of private tutoring and lessons at "private academies of extra curricula." The private spending on out-of-school education often exceeded public expenditures on schools. In 1997, South Korean Ministry of Education reformed curriculum of mathematics along with other subjects to ease the burden of private education. The aim of this curriculum change was to put a boost on individual students' interests, affections and other attributes toward school mathematics. The essential distinctiveness of the new curriculum of mathematics compared with the previous one is as follows: 1. The implementation of so-called "differentiated curriculum" for grades 1-10. 2. 30% reduction of contents in mathematics and the reconciliation of contents. 3. Elective subjects for mathematics for grades 11 and 12. 4. More uses of technology in mathematics teaching. Firstly, we examine the background of the curriculum reform and analyze the new curriculum according to awareness of educational administrators, teaching environments of schools and readiness of mathematics teachers. Then we find out what kinds of problems it has and look for some suggestions for remedies.
