Light rail transit(LRT) is a public transportation and mainly has an automatic driverless operation system. LRT project is a large scaled project which a construction cost is tens of billions of won per km. Systems engineering(SE) is an interdisciplinary approach and means to enable realization of successful systems. In this paper, we propose the systems engineering processes and their outputs list for the LRT project. And then, we present template and sample case of process output. We also present a case which carried out SE process by SE tool.

To develop the multi-channel fiber-optic sensor array system, two-channel TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) fiber-optic sensor array was constructed and characterized. The sensor array topology was Mach-Zehender ladder type and PMDI(Phase-Matched Differential Interferometer) technique was used to exploit the efficiency of the array signal processing. By using a synthetic heterodyne demodulation technique, outputs of the two channels were monitored simultaneously. The sensitivities of channel #1 and #2 were measured ${\sim}60{\mu}rad/\sqrt{Hz}$ and ${\sim}80{\mu}rad/\sqrt{Hz}$, respectively. Crosstalk of sensors in the array was found to be approximately -36dB. Based on the results, we could conclude that TDM Mach-Zehnder ladder type sensor array can be used to detect the acoustic signal with stability and efficiency of the sensor array.

This paper analyzed about gender difference in the achievement of underachievers of high school students while learning using technology. Participants were composed of 67 underachievers on first grade in high school located in a metropolitan city. That had never used a mathematics educational calculator before. Target participants were divided into two groups: experiment group that studied activity papers with a CAS calculator. And control group that studied the same activity papers using only paper-and-pencil. The content of the activity papers for the two groups was the same, but the structure differed. The two groups completed mathematics achievement tests both before and after the activity papers. The results are that find out no difference of the mathematics achievement between boys and girls in each group, and that the mathematics achievement of boys in experiment group are better than one of boys in control group, and also girls.

An investigation of the CrMoV rotor steel weldment which experienced by cyclic thermal aging heat treatment and as-received condition was performed. This evaluation was carried out to confirm whether this type of weldment is appropriate for the service environment in terms of microstructural examinations, microhardness measurements and tensile tests. The cyclic thermal aging heat treatment, containing continuous heating and cooling thermal cycle was programmed to simulate the real rotor service condition. The heat treatment was performed for 40 cycles(5920hrs). The results indicated that the weldment was composed of 4 different regions such as heat affected zone of the base metal, butter weld(initial weld), full thickness weld(final weld) and the base metal. The double welding process was applied to eliminate the susceptibility of reheat cracking at heat affected zone of base metal. The grain refinement at the HAZ due to the welding process could reduce the possibility of cracking susceptibility, but its tensile properties was appeared to be low due to the weld metal in as-received condition. The benefit effect, grain refinement was extended with carbides coarsening during the cyclic thermal aging heat treatment. However the poor mechanical properties of the weldment was more degraded as undergoing the heat treatment.

Due to the rapid increase in mobile-phone use, various kinds of malfunctions have occurred recently. Among them, the mobile-phone addiction causes serious social problems. In particular, since teenagers are immature, they are easily addicted to new technology. In order to prevent from the mobile-phone addiction, a lot of research has been performed in various ways. This paper focuses on the differences in gender and time perspectives of adolescent and analyze the relationships between time perspectives and self-efficacy for preventing mobile-phone addiction. In order to achieve our research goals, we firstly survey on 1,224 secondary school students to analyze the gender differences about time perspectives. And then, we secondly survey on 269 high school students to examine the mediation role of self-efficacy between time perspectives and mobile-phone addiction by a structural equation model. Based on the results of our analyses, we provide an educational guide that can prevent mobile-phone addiction from secondary school students.

This study aimed to establishing a support policy for enhancing corporate's competitiveness by analysing the resources linkage status of social enterprise. 67 Social enterprises In Chung-nam area were surveyed. The results are as follows. Social enterprise didn't link with community agencies in area of the capital, product and services outlets, technology development, human resources, infrastructure and education. And social enterprises is linking external resources with public agencies actively in the area of management, PR and marketing. But most social enterprises are operating without the linkage of community organizations. In the future, social enterprises need the network of public, corporate, and private organizations in the community by strengthening the role of the intermediate support organizations.

The aim of this study was to predict the global sports market trend to make developmental and strategic marketing planning for governments, enterprises and scholars. By participating in Delphi, 21 professionals from 12 countries came up with 51 foresights. In addition, the following 7 final results emerged after 3 rounds of discussion. First, integrity issues (e.g., doping and gambling) will increase in the sports industry. Second, the market of youth sports will continue to grow worldwide. Third, the health-oriented sports service will growth, particularly for seniors or people with less wealth. Fourth, the convergence with high-technology, culture and leisure activity will be accelerated. Fifth, mega sports events will receive increasing scrutiny and criticism. Sixth, the leverage of new media (e.g., social media) as well as old media (e.g., TV and magazines) will expand in the sports industry. Finally, globalization, which is similar to the culture phenomenon, will be accelerated in the sports industry.

Balanced regional development' is rehabilitated as contemporary national agenda by Roh government. The regional equity policies has been justified as insuring more 'even development opportunity'. It is required further examination that the intrinsic relationships between spatial equity and 'the participatory democracy' of the government. The participatory democracy was estimated an important method to achieve 'the alternative development' of the new social movement. But the rapid evolution of transportation and electronic nudes of communication technology strengthened spatial concentration, especially concentration of authoritative resources. These concentrations have a tendency of participation exclusion in the symbolic social practice such as ideological and political decision-making. In order to realize participatory democracy, It is not sufficient to decentralize administration authorities. The reallocation and upbringing policies of symbolic practices such as cultural industries and education facilities is very important.

This study was conducted with a goal to identify the factors that determine radiology students' satisfaction with their major and to provide the basic data for efficient education and career guidance. The result indicated that the students' satisfaction with the professors' roles was high. However, overall, the level of satisfaction with the curriculum was found to be low. In addition, it was analyzed that there was a large gap between recognition and practice of self-directed learning. In the correlation analysis, the professors' roles were also found to be a very important factor. Based on the result, the professors' roles of center(teaching or state examination, students with questions etc.,), it was concluded that improvement of the radiology students' satisfaction with their major would help the students adapt themselves to the major and school successfully and develop a positive character to perform as professionals in the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cases of social contribution activities of cosmetics companies and to suggest directions for related activities to be continued more effectively in the future. The case was analyzed through the report, public information, and interview with the person in charge. The main results derived from previous studies and case studies. First, social contribution activities of cosmetics companies are performed in a variety of ways such as education, business, medical care, health, environmental protection, culture, art, donation etc. Second, corporate social contribution activities and diversity were found to be highly correlated with firm size. Third, the effectiveness of social contribution activities can be enhanced through collaboration with social enterprises and professional organizations. Forth, strategic approach to social contribution activities, systematic public relations, and CEO's sense of responsibility have a major influence on related activities. Based on the results of this study, it has been suggested that CSR activities of cosmetics companies can be made more effective.
