본 연구는 테크노 스트레스의 유발요인 중 테크노 과중과 테크노 침해가 심리적 계약 위반에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 심리적 계약 위반이 정서적 소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 과정을 살펴보기 위해 이루어졌다. 또한 테크노 과중 및 테크노 침해와 심리적 계약 위반간의 관계에서 발언행동의 조절 효과를 검증하고자 했다. 이를 위해 40문항으로 구성된 자기보고식 설문지를 이용하여 현재 조직에서 종사하고 있는 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 296명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 테크노 과중 및 테크노 침해를 높게 지각하는 구성원일수록 심리적 계약 위반을 더 경험하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 테크노 과중과 테크노 침해가 심리적 계약 위반을 매개하여 정서적 소진을 높인다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 발언행동의 수준이 높을수록 테크노 과중 및 테크노 침해와 심리적 계약 위반 간의 정의 관계가 감소하는 조절 효과가 관찰되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 갖는 시사점과 한계점, 향후 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

본 연구는 조직 지식관리시스템에 의해 발생 가능한 기술스트레스를 완화하는 조건을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 세부적으로, 연구는 지식관리시스템의 기술 과부하와 기술 복잡성이 지식관리시스템 이용의도에 미치는 부정적 요인임을 밝히고, 진성 리더십과 피드백이 기술스트레스를 완화하는 것을 제시한다. 연구는 지식관리시스템을 도입한 조직의 구성원에게 설문을 실시하였다. 2021년 5월 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 417개의 표본을 확보하였다. 가설검증은 AMOS 22.0을 활용하여 구조방정식모델링을 반영하여, 주 효과 분석과 조절 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 진성리더십이 지식관리시스템 이용의도를 감소시키는 기술 과부하와 기술 복잡성의 영향을 완화 시켰다. 그리고, 피드백이 기술스트레스와 이용의도 간의 부정적 관계를 조절하였다. 연구는 조직원 관점에서 지식관리시스템 도입 및 적용 시 문제될 수 있는 기술스트레스 완화에 대한 조직 차원의 전략적 방향(진성리더십 및 피드백 활동 강화)을 제시한 관점에서 시사점을 가진다.

테크노팝이라는 용어가 40년전 처음으로 사용된 이후 테크노 음악은 기술의 진보와 함께 많은 발전을 거듭했다. 그러나 테크노 음악을 음악사적 관점에서 고찰한 연구는 적은 편이며, 특히 그 태생적 특성과 관련하여 산업 기술적 측면의 발달에 대해서 이해해 볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 테크노가 본격 태동하던 시기의 디트로이트 테크노와 관련한 역사적 맥락을 살펴보고 특히 큰 성공을 거둔 유럽의 테크노 문화, 그리고 테크노 음악의 산업적 의의에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 테크노 음악의 발전과 관련한 제언을 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the predictive powers of the five technostress creators - techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, and techno-uncertainty - in job satisfaction and teacher efficacy of primary school teachers in Korea when they incorporated mobile technology into teaching. A questionnaire was designed to measure the level of teacher's stress from technology, job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. Data were collected from 164 teachers. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to explain which area of technostress led to varying degrees of job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. The results showed that techno-complexity alone predicted both job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. The reason why techno-complexity was the only predictor is that teachers would have first needed to understand how to incorporate mobile technology into teaching, before feeling overloaded, invaded, insecure, or uncertain about it, meaning techno-complexity precedes other constructs. Therefore, the only stress factor that affected them was how to understand the complexity of mobile technology. This calls for adequate training and support from schools and governments in order for the teachers to fully incorporate technology into teaching.

The importance of technical innovation is increasing gradually in accordance with the life cycle of technology being shortened and the convergence being accelerate. This thesis aims to present the Framework of Competency Model of Techno Leadership capable of utilizing in promoting R&D (Research and Development) Leaders systematically by the technology based enterprise. The characteristic of core behavior necessary for Techno Leaders has been sorted out through the literature investigation and the analysis course of meaning, etc., the competency model of Techno Leadership has been deducted by analyzing the relation with MOT (Management of Technology) capacity being common skill of task necessary for Techno Leaders and the characteristic of behavior based on this through the questionnaire survey. The possibility of application in the field as well has been verified by applying the developed competency model in the actual field of enterprise. The competency model of techno Leadership developed in this research may be utilized in the direction establishment for the promotion of Techno Leadership in the enterprise or laboratory, especially, if would be effective to self-diagnose the core competency necessary for R&D manpower to be grown as the Techno leader in the IT oriented enterprise and to establish the improvement direction.

The techno fashion presents the new formative beauty of fashion with a stream of light and dynamic phenomenon on human body. Also it opens the futurism arising from the combination of technology with fashion. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the internal trend and external form that techno-fashion aims at, and to analyze the expressive characteristics in design. The results were as follows. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion created the new formative artifact through the dismantlement and reorganization of form. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion used the composition of the geometrical abstraction as an expression of beauty symbolizing the modernity. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion created the diverse colors by using the light along with colors of gold, silver, metal, intense fundamental colors, and artificial rotor. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion expressed the dynamism, brilliance, youthfulness, futuristic image by using the sense of dazzling brightness by means of metal. ${\cdot}$ The techho fashion along with the development of science and technology made the atmosphere of silhouette of clothes different by expanding the category of materials more widely, together with the possibility of continual emergence of new material. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion expressed the dynamic movement on clothes and gave the sense of periodical rhythm by the reflective action of light when they were clad. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion grafted wearable technology into the fashion and made the information instruments recognized as a concept of clothes. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion pursued the values of not only the beauty of the simple geometrical design, but also the values of functionality and expressed the image of high quality of life through the harmony of technology with human.

디지털 전환 패러다임 속에 기업 내 IT 인력은 조직에 신기술 도입을 주도하고, 기술 축적, 개발 및 관리 등 IT 자산을 운용하는 핵심적 역할을 담당하고 있다. 하지만, 상대적으로 직무수명이 짧고 높은 이직률로 인해 기업들은 여전히 IT 인력의 부족이나 이직으로 인한 문제를 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IT 종사자를 대상으로 테크노스트레스, 스트레스 대처 및 직무소진과의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 통해, IT 종사자에게 동기를 부여하고 업무 효율성을 높이기 위한 접근 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 IT 종사자를 318명을 대상으로 주요 변인 간 관계를 분석하였으며, 주요 분석결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 테크노스트레스가 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향 관계에서는 기술불확실성, 기술불안감이 문제 중심적 대처에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 테크노스트레스가 감정 중심적 대처에 미치는 관계에서는 기술복잡성, 기술불확신성, 기술불안감이 감정 중심적 대처에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스 대처와 직무소진과의 관계에서는 문제 중심적 대처는 직무소진에 유의한 영향 관계는 나타나지 않았지만, 감정 중심적 대처는 직무소진에 정(+)의 관계가 나타났다. 마지막으로 테크노스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 관계에서는 기술불확실성, 기술침해가 직무소진에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 또한 스트레스 대처를 매개하는 간접경로 분석결과에서는 기술과부하와 기술복잡성은 감정 중심적 대처를 통해 직무소진에 간접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 디지털 전환 패러다임 속에서 IT자산의 효율적 운용과 경쟁력 강화의 핵심적 역할을 담당하는 IT 종사자에게 동기를 부여하고 업무효율성을 높이기 위한 조직차원의 전략적 접근 방향에 하나의 근거자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 테크노 스트레스의 유발요인 중 테크노 과중과 테크노 침해가 일로부터의 심리적 분리에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 일로부터의 심리적 분리가 일-가정 갈등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 과정을 살펴보기 위해 이루어졌다. 또한 테크노 과중 및 테크노 침해와 일로부터의 심리적 분리의 관계에서 상사-부하 교환관계의 조절효과를 검증하고자 했다. 이를 위해 총 43문항으로 구성된 자기보고식 설문지를 이용하여 다양한 직종에서 근무하는 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 306명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 테크노 침해를 높게 지각할수록 일로부터의 심리적 분리를 더 낮게 지각한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 테크노 침해가 일로부터의 심리적 분리를 매개로 하여 일-가정 갈등을 높인다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 상사-부하 교환관계의 질이 높을수록 테크노 침해와 일로부터의 심리적 분리 간의 관계가 완화되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 시사점, 그리고 연구가 갖는 한계점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언 등을 통합적으로 논의하였다.
