본 연구는 중등학교 가정과 교사들을 대상으로 하여 7차 교육과정에서 권장하는 ICT 활용의 수업 실태와 그 인지도를 알아보고, ICT 활용 교수ㆍ학습 방법이 가정과 수업에 보다 효율적이고 적정하게 활용될 수 있기 위해 개발이 요구되는 단원과 자료유형을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상자는 전국에 소재한 중등학교 교사 372명이었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. ICT 활용 수업을 하는 이유로는 학습자의 학업 성취도를 높이기 위하여 전개 단계에서 제시형 자료를 가장 많이 적용하는 정보 안내 유형의 수업을 진행하는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 자신들의 ICT활용 능력에 대한 인지도는 홈페이지와 관련된 영역을 제외한, E-mail 송수신 능력 프리젠테이션 작성 능력, 인터넷의 활용 능력에 대한 인지도가 높았으며, 정보화 능력에 있어서 교육경력 10년 미만인 집단의 정보화 능력에 대한 인지도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. ICT 활용 수업에 대한 인식은 수업의 흥미를 높이는데 가장 효과적이며, 73%의 교사가 ICT 활용 수업이 가정과 수업의 질을 향상시킬 것으로 기대하고, 교육 경력이 짧은 교사의 기대도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4. ICT 활용 수업을 위해 우선적으로 개발이 요구되는 단원(자료유형)으로는 중학교 2학년의 '옷 만들기와 재활용(데이터베이스)' 중학교 1학년의 '조리의 기초와 실제(데이타베이스)' '청소년의 영양(시뮬레이션 프로그램)', '성과 이성교제' 단원으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 기술 가정과 '정보통신기술의 활용'단원에서 문제 해결 과제중심 수업이 주요 개념의 이해 정도와 학습 태도에 미치는 효과를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 4차시에 해당하는 '정보통신기술의 활용'단원을 실험집단에게는 문제 해결 과제 중심 수업으로 진행하고 통제집단에게는 강의식 수업으로 진행하였다. 서울특별시 소재 중학교 2학년 2개 학급 각 68명으로 구성된 실험집단과 통제집단에 대해 개념의 이해 정도와 학습 태도를 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보통신에 대한 개념 이해 정도를 알아본 실험에서는 사전장사에서 두 집단 사이에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 사후검사에서는 문제 해결 과제 중심 수업을 한 실험집단이 강의식 수업을 한 통제 집단보다 평균 5.87점 높게 나타났다. 아울러 p< .05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 정보 통신에 대한 개념을 4개의 하위 영역으로 구분하였음 때, 통신의 원리와 방식, 네트워크의 연결에 대한 개념 이해에 관한 2개 영역의 검사에서는 두 집단 사이에 p< .05 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 나머지 2개 영역인 정보의 표현과 유형, 통신 네트워크의 구성과 종류에 관한 개념 이해 검사에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 학습태도에 관한 실험에서는 문제 해결 과제 중심 수업을 적용한 실험집단이 강의식 수업을 적용한 통제집단보다 학습태도가 더 바람직하게 변화되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 '정보통신기술의 활용'단원에서 문제 해결 과제중심 수업이 강의식 수업에 비해 주요 개념의 이해 정도와 학습 태도를 보다 긍정적으로 향상시킴을 보여준다.

There are emerging issues to update the educational environment for schools in terms of information and communication technology in order to provide customized programs to students as well as all participants relating to learning and teaching. The past year has been turbulent as the education facilities has changed and new procurement processes such as BTL have emerged. In this study, the feasibility analysis of ICT for the public educational environment is to analyse the current primary schools by means of collecting parent's opinion. In the web-site questionnaires, it was designed with 70 items such as teaching method, class organization, aptitude drill and educational community. As results, the statistical analysis is to propose the list of priority and orientation covering social agenda in the issue of ICT for education, the benefits schools can achieve by smart environment is to have the advanced learning services and solutions that represents parental engagement with identical local aims of interactive interface between their students and qualified teachers at a school. Both the national curriculum as well as the after-school program initiatives from the ministry of education, science and technology may reduce negative effects of private education so that the program has to be carefully developed for balanced education society revitalizing mutual communication within regional learning participants such as students, teachers and educational experts.

The world today has reached a certain level where it is impossible to get the quality education at the tertiary level without the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ICT has made life better, communication easier and faster, teaching and learning more practical through computers and other technology based learning tools. However, despite these benefits ICT has equally contributed immensely to environmental problems. Therefore there is the need to use ICT resources efficiently in universities for environmental sustainability so as to save both the university environment and the world at large from the effects of global warming. This paper evaluates the carbon footprints from the use of ICT devices and comes up with a proposed green ICT framework to reduce the carbon footprints in universities. The framework contains techniques and approaches to achieve greenness in the data center, personal computers (PCs) and monitors, and printing in order to make ICT more environmentally friendly, cheaper, safer and ultimately more efficient. Concerned experts in their respective departments at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) Malaysia evaluated the proposed framework. It was found to be effective for achieving efficiency, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

This paper has been studied Design and Implementation Using the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) Education System on the Web. And then this paper has designed a teaching and learning model for Using the ICT Education System on the Web of management substance in commercial high school, verified and implemented them. After this study, this web-based multimedia data with voice instruction and humanity education data in student's module to develop the local natural environments is more helpful to occur the students' motivations and interests and get higher achievements of study than teach only with the textbook.

정보통신기술의 급격한 발달은 새로운 정보와 지식의 양을 급속하게 증가시켜 지식기반사회로의 체제를 굳건히 만들고 있다. 지식기반사회에서 전통적 교수-학습 방법은 더 이상 학습자의 문제해결에 도움을 주기 어렵다. 이런 이유 때문에 전통적 교수-학습 방법을 대신할 수 있는 지식기반사회의 적합한 수업모형인 문제중심학습이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-러닝과 PBL(문제기반학습)을 결합시킨 수업모형인 온라인 기반의 e-PBL을 제안한다. 이는 전통적인 교수-학습 방법의 문제점을 극복할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초등학교 정보소양교육 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 e-PBL 수업모형, 수업문제를 개발하고 이를 실제 교육현장에 적용하여 타당성과 효과성을 검증하였다. 또한 e-PBL을 지원하기 위한 e-PAS 시스템을 구축하여 학업성취도 및 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시키고 학습만족도를 신장시켰다.

최근 학교 교육에서 학습자 중심의 ICT교육에 대한 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 앞으로의 교육은 이미 정해진 틀에 학습자를 맞추기보다는 학습자의 개인적 자질을 존중하는 방향으로 나아가야 한다. 이러한 관점은 Gardner의 다중지능이론에 논리적 근거를 두고 있다. 이런 맥락에서 초등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 ICT소양교육도 다중지능을 바탕으로 개개인 학생의 능력과 소질을 잘 판단하여 적합한 교육과정과 교수 방법을 적용할 필요가 있다. 이에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 본 연구에서는 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도와 다중지능의 상관관계를 살펴보았고, ICT소양교육의 학업성취 우수아와 부진아를 대상으로 어떤 지능이 ICT소양교육의 성취도를 결정하는 요인인지 알아보았다. 그 결과 논리수학지능이 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도와 유의미한 상관이 있었고, 논리수학지능과 언어지능이 ICT소양교육의 학업성적의 우열 결정에 크게 작용하는 요인으로 나타났다.

자기주도적 학습을 통하여 학습효과를 극대화하고자 하는 교육현장에서는 컴퓨터 기능 습득을 중점으로 이루어지는 기존의 정보통신기술교육의 한계점을 인식하고 학습자 중심의 변화된 교육환경을 요구하고 있지만, 일선의 교육현장에서는 여전히 컴퓨터 기능 습득만을 컴퓨터교육내용의 전부로 인식하고 있다. 본 논문은 '울산 사이버가정학습'을 활용하여 학습자 중심의 'e-PBL환경'을 구축하고 효과적인 컴퓨터교과 지도방안을 설계한다. '울산 사이버가정학습'을 웹 환경으로 구축하고, 정보통신기술교육 교재 '우리 생활과 정보'의 각 단원을 재구성하여 학습자 중심의 효과적인 지도방안을 연구한다.

Elementary school students have a little awareness of privacy protection since they do not have many opportunities for systematic education on information and communication ethics. Hence, they are likely to expose their own information to others and sometimes bring on a lot of misuses by using others' information. In this paper, we provide an idea for teaching and learning methods which the elementary school students acquire privacy protection and management methods and raise their practical capabilities. We develop a role play teaching and learning model in connection with various Information and Communication Technology (ICT) activities and establish the instruction plans. Moreover, we apply them to the actual classes at grade five and six of the elementary school students respectively, and finally analyze the results. The proposed teaching and learning method shows that the students participated in a series of learning activities have higher learning effects on awareness of privacy protection than those learned with the conventional methods.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 혁명이 미래학교를 어떻게 변화시킬 것인가 예측해 보며, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크기술을 중심으로 지식사회에서의 e-learning 과 ICT (Information Communication Technology) 활용한 학습 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 e-school 의 모형과 협동학습을 기반으로 하는 블렌디드 러닝(Blended-Loaming) 활용 교수-학습 과정 안을 제안한다.
