화학기상증착법 (CVD) 으로 $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$ 박막가스센서를 제조하여 NO가스에 대한 검지감도 특성을 조사하였다. 150~$250^{\circ}C$로 증착온도를 변화시키면서 $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$ 박막을 증착하였을 때 $175^{\circ}C$와 20$0^{\circ}C$에서 증착한 박막은 $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$상이 나타났으나 $250^{\circ}C$에서 증착한 시편에서는 ${\gamma}$-Fe$_2$O$_3$상이 나타났다. X-선 회절분석으로 증착 및 열처리 조건에 따른 결정립의 크기변화를 조사한 결과 증착온도가 증가하거나 열처리시에 결정리이 성장함을 알 수 있었다. 가스검지감도 측정결과 175$^{\circ}C$에서 증착한 시편의 감도가 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났고, 이때 NO 가스 250ppm에 대한 검지감도는 3.2, 100ppm일때의 응답시간은 12초였다.

이 논문에서는 CS-Semistratifiable 공간보다 더 일반화된 공간 Cn-Semistratifiable을 정의 하며 그에 따른 여러가지 성질들을 조사하였다. 위상 공간(X, $\tau$)에 대하여 $\alpha$$\times$$\tau$에서 X의 폐집합족으로의 함수 S가 존재하여 다음 조건들을 만족할 때 공간X는 Cn-Semistratifiable over $\alpha$라 정의한다. a) 임의의 개집합 U에 대하여 U=U{S($\beta$, U) : $\beta$<$\alpha$} b) U, V가 X의 개집합이고 U⊂CV이면 모든 $\beta$<$\alpha$에 대하여 S($\beta$, V)⊂S($\beta$, V)이다. c) 만약 ${\gamma}$<$\beta$<$\alpha$ 이라면 임의의 개집합 U에 대하여 S(${\gamma}$, U)⊂S($\beta$, U)이다. d) X의 수렴하는 net $X_{\beta}$$\longrightarrow$X와 X를 품는 임의의 개집합 U에 대하여 적당한 $\beta$<$\alpha$가 존재하여 X$\in$S($\beta$. U)이고 { $X_{\beta}$}는 S($\beta$, U)안에 eventual하게 들어간다. 위의 정의에 의하여 다음과 같은 성질들이 증명되었다. 1 . Strstifiable over $\alpha$$\longrightarrow$cn-semistratifiable over$\longrightarrow$semistratifiable over $\alpha$ 2, 어떤 공간이 cn-Semistratifiable over $\alpha$이기 위한 필요충분 조건은 그것이 linearly cushioned cn-pairnet를 갖는 것이다. 3. cn-semistratifiable over $\alpha$의 부분공간 역시 cn-semistratifiabie over $\alpha$ 하다. 4. on-semistratifiable over $\alpha$의 유한개의 적공간 역시 cn-semistratifiabie over $\alpha$한다. 5. 폐 cn-semistratifiable over $\alpha$ 부분공간들의 합공간 역시 on-semistrbtifiable over $\alpha$ 하다. 6. 폐연속 net-cevering 함수에 의하여 cn-semistratifiable over $\alpha$ 성질이 보존된다.

Let X and Y be Ito processes with dX$_{s}$ = $\phi$$_{s}$dB$_{s}$ ＋ $\psi$$_{s}$ds and dY$_{s}$ = (equation omitted)dB$_{s}$ ＋ ξ$_{s}$ds. Burkholder obtained a sharp bound on the distribution of the maximal function of Y under the assumption that │Y$_{0}$│$\leq$│X$_{0}$│,│ζ│$\leq$│$\phi$│, │ξ│$\leq$│$\psi$│ and that X is a nonnegative local submartingale. In this paper we consider a wider class of Ito processes, replace the assumption │ξ│$\leq$│$\psi$│ by a more general one │ξ│$\leq$$\alpha$ │$\psi$│ , where a $\geq$ 0 is a constant, and get a weak-type inequality between X and the maximal function of Y. This inequality, being sharp for all a $\geq$ 0, extends the work by Burkholder.der.urkholder.der.

Enumeration of the primes with difference 4 between consecutive primes, is counted up to 5${\times}$10$\^$10/, yielding the counting function ,r2,4(5${\times}$10$\^$10/) = l18905303. The sum of reciprocals of primes with gap 4 between consecutive primes is computed B$_4$(5 ${\times}$ 10$\^$10/) = 1.1970s4473029 and B$_4$ = 1.197054 ${\pm}$ 7 ${\times}$ 10$\^$-6/. And Enumeration of the primes with difference 6 between consecutive primes, is counted up to 5${\times}$10$\^$10/, yielding the counting function $\pi$$\_$2.6/(5${\times}$10$\^$10/) = 215868063. The sum of reciprocals of primes with gap 6 between consecutive primes is computed B$\_$6/(5${\times}$10$\^$10/) = 0.93087506039231 and B$\_$6/ = 1.135835 ${\pm}$ 1.2${\times}$10$\^$-6/.

In this paper, we introduce three new broad classes of second-order generalized convex functions, namely, ($\mathcal{F}$, $b$, ${\phi}$, ${\rho}$, ${\theta}$)-sounivex functions, ($\mathcal{F}$, $b$, ${\phi}$, ${\rho}$, ${\theta}$)-pseudosounivex functions, and ($\mathcal{F}$, $b$, ${\phi}$, ${\rho}$, ${\theta}$)-quasisounivex functions; formulate eight general second-order duality models; and prove appropriate duality theorems under various generalized ($\mathcal{F}$, $b$, ${\phi}$, ${\rho}$, ${\theta}$)-sounivexity assumptions for a multiobjective programming problem containing arbitrary norms.

The $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$ gas sensor, prepared by the precipitation of Fe(OH)$_3$ from a solution of iron(III) sulfate and tin (IV) chloride, was composed of fine particles and was superior in sensitivity to other $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$. The gas sensitivity was found to depend on the amounts of remaining sulfate ion the microstructure and a small amount of iron(II) species generated through the reduction of $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$. The sensing mechanism of $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$gas sensor was confirmed to be due to the reduction of $\alpha$-Fe$_2$O$_3$ to the low resistive Fe$_3$-xO$_4$ by combustible gas and to depend on the crystral structure.

CANBU형 원전에서 $^{14}C$ 핵종은 감속재 계통, 냉각재, 환형기체 및 연료 계통에서 생성된다. 이4가지 계통 중 감속재 계통이 전체 $^{14}C$ 생성의 94.8%를 차지하고 있다. $^{14}C$ 핵종은 용액 내에서 PH에 따라 용존 이산화탄소$^{14}CO_2$), 중탄산 이온($H^{14}{CO_3}^-$), 탄산 이온($^{14}{CO_3}^{2-}$) 및 탄산($H_2^{14}CO_3$)의 형태로 존재하는데, 감속재 계통에서는 PH가 5이상으로서 주로 이산화탄소($^{14}CO_2$), 탄산($H_2^{14}CO_3$) 및 중탄산 이온($H^{14}{CO_3}^-$)으로 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 월성 원전 각 계통에서 사용되고 있는 이온교환수지 현황과 년도별 폐수지 발생현황을 조사하였다. 그리고 월성 원전에서 사용되고 있는 IRN 150 수지의 탄소화합물의 흡$\cdot$탈착 특성을 살펴보기 위해, 중성 pH에서 주로 존재하는 ${HCO_3}^-$ 이온을 IRN 150 수지와 반응시켜 포화시킨 뒤, $NaNO_3$ 와 $Na_3PO_4$ 및 HC1, NaOH의 탈착용액을 선정하여 ${HCO_3}^-$ 이온의 탈착 가능성을 알아보았다. $Na^+$ 이온에 의한 $CO^{2+}$ 이온 및 $Cs^+$이온의 탈착은 거의 발생되지 않았으며, ${NO_3}^-$ 이온 및 ${PO_4}^{3-}$ 이온에 의한 ${HCO_3}^-$ 이온의 탈착은 서서히 진행되었다.

육방정 페라이트 $Co_2$Z(B $a_3$ $Co_2$F $e_{24}$ $O_{41}$ )를 여러 공침-산화 방법으로 제조하여 생성과정을 연구하였으며, 적절한 제조 방법을 결정하였다. 산화 및 공침 순서를 다르게 하여 $Ba^{2+}$, $Co^{2+}$, F $e^{2+}$ 등의 염화물 혼합 수용액으로부터 $Co_2$Z 조성의 수산화물을 제조하였다. 그리고 열처리 온도에 따른 생성상의 변화를 열분석(DTA/TGA), 분말 X-선 회절분석, 주사전자현미경 등을 이용하여 관찰하였다. $Co_2$Z 상은 출발물질이 비정질에 가까운 산수산화철($\delta$-FeOOH)일 경우에만 관찰되었으며, $Ba_3$F $e_{32}$ $O_{51}$ , BaF $e_{12}$ $O_{19}$ (M형), $Ba_2$ $Co_2$F $e_{12}$ $O_{22}$ (Y형)로부터 생성되었다. 염화물 혼합 수용액을 산화시킨 다음 침전하여 합성한 공침물은 110$0^{\circ}C$부터 $Co_2$Z가 생성되었다.

1. Background and Purpose ${\ulcorner}$DongyiSooseBowon${\lrcorner}$ is the book that was mixed ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$KyungjaBon${\lrcorner}$ which was written by DongMu. But hardly any clause or text of the GaboBon excepting ${\ulcorner}$DongyiSooseBowon${\lrcorner}$ has been described. At the year of 2000, the society of sasang constitutional medicine acqired ${\ulcorner}$HamsanSachon DongyiSooseBowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ which is seen as a written copy of ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$. According to Lee Sung-Su who is the great-grandson of DongMu's older brother, ${\ulcorner}$HamsanSachon DongyiSooseBowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ was worked by Lee Jin-Yoon who is the grandson of DongMu's older brother, and it was copied by Han Min-Gab and now is owned by Lee Sung-Su who is son of Lee Jin- Yoon. 2. Methods This paper was written in order to understand of ${\ulcorner}$HamsanSachon DongyiSooseBowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ through the study to focus on the bibliographical character. 3. Result and Conclusion 1) It is reasonable that ${\ulcorner}$HamsanSachon DongyiSooseBowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ had copied to the original ${\ulcorner}$DongyiSoose Bowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ which was written by DongMu. 2) We can find the character of ${\ulcorner}$HamsanSachon DongyiSooseBowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ as follows. (1) It has the table of contents, the definition of the number of the texts, and the article number of each texts. (2) ${\ulcorner}$KyungJaBon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SinchukBon${\lrcorner}$ has different number of the texts about ${\ulcorner}$The general remarks on the Soyangin${\lrcorner}$. (3) It is different with original ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$ because of the extracting marks of the text. (4) It is supposed that it has the pares which was additionally or wrongly amended by someone. 3) We can consider that the character of original ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$ which was written by DongMu from ${\ulcorner}$HamsanSachon DongyiSooseBowon GaboGubon${\lrcorner}$ as follows. (1) ${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on Nature and Order${\lrcorner}$${\sim}$${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on the Four Principles${\lrcorner}$ is original articles of ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$. (2) The head title of${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on the Origin of Oriental Medicine${\lrcorner}$ was not in ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$. (3) It is not clear whether ${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on the General Health Maintenance${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$The Discourse on Identifying Four Constitutions${\lrcorner}$ is original texts or amended texts of ${\ulcorner}$GaboBon${\lrcorner}$. So it is required more study about it.
