  • This study developed matt used by thermoelectric device to use both cooling and heating. To develop this system, heating system used sheath heater and cooling system used thermoelectric device. A Flow of water controlled by a capillary tube system made by polymethyl. Results by this system very lowered spending of energy.

  • The supply rate of renewable energy has been increasing under the influence of an energy scarcity. Government has supported the use of renewable energy by government subsidies. The operation of renewable may not been operating appropriately, although increasing the use of renewable energy. We found out some problems of the operation of renewable energy and offered some improvements. This research proposes the efficient operation method for the solar thermal system, and proposed operation method was compared and evaluated with existing operation strategy after selecting one building installed solar thermal system. Recently, the interest to renewable energy has increased because of the environmental issues and energy crisis. However the utilization of the renewable energy system is low because of the use of renewable energy system and existing renewable energy system independently, although supply rate of renewable system is increasing. Especially, in the case of solar thermal system heating load is not responsible for the load of hot water supply in many cases. Therefore, suggesting efficient operation plans and evaluations of the energy consumption and efficiency of a solar thermal system is needed.

  • This study aims to investigate the awareness and status of smart attendance systems in the professors and college students who directly use an electronic smart system, a learning management system utilizing IT and to propose a plan for improvement to increase the efficiency of the smart attendance system. As for the research method, this study conducted an online survey with 264 students at S. University to investigate the status of their use and awareness of the smart attendance system. As a result, first, the professors mostly were satisfied with the smart attendance system, and it would be necessary to improve learning ability and the function of self-management in connection with the learning management system. Second, the college students were dissatisfied with the user interface and speed of the smart attendance system, and it would be necessary to improve the delay time, login, update, and false attendance.

  • In this paper, we implement the web-based education system on CMS(Contents Management System). The goal of this paper is that Everyone who uses this system will use and maintain the web site easily. All procedures can be performed on the web and all content by the manager can be applied to users. This allows both user and administrator to use the web-based education system in a better environment. This system also will try to cover all user levels by providing web standards. So more user can use the standard web service without worrying about time and space. For this reason, this system will be developed with web standard guide so that all users won't experience any problems with the browsers of primary platforms complying with W3C. This paper can provide the possibility to overcome the limitations of current web-based education system.

  • This article is focusing on the improvement of weapon system test & evaluation, aimed at the weapon system in the research development stage. This article suggests improvement directions in three aspects(organization and system, skilled manpower and technology, test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation) as follows. 1) Weapon system test & evaluation organization and system a. Establishment of comprehensive test & evaluation system b. Making regulation for comprehensive test infrastructure management. c. Standardization of test & evaluation process, which can be used in special subject to army, navy and air force. 2) Skilled manpower and technology of weapon system test & evaluation a. Training & education, management of test & evaluation experts. b. Establishment of skill management system of test & evaluation. 3) Test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation a. Establishment of comprehensive improvement direction of test & evaluation installation and equipment. b. Consideration of counter measures to prevent overlapping investment, and to use the test & evaluation resources efficiently. c. Establishment of organic network for the effective use of test & evaluation installation and equipment. d. Establishment of detailed cooperation plan for the commonage of test & evaluation facility and equipment.

  • The purpose of this study is to raise the drinking rate of Arisu, the tap water in Seoul, and to propose new solution for continuous water quality management and raising awareness. The research scope was limited to point-of-use water treatment system, and based on the this contents I proceed this study how this will help to increase direct drinking rate of Arisu. Through research, Korea has provided users with the ability to filter contaminated tap water simply as water to be rinsed through water purification. Therefore, it was predicted that it would be difficult to improve tap water as drinking water. With this study, I expect that the strength of point-of-use system and the reliability of tap water quality will be raised and hope various product will be developed to improve the perception as drinking water and I also expect that this can be applied to whole country even further in the scope of Seoul city.

Application of the Latest Land Use Data for Numerical Simulation of Urban Thermal Environment in the Daegu (최신토지피복자료를 이용한 대구시의 열환경 수치모의)

  • The land surface precesses is very important to predict urban meteorological conditions. Thus, the latest land use data set to reflect the rapid progress in urbanization was applied to simulate urban thermal environment in Daegu. Because use of the U.S geological Survey (USGS) 25-category data, currently in the fifth-generation Pennsylvania State University-National Center for Atmospheric Research Mesoscale Model (MM5), does not accurately described the heterogeneity of urban surface, we replaced the land use data in USGS with the latest land-use data of the Korea Ministry of Environment over Daegu. The single urban category in existing 24-category U.S. Geological survey land cover classification used in MM5 was divided into 5 classes to account for heterogeneity of urban land cover. The new land cover classification (MC-LULC) improved the capability of MM5 to simulate the daytime part of the diurnal temperature cycle in the urban area. The 'MC-LULC' simulation produced the observed temperature field reasonably well, including spatial characteristics. The warm cores in western Daegu is characterized by an industrial area.

L-THIA/NPS to Assess the Impacts of Urbanization on Estimated Runoff and NPS Pollution (도시화에 따른 유출과 비점원 오염 영향을 평가하기 위한 L-THIA/NPS)

  • The land use changes from non-urban areas to urban areas lead to the increased impervious areas, consequently increased direct runoff and higher peak runoff. Urban areas have also been recognized as significant sources of Nonpoint Source (NPS) pollution, while agricultural activities have been known as the primary sources of NPS pollution. Many features of the L-THIA/NPS GIS, L-THIA/NPS WWW system have been enhanced to provide easy-to-use system. The L-THIA model was applied to the Little Eagle Creek (LEC) watershed in Indiana to evaluate the accuracy of the model. The L-THIA/NPS GIS estimated yearly direct runoff values match the direct runoff separated from U.S. Geological Survey stream flow data reasonably. The $R^2$ and Nash-Sutcliffe values are 0.67 and 0.60, respectively. The L-THIA estimated runoff volume and total nitrogen loading for each land use classification in the LEC watershed were computed. The estimated runoff volume and total nitrogen loading in the LEC watershed increased by 180% and 270% for the 20 years. Urbanized areas -"Commercial", "High Density Residential", and "Low Density Residential"- of the LEC watershed made up around 68% of the 1991 total land areas, however contributed more than 92% of average annual runoff and 86% of total nitrogen loading. Therefore, it is essential to consider the impacts of land use change on hydrology and water quality in land use planning of urbanizing watershed.nning of urbanizing watershed.

The Effect of Authentic Leadership on Intention to Use Knowledge Management System through Techno-stress: Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Techno-stress and the Moderating Effect of Feedback (진성 리더십이 기술스트레스를 통해 지식관리시스템 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 기술스트레스의 매개효과 및 피드백의 조절효과 분석)

  • This study is to suggest conditions for mitigating techno-stress due to the adoption of the knowledge management system(KMS). Specifically, the study suggests that techno overload and techno complexity are negative factors on the intention to use KMS, and suggests that authentic leadership and feedback mitigate techno-stress. We conducted an online survey in May 2021 of employees in organizations that applied KMS, and obtained 417 samples. We performed the structural equation modeling of AMOS 22.0 for hypothesis testing and analyzed the main effect and the moderating effect. The result is as follows. First, techno overload and techno complexity reduced the intention to use the KMS. Second, authentic leadership increased the intention to use the KMS and mitigated techno overload and techno complexity. Third, feedback moderated the negative relationship between techno-stress and intention to use the KMS. The study has implications from the perspective of suggesting the strategic direction (authentic leadership and feedback) at the organizational level for mitigating techno-stress, which may be a problem when introducing and applying a KMS from the perspective of organization employees.

MTS Service Environmental Quality's Effects on the Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention in the Agile Business Environment (애자일 경영 환경에서의 모바일증권거래시스템 서비스 환경 품질이 고객만족과 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently the business environment surrounding the financial investment industry is changing rapidly, and the demands of customers (diversity and the cycle of change etc.) are getting shorter. In this context, it can be said that companies are forced to adopt an agile management environment. In particular, non-face-to-face channels, including MTS, is adopting the agile system into the digital finance sector from a company-wide and strategic perspective. This study analyzed the effects of MTS services' environment quality on customer satisfaction and continuous intention to use for MTS users who are rapidly increasing under the agile management environment in the financial investment industry. This study surveyed the quality of service environment (accessibility, convenience, design, security), customer satisfaction, and continuous intention to use for 350 MTS users. First, accessibility, convenience, and security of MTS service environment quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and design was rejected Second, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on continuous intention to use. Third, convenience and security of MTS service environment quality have positive effects on continuous intention to use, and accessibility and design were rejected. The results of this study, together with demographic analysis, are expected to provide useful implications for MTS activation studies and securities firms' strategies.
