In order to achieve sustainable growth in the era of global competitiveness, a speedy and flexible strategy is needed in the fast changing management environment. For this purpose, strengthening the core confidence in the organization along with acquiring competitive advantages that cannot be easily copied by competitors should be done based on dealing with needs from customers and markets positively. In this study, the creative value innovation strategy and creative value design methodology will be presented to improve company competitiveness.

The comparison of solar energy technologies with conventional technologies involves more than just comparing the costs of supplying energy and provding capacity. Solar technologies supply energy in a sustainable manner while having minimal effects on the environment. When choosing between solar energy technologies and conventional technologies, first cost is a important factor. The environmental and other social benifits of using solar energy technologies contrasts sharply with the environmental degradation and social costs resulting from the use of conventional technologies. These hidden costs, sometimes called "social cost", are not included in conventional economics. This paper is emphasized that the consideration of social costs effects comparisons between renewable and conventional energy technologies is of importance.

지속가능한 디자인의 배경, 개념과 필요성을 포함하고 있는 지속가능한 디자인에 대해 고찰해보고 패키지 다자인의 개념, 기능, 구성요소 및 지속가능한 도자 제품의 패키지디자인의 현황을 분석해 흐름을 파악한다. 이러한 지속가능한 도자 제품의 패키지디자인의 특성을 알아보고, 사례 분석을 통해 지속가능한 도자 제품의 패키지디자인의 실증분석 연구해본다. 분석한 문제점을 토대로 지속가능한 도자 제품의 패키지디자인의 나아갈 방향을 제시한다.

The research proposes theoretical recommendations for Smart City that targets elderly citizens. The elderly citizens in question are people currently in their mid-50s to early 60s, in order to adequately employ futuristic technologies into four major sectors: healthcare, post-retirement employment, community-based governance, and environment-friendly infrastructure. The research concludes that the technical application of welfare to the elderlies through constructing a purposeful Smart City is desirable, environmental consideration should come in prior concern as a sustainable foundation.

The soil revitalization movement is the important approach to intensify the agricultural production and sustainable agriculture for the future.
