A Study on Customer Satisfaction Factors of Supply Chain Management Support Center(SCSC)

  • Purpose - This study centers on field surveys aimed at deriving the customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers that are positioned between suppliers and consumers in the supply chain. They consists of manufacturing, sales, distribution, consumption and collection, and that are in charge of core functions for suppliers' customer satisfaction management and consumers' satisfaction with consuming activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers were derived through literature review and expert opinion surveys, and a questionnaire was developed through a process of the refinement of variables using pilot tests and 330 questionnaire sheets were distributed. The questionnaire sheets were collected and opinions in them were analyzed using fuzzy AHP methodology. Results - Three factors, which are turnover intentions, motivation, and job satisfaction, were derived as customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers, and the ranking relationships of these three factors were analyzed. In addition, the ranking relationships among six execution variables of turnover intentions, 10 execution variables of motivation, and 10 execution variables of job satisfaction were analyzed using fuzzy AHP methodology to obtain quite significant results. Based on the results of this study, three implications in the three strategic aspects and an implication in the academic aspects are presented. Conclusions - Motivation and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and turnover intentions, and motivation and turnover intentions are not formed by independent or different factors or environments. They are in the same context with each other (maintaining high correlations) and are in the relationships of virtuous circles in which they complement each other.

독거노인과 가족동거노인의 신체적 건강상태, 가족지지 및 생활만족도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Physical Health Status, Family Support, and Life Satisfaction between the Aged Living Alone and Living with Family)

  • Purpose: This study was a descriptive survey research to compare and to examine the levels of physical health status. family support, and life satisfaction between the aged living alone and living with family, the relations among the factors. Methods: Subjects were the 267 aged (living alone: 133 subjects: living with family: 134 subjects) in Seoul and Gyung-gi province. Measures were Cornell Medical Index(CMI) to check physical health status, family support scale developed by Cobb(l976) to check the family support. and elderly life satisfaction scale developed by Yun(1982) to check life satisfaction. Data were collected from March to August. 2006. Collected data were analyzed through SPSS/PC 12.0 version. Results: First. degree of the physical health status. family support. and life satisfaction in the elderly living with family were better than them in the elderly living alone. Second. the relations among the factors were all positive correlation. Third. the education and monthly allowance in aged living alone did effect to the life satisfaction. Conclusion: Clinical practice should be focused on family support/social support for the aged living alone. Also nursing practitioners for the aged living alone should consider the general characteristics of them.

결혼이주여성의 사회적 지지가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Social Support of Married Immigrant Women on Marriage Satisfaction : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in relation to marriage satisfaction and the social support of immigrant women. The research data for the analysis were collected from those who using multi-cultural family support centers in Siheung of Gyeonggi-do and Ansan from September 30 to October 21, 2017, and a total of 223 people were used in the final analysis. The analysis methods examined the characteristics of the subjects through frequency analysis and technical statistics, and a hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify the effectiveness of mediator effects. The statistical program used SPSS 22.0. The analysis showed that social support and self-efficacy of married immigrant women had a significant impact on marital satisfaction. In addition, self - efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the social support of married immigrant women and marital satisfaction. Based on these results, we discussed practical implications for social support and self-efficacy to improve marriage satisfaction of married immigrant women.

외식업 종사자의 직무특성이 직무만족과 스트레스에 미치는 효과와 사회적 지원의 조절효과 (The effects of job characteristics on job satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support in food service business)

  • This paper reviewed the effects of job characteristics(role conflicts, emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy) on satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on 2,982 questionnaires among raw data of Korea Safety and Health Agency's national survey, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role conflict effect negatively on job satisfaction, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect positively on job satisfaction. 2) role conflict effect positively on stress, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect negatively on stress. 3) social support moderates positively 2 relationships-between role conflict and job satisfaction, between job autonomy and job satisfaction, but moderates negatively between job autonomy and stress.

노인의 외로움과 사회적지지, 가족기능간의 관계 연구 (The Relationships among Loneliness, Social Support, and Family Function in Elderly Korean)

  • Purpose: To examine the relationships among loneliness, social support, and family function in elderly Korean. Method: The sample for this study were 290 elderly Korean who were at least 60 years of age. Data were collected by interview using the translated Korean versions of the Revised University of California Los Angels Loneliness Scale(RULS), Family APGAR, and Social Support Questionnaire 6. Result: Subjects were moderately lonely and had moderately functional families. Means for social support were 1.42 for network size and 4.09 for satisfaction. Subjects who lived with their spouses had a larger number of network members than who did not live with spouses. However, living with spouses was not associated with social support satisfaction. The level of loneliness was related negatively to the level of social support network, social support satisfaction and family function in this study. Social support satisfaction and Family function were the significant predictor of loneliness. Conclusion: The number of social supporter and satisfaction and family function should be considered in nursing intervention to decrease the level of loneliness in older adults. Further studies and efforts will be needed to reduce the level of loneliness in older adults.

사회적 지원망과 노인의 생활만족도 (The Social Support Network and The Life Satisfaction of Elderly -The Comparison of The Urban and The Rural Elderly-)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of interaction between the social support network and the korean eldery and to provide information on the structure and function of the social network which influences the life satisfaction in the aged. The sample of this study was selected from the elderly living in korean urban and rural areas. 213 out of urban respondent and 350 out of rural respondent were selected as data sources. The methodological instrument was the questionnaire. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. most of the elderly had the relationship with all kinds of social support network-family, kin, neighbors and friends. 2. the elderly having contact with all kinds of the social support network showed the highest life satisfaction. 3. the size, the frequency and the distance weren't important factors in influencing the family, the kin and the neighbors support network in the urban elderly. In the rural elderly the size was an important factor in all the support network. Also the frequency had effect upon all networks except the neighbors and the distance had significant effect upon the family support network. 4. In the urban elderly the friends support network had the positive correlation with life satisfaction. the rural elderly having contact with all kinds of the social support network showed high life satisfaction.

장애가족 가족응집성이 삶 만족에 미치는 영향: 부양부담 매개효과 (The Influence of Family Aggregation with Disabilities on Life Satisfaction: The Mediating Effect of Caregiving Burden)

  • 본 연구는 장애가족의 가족응집성과 부양부담이 삶 만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 궁극적으로 장애가족의 만족한 삶을 지원하고자 하였다. 연구는 장애가족을 돌보는 장애가정으로 설문조사를 통해 장애가족의 삶 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 조사하였다. 연구결과 장애가족의 삶 만족은 5점척도에서 2.278로 낮게 나타났으며, 부양부담은 3.432로 비교적 높은 부양부담감을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 가족응집성은 3.664로 비교적 양호한 것으로 나타나 삶 만족을 높이기 위해 부양부담을 낮출 수 있는 지원이 필요함을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구자는 장애가족의 삶 만족을 높이기 위해 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 돌봄자의 장애인 돌봄부담 경감을 위한 지원의 필요. 둘째, 돌봄을 받는 장애인을 위한 지원의 확대. 셋째, 장애인 가족지원 강화의 필요이다. 다만 본 연구는 경기도를 중심으로 이루어진 조사로서 연구의 한계가 있어 후속연구의 필요가 있다.

외식 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 사후 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Franchisor's On-going Support Services on Franchisee's Relationship Quality and Business Performance in the Foodservice Industry)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹점에 대한 가맹본부의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 변수를 사후 지원서비스로 설정하고, 사후 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질(신뢰, 만족, 몰입)과 경영성과(재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 포괄적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 서울 및 경기 지역의 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점 경영자 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여, 구조방정식을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사후 지원서비스 요인 중 제품범주 및 가격 요인과 정보제공 및 문제해결 능력 요인은 가맹점의 만족과 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류지원과 슈퍼바이저 지원 요인은 신뢰와 만족에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재교육 및 훈련지원 요인은 가맹점의 신뢰와 몰입에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 판매촉진 요인은 신뢰 만족, 그리고 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관계품질요인들 간의 관계는 신뢰가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 몰입에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고, 만족을 통해서 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 신뢰는 재무적 성과에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족과 몰입은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과요약과 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

다문화가족지원센터 이용자 만족도 척도 개발 (The Development of a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire on Multicultural Family Support Services)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the psychometric properties of the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire on multicultural family support services. Methods: The Client Satisfaction Questionnaire was designed to address key elements of the client's satisfaction with the services (i.e., family education, gender equality education, human right education, and social integration education) provided for multicultural families. The nationwide data were collected from 5,335 clients who participated in family education, 4,582 clients who participated in gender equality education, 4,777 clients who participated in human right education, and 5,547 clients who participated in social integration education at the multicultural family support center. Results: In general, the psychometric properties of the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire were satisfactory. Specifically, social validity was supported by 13 professors and local multicultural service center professionals and construct validity was tested and confirmed using a series of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. The split-half reliability and internal consistency of the questionnaire were also highly acceptable. Conclusion: The sound psychometric properties of the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire indicates that the it can be a useful tool for evaluating client satisfaction with the services provided by multicultural family support centers.

남자 간호사의 사회적지지, 정서적 소진 및 직무스트레스가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Social Support, Emotional Exhaustion and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave of Male Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between social support, emotional exhaustion and job stress job satisfaction and intention to leave of male nurses. Methods: The subjects of this study were 90 male nurses working in hospitals, and data analysis was performed multiple regression analysis to examine factors affecting job satisfaction and intention to leave. Results: The current job satisfaction rate of male nurses was 52.8%, and the rate of intention to leave within one year was 38.2%. Job satisfaction was lower for male nurses as job stress was higher(${\beta}=-.44$), p<.001), and the higher the supervisory support in social support, the higher the job satisfaction(${\beta}=.23$), p=.011). The higher the emotional exhaustion, the higher the intention to leave(${\beta}=.35$, p<.001). Conclusion: In order to maintain male nurses as important nursing staff in hospitals, various policy are needed to reduce the job stress of male nurses and to increase job satisfaction by lowering job stress and to reduce the intention to leave by reducing emotional exhaustion.
