The integrated supply chain of business partners for e-Commerce in cyber space is defined as Logistics Chain if the cooperative activities are logistics-related. Logistics Chain could be managed effectively and efficiently by cooperative technologies of logistics chain execution. In this paper, we propose a routing and scheduling algorithm based on the Tabu search by adding geographical information into existing constraint for pick-up and delivery process to minimize service time and cost in logistics chain. And, we also consider an uncertainty processing for the tracing of moving object to control pick-up and delivery vehicles based on GPS/GIS/ITS. Uncertainty processing is required to minimize amount of telecommunication and database on vehicles tracing. Finally, we describe the Logistics Chain Execution (LCE) system to perform plan and control activities for postal logistics chain. To evaluate practical effects of the routing and scheduling system, we perform a pretest for the performance of the tabu search algorithm. And then we compare our result with the result of the pick-up and delivery routing plan generated manually by postmen.

This paper introduced the affordable housing support programs and system of the State of Michigan and Lansing Metropolitan Area and reviewed the affordable housing plan of Lansing area. This paper also examined their challenges and efforts to solve the affordable housing issues with additional analysis. The affordable housing planning process was also presented with a comprehensive analysis and future prediction of demographic characteristics and housing supply and demand for affordable housing. Especially, the trend and future forecast of the elderly and low-income households who have a significant impact on the affordable housing demand are considered. The U.S. and South Korea have different housing characteristics and situations. A part of the plan and suggestions of Lansing are somewhat unfamiliar, and it is difficult to introduce their suggestions into our policies. However, the affordable housing plan of Lansing Metropolitan Area suggested various solutions to solve the issues, and some of them deserve to be considered on our housing policy making.

본 연구는 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급하는 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 기관의 교육형태, 교육현황을 파악하고 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할 및 개선방안 등을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 56개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 응답한 44개 기관의 설문을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가상훈련 운영기관의 교육형태는 가상훈련 교육매체는 PC를 활용, 활용한 콘텐츠 과정은 총 52과정, 교육형태는 이론+가상훈련 유형, 실습기간은 1-2주 기간을 가장 많이 적용하고 있다고 응답했다. 또한 교육현황을 살펴보니 가상훈련 대상은 주로 학생이며, 주로 기관 자체적으로 모집을 하며 운영규모는 1-20명, 개설 과정 수는 1-3개 정도, 담당 교·강사 수는 1-3명 정도라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할로 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 가상훈련 교육과정 적용 및 활용방법 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 질 제고 등이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 개선방안으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 실무능력 연계 강화, 교·강사의 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용교육, 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 연계방안 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 품질 관리 강화 등을 요구했다. 이에 본 연구는 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관의 전반적 운영현황과 실태를 파악하고 공공 가상훈련 보급기관의 역할 정립 및 개선방안을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다.

KEPCO has a plan to construct TRF (tritium removal facility) in wolsong nuclear power plant site by 2005. In advance of WTRF construction, the pilot plant was installed at KEPRI in order to show process reliability of WTRF. The main processes of this pilot plant are LPCE(liquid phase catalytic exchange) and CD (cryogenic distillation). Deuterium is separated from heavy water in LPCE process and concentrated in CD process. CD process consists of cold box, where are a distillation column and heat exchangers, vacuum system, cryogenic refrigerant supply system and instrument & control system. The experience of the pilot plant will be used in WTRF design review, operating procedure revision and fundamental education for the operators.

The health of licence holders (flight crew members and air traffic controllers) is recognized as an important element of aviation safety. The medical emergency symptoms that occur during the flight duty period without prior notice can interfere with human performance capabilities and threaten aviation safety. To prevent this, ICAO has been required to conduct a periodic medical assessment process of licence holders including routine analysis of in-flight incapacitation events and medical findings during medical to identify areas of increased medical risk and continuous reevaluation of the medical assessment process to concentrate on identified areas of increased medical risk. The supply and demand of licence holders have become a major issue due to the increase in air traffic around the world, and the pilot retirement age has been extended to 65 years. But, there is no significant change in the aviation medical assessments process. The follow up of the result of medical examination discovered through aviation medical examination is a very important part, but it has not been properly implemented, and the sick leaves and medical inflight incapacitation reporting system should be improved. The management of health risk factors for licence holders must be implemented to prevent aircraft accidents or aviation safety problems caused by health problems. In this paper, we propose the development plan and concrete improvement plan of the health risk management system of licence holders in Korea in terms of aviation safety.

Analytic models have been developed to solve integrated production-distribution problems in supply chain management (SCM). As one of major constraints in analytic models, capacity, which is the total operation time in this paper has mostly been known or disregarded assuming infinite capacity. Also, as major factors, machine processing time to fabricate or assemble a part or product at a certain machine center in production system and vehicle processing time to deliver a product to a customer by a certain vehicle in distribution system have been fixed and regarded as a static factor, But in the real systems significant differences exit between capacity and the required time to achieve the production-distribution plan and between processing time and consumed time to process a part or product. In this paper, capacity and processing times in the analytic model are considered as dynamic factors and adjusted by the results from independently developed simulation model, which includes general production-distribution characteristics. Through experiments, we obtain the more realistic solutions reflecting stochastic natures by performing the iterative analytic-simulation procedure.

As the problems of environment have been increasing, the architecture is exploring ways toward development of a idea for future generation. The purpose of this study is design element of environment-friendly architecture, and a general concept and mark of environment-friendly architecture are considered. And then, the design element is analyzed to come true the mark by considering the internal and external examples. The related elements on design of environment-friendly architecture are proposed by considering estimation items: The items are divided into six branches that is placement strategy, outside space furtherance, form of building, room environment furtherance, supply processing system, and preservation administration. Through this process, this study is proposed applicable solution of a concrete plan.

Increasing the user's need in the building facilities, the architects, engineers, and building managers must consider the user's opinion when they plan and construct the buildings. When planning and managing of the buildings, accepting the user's opinion is desirable and indispensible to solve the Problems about the architectural facilities between suppliers and users. To supply the efficient working environments, use the check listing tools and operate the post occupancy evaluation. The real estate and development company is selected for the evaluation. It is renovated in 2000 to fit in its working environment. The process of the evaluation is proceeded both private and group working spaces and facility and management of the buildings with 10 categories. Following the result of Post occupancy evaluation, the users of the building are mostly satisfied with their working environments after the renovation. However, the categories in thermal environment and indoor air and supply for office work need to be improved in advance.

Light Rail Transit(LRT) is a large scale complex system which combines rolling stocks, power supply, signal communication, tracks & stations, and hundreds of billions of wons per project are spent for construction. Therefore efficient integration of sub-systems is very important. The systems engineering is a good method to reduce the cost and risk of LRT project. In this paper, we introduce a research plan on the application of systems engineering to LRT project. We, Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI), launched a research program with 4 companies, which is support by the governmen and project period is 4.5 years. Main research topic is to develop the technology for the application of systems engineering technical process to LRT project based on ISO/IEC 15288.
