GIS를 이용한 도시홍수에 대한 지역안전도 평가 (Regional Safety Assesment Due to Urban Flood Using GIS)

  • 인구와 시설이 밀집되어 있는 도시지역은 대규모 재해가 발생하는 경우 엄청난 대규모의 피해가 발생 할 수 있으므로 재난에 대한 사후처리뿐 아니라 위험지역을 사전에 파악하고 위험을 저감하기 위한 대책 수립이 필요하다. 현재까지 지역안전도에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 나라별, 도시별 특성이 다를 수 있기 때문에 도시지역 특성을 반영한 표준화된 평가기법 및 지표의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제시한 지역안전도 평가 모형은 위험 항목별 요인들을 조합한 위험도에 저감성을 고려한 것으로 홍수 위험에 미치는 3가지 요인과 저감성에 영향을 미치는 2가지 요인들을 선정하고, 이들을 대표할 수 있는 12개 인자를 선정한 후 GIS를 이용하여 인자별 평가결과의 가중 합을 통한 중첩으로 지역안전도평가 모형을 제안하였다. 제안된 지역안전도 평가모형을 이용하여 서울시에 대하여 모형의 시범적용을 수행하였다.

기업개성이 직원의 직무만족과 기업 이직률의 관계에 미치는 영향 : 잡플래닛 기업 리뷰를 중심으로 (Impact of Corporate Personality on the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Rate : Based on the Corporate Review of Job-Planet)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure corporate personality by analyzing the internal employees' corporate reviews and to identify the impact of the representative corporate personality on the relationship between job satisfaction of internal employees and the turnover rate of the company. To this end, we first created a dictionary of words representing the corporate personality with a Word2vec method based on words explaining five corporate personalities, such as reliability, initiative, practicality, activism, and femininity, obtained from the preceding study. Next, we analyzed reviews which were written by internal employees on their companies to measure the score of corporate personality at a review level, aggregated the review level scores for each company to calculate the company level score of corporate personality, and assigned to each company the corporate personality with the maximum score among the five such scores. Also, job satisfaction and turnover rate were measured from internal employees' corporate evaluation scores and the percentage of former employees of each company who left a review on the company, respectively. This study collected datasets of corporate reviews, employee information, and corporate information from Job-Planet from 2014 to 2017, conducted a technical statistic check and correlation analysis to confirm the suitability of the datasets, and performed linear regression analysis to evaluate the research model and verify hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, the job satisfaction of the internal staff has a significant negative impact on the corporate's turnover rate. In addition, companies having a personality of reliability, initiative and femininity also showed a significant cause-and-effect relationship between job satisfaction and turnover rate and among them, job satisfaction of companies having a personality, initiative, showed a greater impact on turnover rate. In sum, we not only proposed a novel method of measuring corporate personality, but also showed that corporates need to identify its corporate personality and to utilize a different strategy to reduce their employee's turnover rate depending on the corporate personality.

NCTM의 수학교육 내용기준에 근거한 유아수학능력 평가도구 개발 (The Development of Evaluation Tools for Young Children's Math Ability based on Content Standards of NCTM)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation tools for young children's mathematical ability based on the content standards of NCTM and to verify the suitability of the tools. The tools consist of 5 sub-tests with 90 items, including number and operation, algebra, geometry, measurement, data analysis and probability. The tool analysis was examined with 300 three-to five-years-old children and 31 math education professionals. The results of this research are as follows : First, in order of age the passing rate increased. The gap between high and low score group reveals a statistically meaningful difference. Second, the internal consistency reliability coefficient, Cronbach ${\alpha}$, is .96. Test-retest reliability is around .90. The concurrent validity correlation between this tools and Choi Hye-Jin's test(2003) is .85. The analysis of the content validity was proved appropriately by math education professionals.

Evaluation of the Microbiological Status of Raw Beef in Korea: Considering the Suitability of Aerobic Plate Count Guidelines

  • This study was conducted to analyze the microbiological contamination status of raw beef distributed in Korea, and evaluate the suitability of current aerobic plate count (APC) guidelines. We analyzed five years (2010-2014) of microbiological monitoring data obtained from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and investigated the microbiological status of raw beef collected from meat packing centers and meat shops in the Seoul/Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Chungcheong regions in August 2015. From 2010-2014, most raw beef (>94%) displayed APC levels of < $1.0{\times}10^6CFU/g$. However, raw beef samples collected from all three regions in August 2015 had comparatively higher APC levels than those reported in previous years. To evaluate the relationship between the APC level and quality, changes in beef loin were evaluated during cold storage for 15 days at $4^{\circ}C$. On day 11, the mean APC level ($4.7{\times}10^6CFU/g$) conformed to current guidelines in Korea ($1.0{\times}10^7CFU/g$) and the pH value was 5.82. However, the sensory evaluation score for color and overall acceptability was under 3.0, meaning that the beef loin was not acceptable for eating. These results suggest that current APC guideline for raw beef should be lowered to $1.0{\times}10^6CFU/g$ to improve both the microbiological safety and palatability of raw beef.

  • 본 연구에서는 회화 감상에 도움이 되는 사운드스케이프를 구성하기 위해 딥러닝 기술을 활용하여 클래식 음악을 매칭하는 기술을 소개하고 회화와 음악 매칭이 얼마나 잘 되었는지에 대해 평가할 수 있는 평가 지표를 제안한다. 평가 지표는 리커드 5점 척도를 통한 적합도 평가와 멀티모달 측면의 평가로 진행하였다. 회화와 음악 매칭에 대해 13명의 실험 참가자의 적합도 평가의 점수는 3.74/5.0 이었고, 또한 13명의 실험 참가자의 멀티모달 평가에서 회화와 음악 매칭의 코사인 유사도의 평균은 0.79였다. 멀티모달적 평가는 새로운 사용자 경험을 측정할 수 있는 평가 지표가 될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 시각과 청각의 인터랙션을 제안함으로써 다중감각 예술작품 경험을 향상시키고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 회화와 음악 매칭이 다중감각 예술작품 전시에서 활용되며 더 나아가 이는 시각 장애인들의 예술작품 감상에 대한 접근성을 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

유아(幼兒)의 특성을 고려한 기능적 실내복 디자인 개발 - 만 3-6세 남아를 중심으로 - (Development of Functional Indoor Apparel Considering Toddlers' Behavioral Characteristics - Focus on 3-6-Year Old Boys -)

  • We interviewed and surveyed parents of 3 to 6-year-old boys in order to determine designs for indoor apparel that appealed to toddlers. In addition, on the basis of the behavioral characteristics of such boys, improvements in the development of indoor apparels were suggested. Parents preferred indoor apparels because it could be worn as underwear when the kid is outdoors and as outerwear when indoors. These apparels were popular with toddlers. Therefore, indoor apparel that gives the impression of outerwear while performing the function of underwear was designed. Underwear fabric was used, but outerwear apparel design was partially adopted. In order to improve the activity, fabric that could be stretched in any direction was used for the sleeves and pant legs, while organic fabric with soft texture was used for the trunk part of the apparel. Dark-colored material was used for the chest and elbow parts of the clothes in order to prevent contamination in these parts. In particular, a bib was used to prevent contamination in the chest part. Given that toddlers engage in many activities, the fabric needed to be durable, so this led to thick materials being used for the knee part. As certain parents complained about the short length for tops, we increased the length of the tops by 5cm. In the survey items that investigated overall wearability, ease, and suitability for toddlers' activities, the test apparel obtained a higher score than existing apparel did. This indicates that the overall suitability of the newly designed apparel was improved.

위성원격탐사자료와 GIS를 이용한 인공어초 시설지 적지 선정 공간분포도 작성 연구 (A Study on Suitability Mapping for Artificial Reef Facility using Satellite Remotely Sensed Imagery and GIS)

  • 연안해역의 어장환경정비와 인공어초(Artificial Reef) 어장조성사업을 효과적으로 실시하기 위해서는 어장환경과 해양환경과의 관련을 종합적으로 분석하여 어초적지 지역을 선정하는 기법의 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 남해안 통영만 지역을 대상으로 인공어초 시설지 적지 선정에서 가장 중요하다고 판단되는 어초 적지조사 1단계 요소 중 수온, 클로로필, 투병도, 수심 해저지질조선을 위성원격탐사 자료와 GIS를 이용하여 공간분포도를 작성하고, 인공어초 시설지 적지조건에 따른 가중치를 부여하여 공간분석을 실시함으로써 인공어초 시설 예정지에 대한 적지를 선정하였다. 위성원격탐사와 GIS를 이용한 인공어초 적지 선정기법은 어초의 적지선정에 있어 필요한 다량의 자료를 정성 및 정량적으로 데이터베이스화하여 분석함과 동시에 가시화함으로써 지방자치단체에서 보다 효율적인 어초시설의 관리를 하도록 하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

쌀 식미 및 가공적성에 관련된 이화학적 특성 (Physicochemical Characteristics and Varietal Improvement Related to Palatability of Cooked Rice or Suitability to Food Processing in Rice)

  • The endeavors enhancing the grain quality of high-yielding japonica rice were steadily continued during 1980s∼1990s along with the self-sufficiency of rice production and the increasing demands of high-quality rices. During this time, considerably great, progress and success was obtained in development of high-quality japonica cultivars and qualify evaluation techniques including the elucidation of interrelationship between the physicochemical properties of rice grain and the physical or palatability components of cooked rice. In 1990s, some high-quality japonica rice caltivars and special rices adaptable for food processing such as large kernel, chalky endosperm aromatic and colored rices were developed and its objective preference and utility was also examined by a palatability meter, rapid-visco analyzer and texture analyzer. The water uptake rate and the maximum water absorption ratio showed significantly negative correlations with the K/Mg ratio and alkali digestion value(ADV) of milled rice. The rice materials showing the higher amount of hot water absorption exhibited the larger volume expansion of cooked rice. The harder rices with lower moisture content revealed the higher rate of water uptake at twenty minutes after soaking and the higher ratio of maximum water uptake under the room temperature condition. These water uptake characteristics were not associated with the protein and amylose contents of milled rice and the palatability of cooked rice. The water/rice ratio (in w/w basis) for optimum cooking was averaged to 1.52 in dry milled rices (12% wet basis) with varietal range from 1.45 to 1.61 and the expansion ratio of milled rice after proper boiling was average to 2.63(in v/v basis). The major physicochemical components of rice grain associated with the palatability of cooked rice were examined using japonica rice materials showing narrow varietal variation in grain size and shape, alkali digestibility, gel consistency, amylose and protein contents, but considerable difference in appearance and torture of cooked rice. The glossiness or gross palatability score of cooked rice were closely associated with the peak. hot paste and consistency viscosities of viscogram with year difference. The high-quality rice variety “Ilpumbyeo” showed less portion of amylose on the outer layer of milled rice grain and less and slower change in iodine blue value of extracted paste during twenty minutes of boiling. This highly palatable rice also exhibited very fine net structure in outer layer and fine-spongy and well-swollen shape of gelatinized starch granules in inner layer and core of cooked rice kernel compared with the poor palatable rice through image of scanning electronic mcroscope. Gross sensory score of cooked rice could be estimated by multiple linear regression formula, deduced from relationship between rice quality components mentioned above and eating quality of cooked rice, with high Probability of determination. The ${\alpha}$ -amylose-iodine method was adopted for checking the varietal difference in retrogradation of cooked rice. The rice cultivars revealing the relatively slow retrogradation in aged cooked rice were Ilpumbyeo, Chucheongbyeo, Sasanishiki, Jinbubyeo and Koshihikari. A Tongil-type rice, Taebaegbyeo, and a japonica cultivar, Seomjinbyeo, shelved the relatively fast deterioration of cooked rice. Generally, the better rice cultivars in eating quality of cooked rice showed less retrogiadation and much sponginess in cooled cooked rice. Also, the rice varieties exhibiting less retrogradation in cooled cooked rice revealed higher hot viscosity and lower cool viscosity of rice flour in amylogram. The sponginess of cooled cooked rice was closely associated with magnesium content and volume expansion of cooked rice. The hardness-changed ratio of cooked rice by cooling was negatively correlated with solids amount extracted during boiling and volume expansion of cooked rice. The major physicochemical properties of rice grain closely related to the palatability of cooked rice may be directly or indirectly associated with the retrogradation characteristics of cooked rice. The softer gel consistency and lower amylose content in milled rice revealed the higher ratio of popped rice and larger bulk density of popping. The stronger hardness of rice grain showed relatively higher ratio of popping and the more chalky or less translucent rice exhibited the lower ratio of intact popped brown rice. The potassium and magnesium contents of milled rice were negatively associated with gross score of noodle making mixed with wheat flour in half and the better rice for noodle making revealed relatively less amount of solid extraction during boiling. The more volume expansion of batters for making brown rice bread resulted the better loaf formation and more springiness in rice bread. The higher protein rices produced relatively the more moist white rice bread. The springiness of rice bread was also significantly correlated with high amylose content and hard gel consistency. The completely chalky and large gram rices showed better suitability for fermentation and brewing. Our breeding efforts on rice quality improvement for the future should focus on enhancement of palatability of cooked rice and marketing qualify as well as the diversification in morphological and physicochemical characteristics of rice grain for various value-added rice food processings.

The Suitability of the CDC Field Triage for Korean Trauma Care

  • Purpose: Accurate and appropriate prehospital field triage is essential for a trauma system. The Korean trauma system (established in 2014) uses the trauma field triage algorithm of the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This study evaluated the suitability of the CDC field triage criteria for major trauma cases (injury severity score >15) in Korea. Methods: This retrospective cohort study evaluated trauma patients who presented at the authors' regional trauma center from January 1 to May 7, 2017. The undertriage and overtriage rates of each CDC field triage step were calculated. Receiver operating characteristic curves were constructed, and the area under the curve (AUC) was evaluated for each step. Results: Among the 1,009 enrolled patients, 168 (16.7%) had major trauma. The undertriage/overtriage rates of each step (steps I, II, III, and IV) of CDC field triage were 9.2%/47.4%, 6.3%/50.8%, 4.5%/59.4%, and 5.3%/78.9%, respectively. The AUC values of each CDC triage step were 0.722, 0.783, 0.791, and 0.615, respectively. The AUC values of the separate components of each step (physiologic criteria, anatomic criteria, mechanism-of-injury criteria, and special considerations) were 0.722, 0.648, 0.647, and 0.456, respectively. Conclusions: The CDC field triage system is acceptable, but not ideal, for Korean trauma care. If we follow the protocol, it would be preferable to omit step IV. The Korean Triage and Acuity Scale may be a good indicator for in-hospital triage. However, a new triage protocol that is simple to estimate on-scene while having good performance should be developed.

토지의 경관유형분류와 이에 기초한 입지타당성 평가 (Classification of Landscape Type on Land and Evaluation of Site-suitability Based on It)

  • 본 연구는 대규모 택지개발 예정지로 계획되어 있는 경상북도 약목면 일대 약 14.0$km^2$를 대상으로 개발 이전에 어느 지역이 공원유형별 입지로 적합한지를 판단할 수 있는 입지타당성평가 방법론을 모색해 보는데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 평가지표 선정을 위한 설문조사는 1차, 2차, 3차 설문으로 나누어 실시하였다. 먼저 1차 설문분석은 문헌분석 및 현장조사를 바탕으로 선정된 23개 평가지표 항목들에 대한 중요도를 분석하는 단계이며, 2차 설문분석은 각 공원유형별 평가지표항목을 선정하는 단계이다. 3차 설문분석은 공원유형별 선정된 평가지표 항목의 가중치를 산정하는 단계로서, 평가지표 항목의 중요도 평균을 기준으로 합이 10이 되도록 표준화하는 방법을 사용하였으며, 2차 평가 시, 각 지표항목의 점수에 가중치를 곱하여 최종 평가에 활용하였다. 각 공원유형별 입지타당성 평가는 1차 평가와 2차 평가로 구분하여 수행하였다. 1차 평가는 분류된 모든 경관유형을 대상으로 공원유형별 최소요구조건의 충족정도를 파악해 보는 단계로서, 최소요구조건은 중요성 분석결과, 중간등급 이상을 나타내는 평가지표들의 가치등급기준과 사례지 현장조사의 상대적 비교를 통하여 설정하였다. 2차 평가는 최소요구조건을 충족시키는 유형만을 대상으로 부지평가를 실시하는 단계로서, 2차 평가지표항목들에 대한 가치등급은 모두 3등급으로 정량적으로 구분하였으며, 각 평가지표별 가중치를 부여해서 공원유형별 평가지표항목들의 점수를 산술합산 하였다. 각 공원유형에 따른 산술합산 점수는 가장 높은 점수의 평균치에서 가장 낮은 점수의 평균치까지 균등 분할하여 최종 3등급으로 가치등급화 하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서 제시된 공원유형별 입지타당성 평가모델은 공간의 면적인 측면에 초점을 두고 공간을 등급화 하였던 바, 차후에는 공간유형의 점, 선, 면적인 특성을 종합적으로 고려하여 공간체험 루트, 네트워크 연결 등에 대한 내용을 반영한 평가모델의 설정이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
