Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the predictors of job stress in hospital nurses. The predictors of job stress were the subject's general characteristics, communication style, critical thinking disposition and job satisfaction. Methods: 294 nurses who had worked in a hospital participated in this study. The data were analysed with descriptive analysis methods including a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results: The job stress score for nurses was 111.6. There was a statistically significant difference between job stress and marriage status (p<.001), education (p<.001), clinical career (p<.001), position (p<.001), communication style (p<.001), critical thinking disposition (p<.001), and job satisfaction (p<.001). Critical thinking disposition, job satisfaction and clinical career together accounted for 36.88% of the total variation in job stress. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, the development of a nursing intervention program that can lead to an improvement in critical thinking disposition is suggested.

Managing apartments is critical not only to handling the physical deterioration over time, but also to the quality of community life, social environment and ultimately residents' satisfaction with the housing environment. Therefore, this study aims at understanding residents' awareness of apartment management, and finding the relationship between management activities and residents' satisfaction and participation by comparing an apartment with active management and an apartment without it. This study examines 1) management activities of two subject apartment complexes, and 2) how management activities affect residents' participation and satisfaction. Surveys were conducted of the residents, and SPSS statistics package was utilized to analyze the survey data. This study found that management activities of apartment complex have positive influence on residents' participation and satisfaction with their housing environment. The results of this study can be utilized as basic materials to develop effective guidelines and manual from the perspective of environmental management of apartment houses, in order to improve the participation of the residents in the apartment management.

The purpose of this study was to examine the variables that influence paternal parenting behavior. 160 fathers of five-year old preschoolers(85 boys and 75 girls) were recruited from 8 daycare centers located in Seoul, Korea and answered the questionnaire on the subject of attachment experience with their parents of origin based on their retrospective memories, marital satisfaction, spouse's gatekeeping, and their own parenting behavior as fathers cohabiting with their children. Data were analyzed through frequencies, an independent sample t-test, Pearson's correlations, the stepwise regression analyses using SPSS 15.0. The findings are as follows. First, there was no statistically significant difference in paternal parenting behavior according to children's gender. Second, marital satisfaction and attachment experience with their own mothers in childhood influenced all five subcategories of paternal parenting behavior(parental involvement, limit setting, responsiveness, reasoning guidance, intimacy) and spouse's gatekeeping influenced father's reasoning guidance and intimacy. Unexpectedly, attachment experience with their own father had no impact on any subcategories of paternal parenting behavior.

The role of emotional responses is an important subject of study in consumer behavior. Although the perceived performance and satisfaction related emotions have been studied with increasing quantities in leisure studies or fields of outdoor recreation and tourism, issues concerning the appropriate way to measure these emotional responses remains unresolved. This article reviews the emotion measuring scales, and testify the usefulness of PAD scale based upon 349 questionnaires by users of Phoenix Park(Ski Resort) and Seoul Land(Theme Park) in Korea. It was found that, users' emotional response was closely related with satisfaction in Phoenix Park(Ski Resort); however, users' perceived performance was closely related with satisfaction in Seoul Land (Theme Park). This article argues that the meanings of these findings is due to different characteristics of consumption typology between ski resort and theme park. In conclusion, users' emotional experience may be more useful in understanding skiing activities and in formulating management strategies for ski resorts than theme parks.

The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental data for design and planning of university dormitory through the survey of facility condition and resident's satisfaction. The scope of this research is limited to the period from late 1980's to early 2000's. The University Dormitories in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do are selected as subject. The result of this study is as follow. 1) Even though dormitory's total area is increased than the past, user's satisfaction is still in low level. It's necessary for user to fit a space to life pattern and the difference of human. 2) As a result of comparing of the sexual difference, most men are more active than women in using facility and practice 3) Not only a part of facility but also a part of operation is important element in satisfaction.

With the advances in the high-tech knowledge and service industries, along with a high-flying economy, the industrial structures of many cities have changed. The subject of the successful cases of dimensional integrated complexes in Roppongi Hills, the actions and preferences of these complexes'users were surveyed and analyzed in this study to determine the factors that contribute to the success or failure of such development projects. The results of the survey that was conducted in this study regarding the satisfaction of the residents of Roppongi Hills with such complexes will be considered in the formulation of a construction plan and will be used as base data for designing a large-scale dimensional integrated complex in Korea.

Despite the fact that understanding customers satisfaction with transportation services is a subject of great importance, authors, so far, found no systematic researches referred to that issue. From this point, studying the satisfaction with subways services can be extremely useful. Empirical study of key factors in the satisfaction with subway services is the departure point, which holds as objectives, and we believe, will contribute to overall increasing in the number of subways services used and in the amount of public benefits derived from that usage.

The purpose of this study were to classify the door to door selling consumers's according to their cosmetics lifestyles and to analyze the cosmetics a purchase behavior and satisfaction of classified groups. subject were 424 women living in chung-cheong and kyung-gi. The statistical methods to analyze the data were frequency, t-test, factor analysis. cluster analysis, and ANOVA(LSD) using SPSSWIN package. Considering that there were significant differences in the behavior of uses, purchase propensity according to cosmetics lifestyles for door to door selling, it is reasonable that the consumer market should be subdivided by their cosmetics lifestyles and the quality improvement and distinguished sales strategies should be required.

윤리적인 경영을 행하는 주체가 되는 CEO를 포함한 상사의 윤리적 리더십에 따라서 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십을 연구의 주제로, 윤리적 리더십의 개념을 기업 또는 조직의 구성원인 부하조직원이 직무를 수행하는 과정에서 상사에 대해 지각하는 윤리적 리더십으로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 윤리적 리더십이 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 윤리적 리더십이 부하조직원의 윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 윤리적 리더십과 조직시민행동, 직무만족과의 관계에서 윤리의식의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2020년 3월 7일 부터 5월 10일 까지 경기지역 중소기업 근로자 300명에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 282명의 자료를 실증분석 자료로 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24.0, AMOS24.0 통계분석 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구를 통하여 살펴본 결과, 윤리적 리더십은 조직시민행동과 직무만족과, 윤리의식에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 윤리의식과 같은 조직의 특성변수는 개인이 조직을 어떻게 인지하느냐에 따라 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 영향을 있음을 알 수 있었다. 윤리적 리더십은 조직시민행동과 직무만족에 영향을 주고 있으며, 이러한 결과는 조직시민행동과 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 윤리적 리더십을 강화하는 방법의 윤리경영 실천이 절대적으로 필요하므로 조직과의 일체감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose - This study examines the role of foodservice franchisee's perceived justice(distributive, procedural, and interactional) in developing long-term orientation to franchisor and investigate the mediating role of cohesiveness and relationship satisfaction in the relationship between franchisee's perceived justice and long-term orientation to franchisor. Research design, data, and methodology - We collected data from managers and owners in foodservice franchisees located in Seoul, Korea. Among a total of 500 questionnaires, 500 questionnaires were returned. After excluding 36 invalid respondent questionnaires, 496 valid questionnaires(response rate of 99.2%) were analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The findings of this study are as follows: First, distributive justice and interactional justice had positive effects on cohesiveness, but procedural justice did not. Second, distributive justice and interactional justice had positive effects on relationship satisfaction, but procedural justice did not. Third, cohesiveness and relationship satisfaction had positive effects on franchisee's long-term orientation to franchisor. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, this study found that procedural justice can create a high cohesiveness and identification of franchisee and also maintain a cooperative relationship with the franchisor. Second, this findings suggest that the perceived distributional and interactional justice can improve the satisfaction with the franchisor and thus positively influence the intention to maintain the relationship and the intention to recontract. Third, the results of this study indicate that the cohesiveness of franchisees can play a pivotal role to improve their satisfaction with the franchisor and pursue mutual development by continuously maintaining stable business relationship with franchisor. The findings of this study are subject to at least three limitations. First, the research subject is limited to the food service franchise shops in Seoul area, so the sample was not nationally representative of the franchise stores. Second, the perceived fairness is measured only from the point of view of the franchisee, and this study has a limitation to examine the difference between the perceived franchisee's and franchisor's justice. Third, Future research needs to identify more closely the relationships between perceived fairness and long-term orientation by gathering specific quantitative data such as the renewal rate and the business performance.
