본 연구는 국내 대학도서관 웹사이트를 조사하여 온라인 주제가이드의 현황을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제언하였다. 조사된 100개 대학 중 14개 대학만이 온라인 주제가이드를 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타나 국내 온라인 주제가이드의 구축은 초기 단계인 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 주제가이드들은 내용 구성면에서 볼 때 접근성, 포맷의 일관성, 자원통합성 영역은 우수한 것으로 평가되었으나 주제 다양화, 이용자 교육, 검색 영역에서 낮은 수준에 머물러 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 온라인 주제가이드가 지향해야 할 방향은 신속한 정보자원으로의 접근, 주제 특화된 이용자 교육, 사서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 제공하는 원스탑(one-stop) 서비스가 되어야 할 것이다.

This study aims to explore the ways in spreading and maturing of environmental Education(EE) in secondary school. To deal with this issue, researchers investigate the actual conditions of EE and grope for the ways in spreading and maturing of EE. According to investigation, the selecting rate of environment subject in secondary school is about 3%(compared selecting rate of other subject matters) in 2003. Based on the result, this study suggests followings. First, sequencing strategy of EE curriculum will be expected very efficaciously. Secondly, there is need to empasize daily experiences of EE beyond the formal subject matter. Thirdly and ultimately, thers is need to reform school curriculum centered EE. Moreover, there is need to empasize teacher education for the environment not only pre service but also in-service teacher training.

This study aims at suggesting some measures to establish rural community development information system through ISP. A future model for rural community development information system was established by applying such 3-step ISP methodology as environment analysis, current status(AS-IS) analysis, future(To-Be) directions. As a result, with the vision of realizing comprehensive information service for rural development projects, rural development information system has established such goals as the assistance of project decision making through preparing rural development project data management system and acquiring evaluation efficiency, the preparation of spatial information utilization system, the utilization of objective GIS-based information through the increase of data management efficiency, the community activation and participatory rural development through rural spatial information portal service. In order to attain the goals, four strategical subject matters were derived. They are: 1) one-stop service subject matter for data management including pilot DB building for rural development projects, 2) rural information GIS service strengthening subject matter including DB building for rural development, O&M measures, 3) step-by-step DB building subject matter including the sharing of integrated information system for rural development, and 4) core value increase subject matter of spatial information data including the building of active service delivery system.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 운영되고 있는 대학도서관 주제 가이드를 분석하고, 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 재적학생 1,000명 이상의 국내 4년제 대학 및 2개 과학기술원 대학도서관 151개관 중 온라인 주제 가이드를 운영하는 22개관을 분석의 대상으로 선정하여, 12가지 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 조사 분석 결과 주요 내용은 첫째, 주제 가이드가 어떤 서비스 도구인지 명확하게 제시 못하고 있었다. 둘째, 동일 대학도서관에서도 주제 가이드 형식에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 많은 종류의 정보원을 제공하여 학생들은 필요한 정보원을 선택해야 했다. 개선 방안으로 첫째, 교과목 주제 가이드 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 표준화된 형식을 통하여 내용 중심의 가이드 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 정보원의 메뉴 범주의 명칭 통일이 필요하다. 넷째, 주제 가이드에 포함되는 정보원 수를 최소화해야 한다. 다섯째, 주제 가이드 개발을 위한 대학도서관 간의 협력체계 구축이 필요하다.

While the body of cases on startup has grown substantially, there has been a lack of a one-stop gateway of entrepreneurship. The study attempts to build a subject gateway for startup information services based on case studies, users' needs analysis, and literature reviews. The results show that users have difficulty in selecting useful information since the excess of information and the search for the desired information as it is scattered across a wide range of sources. The study designed a subject gateway by a navigation system that enables flexible browsing within the entire gateway through the ontology modeling. The study also presented an example of startup records to display how startup information can be explored. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of the current status related to business startup services. The business startup digital gateways based on empirical data analysis will contribute to extending library service for startup.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the differences in service patterns of a forward and backward soft tennis players using 3D motion analyzer. Subjects were 4 forward players of $24.0\pm5.23$yrs and 4 backward players of $23.5\pm1.73$yrs. The results were as following: 1. There was no difference among each positions on swinging-time. The longest racket swinging-time was in the phase of takeback, the second one was in follow-through. The shortest one was in the phase of forward-swing so called force production phase, which had an influence on ball's velocity. 2. The racket speed on impact was 16.3m/s in forward subject and 19.53m/s in backward subject, when each velocity of balls was 44.6m/s, 52.9m/s. Although there was no significant difference along by positions, backward subject showed faster result. 3. The maximum speed of each performance was reached before the impact, and the speed at impact along by positions did not show any significant difference. The summation of velocity was measured in good order as following; hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, top of racket. 4. In the angular velocity of all examine except one, the angular velocity of forearm was bigger than the one of racket top although there was no statistically significant difference between forward and backward subject. 5. The service grip of the forward players was shorter than that of backward players.

국내 대부분의 대학도서관이 디지털참고봉사를 제공하고 있지만 그 이용률은 매우 저조하다. 저조한 원인에는 주제전문 사서의 부족, 홍보부족 기타 관리자의 인식부족 둥으로 나타났다. 국내 대학도서관들의 환경에서 이러한 문제를 각 도서관 별로 해결하기는 어렵다. 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위한 방법으로 각 도서관의 디지털참고봉사를 통합하는 방법을 제기하였다. 디지털참고봉사를 통합하기 위해서는 먼저 주제전문사서 양성, 이용자들이 인지하기 쉬운 인터페이스, 프로그램 개발, 관리기관 설립 등이 필요한데, 이 중에서도 주제전문사서의 양성이 우선적으로 준비되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

After Forest Service formed a forest welfare service system by life cycle in 2008, they established a variety of policy for promoting welfare of the people. In Forest welfare service plan(2013~2017) which recently the forest service department established to along with government's welfare policy, they introduce forest welfare service voucher linked to National welfare system to provide forest welfare actively to disadvantaged citizen. The purpose of this study is to setup a direction of forest voucher system, and to make strategies of forest welfare service voucher by research existing voucher system of government. A study conducts a qualitative research by use grounded theory without a quantitative research, because there is not a lot of similar cases with forest welfare service voucher. The subject of this study is experts of National Park Authority 's voucher management, forest service's Nature recreation management and relevant researcher institution. The research is conducted by interviewing the subject and by using grounded theory analysis. After processing an opening coding, categorization of opening coding, and axis coding, induce a direction of the forest welfare service voucher system.

As issues of education, employment and so on, the medical issue is one of the hot spots of society in China today. The health system reform which was pushed ahead after China's Revolution and open to the outside world hasn't received great progress. Many actual problems haven't been solved, for example it is difficult and expensive to see a doctor. With the development of the economy and society, the citizen's legal consciousness has gradually risen. They make a claim for better medical service. At the same time, the number of the disputes of medical care arises annually. China has sped up the opening of service trade for fulfilling promises of entry the WTO since 2001. China has already opened many service trade fields, including medical field. From the domestic perspective, there are many problems in domestic medical department. From the international perspective, China's present medical level falls behind the world advanced medical level. Under this background, it is a bold act for China to open the medical service field to foreign investors. Today, a huge medical service market is developed in China. However, the government's investment to medical devices and the financing channels is limited. Therefore, it is inevitable that individuals, social organizations and foreign investors invest to the medical market. In view of the situation, Chinese government issued a series of relevant laws and rules. In recent years, many multinational companies, consortiums, charitable institutions, enterprises and individuals establish various medical institutions in China. But there are rare research in the actuality and legal subject of foreign investment to Chinese medical market. Hence, it is necessary to realize the actuality of foreign investment to Chinese medical market, to familiar with the elements and procedure of establishing foreign joint and cooperative medical institution. Meanwhile, analyzing the existing problems and posing the legal subject have important theoretic and practical value.

학술정보 성과물을 서비스하기 위하여 논문 단위의 주제 분류는 필수가 된다. 하지만 현재까지 저널 단위의 주제 분류가 되어 있으며 기사 단위의 주제 분류가 서비스되는 곳은 많지 않다. 국내 성과물 중에서 학술 논문의 경우 주제 분류가 있으면 좀 더 큰 영역의 서비스를 담당할 수 있고 범위를 정해서 서비스 할 수 있기 때문에 무엇보다 중요한 정보가 된다. 하지만, 분야 별 주제를 분류하는 문제는 다양한 분야의 전문가의 손이 필요하고 정확도를 높이기 위해서 다양한 방법의 검증이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 정답이 알려져 있지 않은 상태에서의 정답을 찾는 비지도 학습 알고리즘을 활용해서 주제 분류를 시도해 보고 연관도와 복잡도를 활용해서 주제 분류 알고리즘의 결과를 비교해 보고자 한다. 비지도 학습 알고리즘은 주제 분류 방법으로 잘 알려진 Hierarchical Dirichlet Precess(HDP). Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA), Latent Semantic Indexing(LSI) 알고리즘을 활용하여 성능을 분석해 보았다.
