This study focuses on forces and correlation among such independent factors as the style of leadership, motivation and relationship in order to find out what kind of ingredients have an effect on the employees' organizational commitment in a venture company. It is likely that the organizational commitment of the employees in the organization in a venture company may be different from that of existing enterprises since they differ 100 percent in their nature. In an attempt to prove it, actual corroboration has been made. As a result, it turned out that transformational leadership had a great impact on the organizational commitment while transactional leadership did not; in the motivation factor, the more vision the employees envisage, the more organizational commitment they show followed by management goals and self-admiration; in the relational factor, more openness in the communication led the employees to devote themselves to their companies, which was valid in the range of 90% in the confidence index. This study reveals that there is not much difference between venture and general companies in the factors that affect employees' organizational commitment in the organization. Therefore, the Chief Executive Officer in the venture company should make a favorable environment with transformational leadership and obvious vision through free and open communication with colleagues so that his or her employees can devote themselves to the organization to which they belong, since venture companies are usually staffed by young workers with high education.

This study purpose is to improve athletes by investigating the relation between the leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow. The sampling method was non-probabilistic sampling method. The number of questionnaires was 381 for analyzing the data. SPSS/PC+ Window 21.0 version statistical program were used for analyzing the questionnaire answers. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The study results are as follows. First, there were positive correlations between leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow, but not between authoritative behavior of leader behavior type and exercise flow. Second, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on satisfaction of athletes was positive on social interaction related with training, instruction, and social support, on task execution related with training and instruction, and on coaching related with training, instruction, and positive feedback. Third, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on flow of exercise was positive on cognitive commitment related with training, instructions and positive feedback, and on behavioral commitment related with training, instructions, positive feedback, and social interaction. So, athletes will be able to perform good exercise skills if they come to the game in flowing exercise satisfaction and exercise.
The purpose of this study was to identify the factor structure of sociocultural attitude toward Appearance, pursuit of clothing benefits, ambivalent consumption of fashion product and the effects of sociocultural attitude toward appearance and pursuit of clothing benefits on ambivalent consumption of fashion product. Questionnaires were administered to 425 women living in Deagu Metropolitan City and Kyungbook province. The data collected were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, multiple regression, ANOVA, and Duncan-test. The findings are as follows. Sociocultural attitude toward appearance was composed of two factors such as internalization, and awareness. Pursuit of clothing benefits was composed of four factors such as individuality oriented, social oriented, fashion leadership oriented, and body oriented. Ambivalent consumption of fashion product was composed of three factors such as style/price ambivalence, place of purchase ambivalence, and brand ambivalence. The effects of sociocultural attitude toward Appearance and pursuit of clothing benefits on each of ambivalent consumption of fashion product variables like style/price ambivalence, place of purchase ambivalence, and brand ambivalence were explained by the factors such as internalization, and awareness, and individuality oriented, social oriented, fashion leadership oriented, and body oriented.

Changes in male roles and lifestyle in recent years have brought about an increased interest in appearance and apparel for men. The purpose of this study was to classify consumers into categories based on style of men's business suits and describe the resulting categories in terms of lifestyle, clothing behavior, appearance and demographic variables. Data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 513 consumers 20-69 years of age living in Seoul, and analyzed by factor analysis, multiple discriminant analysis, one-way ANOVA, CROSSTAB, and S-N-K test. Resulting categories of consumers were labeled as formal, semi-formal and casual. Descrip-tive profiles of the three categories were developed differently by 2 lifestyle factors (positive opinion leadership, social participation), 1 clothing factor (conformity), 2 appearance factors (conservative, energetic), and 2 demographic variables (age, marital status). The semi-formal type of man is significantly different from the two other types in his group activities that require social participation and opinion leadership. The formal type is significantly different from the two other types in his conformity in clothing and conservative appearance. The majority of formal and semi-formal types of men were 25-39 years of age and married, while the casual type was younger and unmarried.
China joined the WTO in 2001, and the Chinese market are growing at a rapid pace in the M&A Market. This Research is an Empirical analysis of China's leadership that subdivides leadership style and is an study on the effects of globalization on leadership and job satisfaction in the globalization as moderation variable. The significance of this study is to Refer to the direction of Chinese investments. This paper places emphasis on the change in Chinese organizational culture as a result of globalization and explores the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and turnover intention by using data from MBA students data of Wuhan City, 178 observations. And all of the data were analyzed using both the multiple regression analysis and the moderated regression analysis as well. Results of the empirical test are suggested as follow. First, transactional, transformational and servant leadership have a positive influence on job satisfaction. But it can't find the significant relationship between leadership and turnover intention. Second, there has a significant result that globalization on leadership is partially via the influence of job satisfaction. The result of the moderated regression analysis through the globalization as moderation variable is that globalization strengthens a positive influence on between transformational, emotional leadership and job satisfaction. On the other hand, In the case of this hypothesis that globalization will have mediating effect in the pathway between leadership and turnover intention, I expect that globalization strengthens a negative influence on turnover intention as dependent variable. But The result of the moderated regression analysis through the globalization as moderation variable is that globalization strengthens a positive influence on transactional, transformational, emotional and servant leadership.

The satisfaction and performance levels of employees also depend upon the leadership styles adopted by corporate leaders. Meanwhile, organizational identification is a fundamental organizational behavioural concept in business that influences employee belongingness with the organization. Taking into account the relevance of this research topic, this paper aims to understand of organizational identification and leadership styles in SMEs. It also investigated the mediation role of organizational true. For the analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of SMEs, and the collected data were analyzed using the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Analysis results are as follows: First, out of leadership style, transformational leadership, transactional Leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, organizational identification had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between leadership, organizational identification and job satisfaction, the mediating effect of organizational true had significant transformational leadership→organizational truer→job satisfaction, transactional leadership→organizational truer→job satisfaction, organizational identification→organizational truer→job satisfaction. The results of this study show that the role of middle managers is very important in SMEs. The leadership of SME managers can also be linked to organizational performance through the job satisfaction of workers. Therefore, SME' CEO should provide opportunities to receive professional training on the leadership of middle managers. In addition, SME' CEO need a strategy to instill a positive image of the organization in workers through the organizational vision.
Purpose - Previous studies tried to find antecedents of innovative behavior. However, research on knowledge hiding behavior, psychological mechanism, and perception of organizational justice has been relatively limited. In this sense, this study has investigated the impact of organizational justice on employees' innovative behavior and explored the factors that affect the above relationship. Especially, this study tested the direct effect of organizational justice on innovative behavior. This study also examines the mediating roles of knowledge hiding behavior in this causal relationship. Moreover, the process of organizational justice to innovative behavior is assumed to be influenced by leadership style. Therefore, we examined the moderating effect of authentic leadership on the relationship between organizational justice and knowledge hiding behavior. Design/methodology/approach - For the empirical test, we collected data via a questionnaire survey of a sample of 252 employees from Korean firms. We conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to test hypotheses. Results - The results of the empirical analysis revealed that organizational justice was positively related to innovative behavior and negatively related to knowledge hiding behavior. The results also showed that knowledge hiding behavior negatively mediated the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior. In addition, we found the moderating role of authentic leadership. More importantly, we found that the conditional indirect effect of organizational justice on innovative behavior via knowledge hiding behavior was depending on authentic leadership. Uncovering the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior through the mediating role of knowledge hiding behavior and the moderated mediating role of authentic leadership has useful theoretical and practical implications. We also suggest directions for future research by providing several limitations.

The purpose of this study is to find out the Korean fashion brand purchasing behavior of Chinese woman college students who would be the one of major customers in Chinese market along with their preferences of Korean wave and fashion leadership. The data was collected from 379 Chinese female college students on Qingdao, China. The results based on the data analysis were as follows. 1. The students's preferences for Korean wave about Korean drama, popular song, films were relatively high. 2. Chinese female college students's evaluation of Korean fashion brand was high, especially, for the fashion trend, design/style, color, cutting and sewing, fitting, and material. However, they valued that its price was expensive. 3. The fashion leadership was classified as fashion innovation or fashion opinion leadership. 9.0% of the respondents were fashion dual leaders who were fashion innovator and fashion opinion leader. 4. The higher family income of the respondents was the better fashion leadership, preferences for Korean wave, perceived quality and attitude toward Korean fashion brand. The results showed that promotion strategy focused on keeping the Korean wave through drama, films, and popular song. And the development of high fashion brand and the word of mouth marketing through fashion dual leader were also needed in order to make inroads into China market.
Crisis management is one of the most important tasks of any business as business environments have been dramatically changed. In a sense the ability to manage crisis effectively is connected to the survival of any organization, whether it be a nation or company. In case of a company, the ability depends on CEO's leadership styles. Though some research have internationally investigated the relationship between crisis management and CEO's leadership styles, few research has dealt with the issue. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of CEO's leadership styles in the perception of the importance of corporate crisis management and the level of crisis management. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to CEOs of various types of business and a total of 259 questionnaires were collected from them. But only 201 questionnaires were used for testing hypotheses after getting rid of incomplete ones. The result showed that CEO's leadership styles have different roles in the issues raised in this study. Implications and further research suggestions were discussed.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the gay men's clothing attitude and preference according to gender role, for reviewing their clothing culture. Specifically, this study focuses on 1) investigating gay men's clothing attitude(brand orientation, conformity, fashion leadership, sexual attractiveness), 2) identifying their clothing preference, 3) comparing the difference of lifestyle, and 4) comparing the difference of their preference color and wearing the accessary, according to their gender role. Futhermore, this study compares those factors between gay men and heterosexual men. The data was collected from 168 persons(76 gay men and 92 heterosexual men) in LGHRF(Lesbian & Gay Human Rights Federation), Korea Gaymen's Coalition and adult men living in Seoul. To analyze data, the methodology adopted in this study is frequency, t-test, and ANOVA. The results found in this study are as followings: First, sexual attractiveness was significant factor for the gay men's clothing attitude and not concern about conformity. According to the gender role, bottom, who have much of the woman in composition, was more higher for the fashion leadership than top, who have a propensity for masculine. Second, gay men prefer to masculine, simple and casual style. According to the gender role, 'top' was more likely to masculine, simple and formal style rather than 'Bottom'. Third, Gay men were much more concern about a cultural life style. Furthermore, a preference color for both group was blue. Especially, gay men tended to prefer a chromatic color. The implication getting from conclusion in this study was to study Gay men's taste for a fashion, clothing attitude and their preference to purchase, etc., in considering their buying power for clothing in a fashion market.
