  • 사례연구로서 우리나라 대표적인 카르스트 지형이 발달되어 있고 몇 개의 자연관광동굴을 보유하고 있는 충북 단양군을 대상으로 새로운 성장동력으로서 자연동굴에 대한 전반적인 검토와 계획적인 개발전략에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이러한 논의는 결국 지역의 지속가능한 고부가가치를 창출함으로써 명품관광지로서의 재도약을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

Research on the Throughput Impact of the Strategic Stabilizing Capacity Constraint Resources by Prolonging Planning Period

  • The issue of capacity constraint resources (CCR) or bottlenecks wandering in product mix decision by applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) management philosophy has been mentioned and demonstrated in several papers. In this study, the effect for prolonging the planning period (PPP) so as to stabilize the CCR is investigated. The results show that the effect for PPP alternative will be positive or negative which is depending on the environment condition. However, a majority cases which have positive effect for PPP alternative can be recognized prior knowing the marketing demand, which is significant in the real application.

  • Purpose: Through strategic marketing, art galleries can help retain the artistic value in an extensively urbanized world and also provide a means to showcase aspirational messages that artworks attempt to portray. The purpose of the current study is to analyze a marketing strategy for an art gallery based on prior marketing theories. Research design, data and methodology: Scant research is available to guide regarding what elements of marketing theories should be applied to accomplish customer satisfaction in an art gallery business plan. Thus, the present authors suggest more specific marketing strategy using four traditional marketing theories for practitioners who conduct business planning strategy in an art gallery. Results: The current study suggests the synthesized model for a successful business plan of an art gallery and figured out that two distinctive segments through marketing mix and SWOT analysis are ideal because it would be easier to meet visitors' aesthetic tastes while still meeting organizational objectives. Conclusions: As all other businesses, art galleries have to adapt to survive by innovating some of the components of the marketing mix to create a competitive advantage. It also requires a strategy for that combines targeting and segmenting with the incorporation of the marketing mix to attain competitiveness.

  • This paper is focused on the introduction of the types of models and explanation of the fundamental concepts and theory for development and use of the corporate planning and modeling system. Nowadays, a great deal of companies have been or experimenting with some form of a corporate planning and modeling system to support managerial and strategic decision making. From previous studies it was noted that most applications have tended to be financially based. This trend will probably continue. However, with the software and hardware currently available it is likely that companies will move more toward integrated models that link marketing, production, as will as financial areas. More emphasis will undoubtedly be placed on the use of econometric modeling, since this subelement of the overall planning and modeling process is closely tied to the market place and the economy. At any rate, wherever the development of corporate planning and modeling system is directed, clear understanding for the fundamental concepts and elements of the system is settled in advance in order to develope and use it.

A'WOT 분석 기법을 활용한 한방의료관광 활성화 전략 수립 (A Strategy Planning for Korean Medical Tourism Using A'WOT analysis)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to assess the priorities among the environmental factors on, and to build core strategies for fostering Korean medical tourism. Methods: We used an A'WOT hybrid method which combined SWOT with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), that is, the strategic factors in each strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats group were selected by medical tourism experts' opinion, and then the importance of the factors in each SWOT group were pair-wise compared. Results: The results presented that the opportunities and the strengths groups are relatively more important than the other groups. The key competitive factors include high-quality human resources of traditional medicine, modernized system of Korean medical institutions, and local governments' willpower to promote herbal industries. Conclusions: Based on the results of analysis, it is suggested for government to build a timely strategic plan, to enhance cooperative activities with the private sector, to organize local resources, and to provide marketing support.

  • Selling Environment is very important space in this era of sensitive consumption, which facilitates direct contacts with consumers. Interests of consumers in the 21st centuries, lie in the higher quality of life, and they wart to create their own lifestyle through purchasing of goods in the marketing environment. A company can hold dominant position in the changing marketing environment, in case it differentiate with other competing companies and keep consistencies of identity. Finishing materials of interior design elements, play an important role in making a visual images of department stores, and the usage of finishing materials transfers the images of department store to consumers This study aims to introduce theoretical backgrounds of interior materials composition, which provides important tools for decision of images of department stores, and also aims to propose design guidelines for interior finishing materials as an elements of visual marketing, through the case studies of major department stores. Depending on these intentions, present conditions of interior finishing materials are analyzed, and a fundamental planning directions of interior materials are proposed, as the strategic elements of a department visual marketing.

공공기관 및 수출기업 글로벌 온라인 홍보전략 (Global Online Leadership Strategies for Public and Private Sectors)

  • 다양한 인터넷언론, 종합편성, 트위터 등 수많은 정보생산 및 정보교환 매체(media)들이 등장하고 서로 다른 이해관계자들이 등장하면서 잘못된 정보가 급속히 확산되고 있어 적절한 대응을 하지 못한다면, 아무리 우량기업, 우수한 제품이라도 순식간에 위험한 상황에 놓이기 때문에 홍보가 중요한 것이다. 국내에서 글로벌 홍보가 필요한 경우 공공기관, 대기업 그리고 중소기업 등 크게 3가지 유형의 홈페이지가 존재하며, 최소한 이중 하나에 속한다. 특히 국가의 이미지 및 경쟁력을 홍보해야 하는 공공기관이나 제품의 이미지를 적극적으로 알려 글로벌 마케팅을 추진하는 기업이라면 온라인 홍보에 관심을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 공공기관 및 수출기업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 국내에서 제작된 홈페이지의 현 실태를 분석, 해외 온라인 마케팅에 필요한 기초적 특징을 검토하고, 홍보전략 중 기초적인 전략 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 해외 글로벌 홍보의 현주소를 유령형, 난파형, 백치 아다다형 홈페이지로 분류 정의하여 그 실태를 파악하였다. 2012년도 조상대상 99%는 백치 아다다, 67%가 난파선이며 마지막으로 유령 홈페이지가 1%였다. 글로벌 홍보마케팅에 필요한 기초적인 전략방법으로 전략적 기획 및 홍보교육, 검색엔진 최적화, 웹 표준준수, 웹 접근성 지원, 모바일 홈페이지 지원 등을 제시하여 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 모바일 및 온라인 게임을 홍보하기 위한 새로운 방안으로 스포츠 스타, 엔터테이너, 배우 등 다양한 유명인을 활용하여 대중매체와 소셜 미디어를 통해 광고를 하는 경우가 많다. 많은 대기업 게임업체들이 앞 다퉈 유명인을 활용한 광고 홍보 전략을 활용해 왔고 이는 자연스럽게 투자비용을 증가시키는 요인이 되었다. 한편 게임을 홍보하기 위한 투자비용의 증가에 대한 효율성에 관해서는 아직 미지수로 기존 연구에서는 게임을 플레이하는 실제 유저들을 대상으로 한 연구는 수행된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유명인을 활용한 광고를 통해 게임을 접하는 고객층을 대상으로 유명인을 활용한 광고 홍보 전략이 게임을 다운로드하고 플레이 하도록 유인하는 요소로서 적절한 효과를 가지는지에 대해 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 통해 급진적으로 늘어가는 홍보 비용의 증가에 대한 효율성 정도를 측정함으로써 대기업 게임업체 위주의 무차별적인 홍보비용 증가를 줄이고 이로 인한 소규모 게임업체들의 시장 진출 어려움에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

백내장 환자의 병원선택기준에 관한 연구 - 서울시내 안과전문병원과 대학병원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Criteria for Selection of Medical Care Facilities by Cataract Patient)

  • There are increasing interest and need for information on health care consumer with the significance of hospital marketing and strategic planning being increasingly emphasized. This study was conducted to investigate the criteria for selection of medical facilities according to the characteristics of cataract patient. In order to investigate the major factors affecting selection of medical facilities by cataract patient, 300 subjects of cataract patients who was operated at 5 various medical care facilities were selected. Questionnaires are given on March, 2000 and 273 questionnaires were collected. Two types of hospitals(Eye Hospital and University hospital) were combined and analyzed. The main results of this research is as following; 1. In general characteristics of the patients, the variables shown statistically a significant difference between Eye Hospital and University Hospital; The6 educational level and average income are significantly higher in University Hospital Patient. 2. University Hospitals were preferred by the factors of social relationship, social reputation. The critical factors in reference for Eye hospital were kindness, service speed and convenience. This study can be used as a baseline data for marketing planning of hospital management. But the study may be limited in that the results cannot be generalized due to its small sample size and not being able to reflect demographic variables and life style. Further studies to investigate the hospital consumer behavior will be needed.

시나리오 플래닝기법을 활용한 한.중 FTA 체결이후의 한의서비스 시장 분석 및 대응전략 (Analysis of Korean Medicine Market and Strategies after the conclusion of a Korea-China FTA through the Scenario Planning Approach)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to analyze the fundamentals of a Korea-China FTA and suggest strategies for Korean medicine market that correspond with each scenario selected from foreseen circumstances after the conclusion of the FTA through the scenario planning, which is one of management techniques. Methods : Four scenarios have been established by means of key questions : the scope of FTA, health care policies, and the combination of western medicine(WM) and Korean medicine(KM). Each scenario is defined as the Maximized Competitive Market, Neutral Market, General Completive Market, and Conservative Market. This study suggests brand marketing, extending of health insurance coverage, launching local network, and strategy for Korean medicine based health promotion programs. Results and Conclusions : Although Korean medicine could be prompted by the trade policies between countries, related studies are very limited. Therefore, more research is needed to suggest the detailed strategies for change of Korean medicine market through various strategic analysis tools.
