In the 21th century as knowledge-based society and according as GIS is embossed, demand of map is increasing rapidly for GIS's basic. Ministry of Construction & Transportation Republic of Korea National Geographic Information Institute who supervise basis geography information run the studies of basis geography information construction, therefore choice of each subject extent and standardization of data model for basis geography information is attained. In this study, framework data has been established in three steps according to Framework data Product Specification in Facility Area. Also the evaluation of usability was implemented as combining Framework data.

The ICT convergence and intelligence information technology has many influences on the whole smart society in the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution era. However, preparations degree of our country is not high as for the intelligence information technology. It is not easy to adopt a new technology on education for cultivating the creative future human resources to match a pace with intelligent smart society. In addition, it is hard work to find and derive the appropriate technology for education because proper and effective proof includes much difficulties. Therefore, this study develop the e-learning standard technology framework through the derivation of educational standard technology element and the suggestion of medium and long term standardization framework for the intelligence information society.

This study examines the moderating effect of HQ-subsidiary cooperation on the relationships between standardization and on-time completion of new product development (NPD) and international new product rollout (INPR). It was empirically tested by a Korean sample to verify the validity of the research framework. The results show that the higher the HQ-subsidiary/agent cooperation, the stronger the effect of NPD timeliness on INPR timeliness. However, HQ-subsidiary cooperation does not moderate the relationship between standardization and INPR timeliness. Under conditions in which the subsidiary and headquarters have a positive relationship, open communications, and regular interactions, more successful new product development in terms of planned time schedule is strongly associated with a much faster introduction to overseas markets.

This study discusses the necessity of standardizing patient data using blockchain technology and explores its application methods. Existing medical data management systems have limitations in ensuring patient safety and quality of care due to inefficiencies in information sharing and data distribution across multiple medical institutions. Blockchain, as a decentralized ledger technology, guarantees data integrity and security while granting patients the authority to manage their own medical information. This study proposes an approach that integrates medical information systems with blockchain technology to enhance data interoperability, ensuring secure data sharing and efficient management. By doing so, it aims to improve the quality of healthcare services and explores the potential for applications in various medical fields, including patient history management, medication tracking, and telemedicine.

A holography technique optically reconstructs a three-dimensional object in space to provide a natural sense of depth and volume to the observer, thereby providing an ultimate 3D image capable of solving the problem of "vergence-accommodation conflict" occurring in a conventional stereoscopic imaging system. In this paper, we present a technical framework for measuring the performance and evaluating the quality of a holographic display, which enables a quantitative measurement of the optical and physical properties that affect the performance and quality of a holographic display. In addition, we provide the trend regarding standardization related to holographic display measurements. Although this trend has barely started, research activities related to holographic display measurements and quality evaluations are expected to grow in the near future.

The Internet provides a new way of doing business, but ease of copying and of sharing valuable digital information illegally across the Internet undermine many viable business models. This paper investigates the Digital Rights Management(DRM) as a means to provide safe protection and proper delivery of digital contents through the Information highway. First, we briefly summarize the current endeavor of DRM technical development and standardization process held in key technical working groups. Then, the paper provides a generic architecture for a DRM framework and shows the implementation of a prototype of DRM system incorporating key conceptual and technical standardization development. This study emphasizes the importance of developing the DRM architecture that provides the proper protection and safe transformation of digital contents in electronic commerce.

It is expected that standardized framework for urban rail transit system will contribute to more convenient and safe traffic service and ensure higher reliability and availability of urban rail transit rolling stock and infrastructure. Information and telecommunication system in urban rail transit consists of various subsystems, such as radio communication system, digital transmission system, integrated monitoring system and public addressing system and its standardization will be implemented based on these subsystem. Public addressing system is to provide information related to operation and emergency for passengers and operators. In this paper we suggest draft criterion of public addressing system for urban rail transit through functional analysis and comparison on the present state of the system.
