In this paper, we introduce the conditions that the P-process has the intensity function which it is a standard form of gamma distribution. And we show that the transformed geometric Poisson process which the intensity function is a standard form of gamma distribution is a alternative sign P-process

본 연구는 컨테이너 해상화물 표준장기운송계약서 내용과 쟁점에 관한 연구이다. 한국은 한진해운 파산을 계기로 컨테이너 해상화물 부분에 장기계약 제도 및 표준장기운송계약서를 제작 배포(2019)하였으며 이후 공급망 위기때에 표준장기운송계약서를 개정(2022)하였다. 표준장기운송계약서는 선화주의 이해가 달라 합의가 필요한 항목들이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 표준장기운송계약서의 주요 내용을 분석하고 선화주에게 미치는 실무적 의미를 도출하였다. 아울러 표준장기운송계약서 제정과정에서 선화주의 최대 쟁점사항인 손해배상액예정액과 최소약정물량 대한 내용 및 성격과 의미를 분석하여 선화주가 동 조항에 대한 이해가 어떻게 달라지는지 분석해 보였다. 결론적으로 선화주는 장기운송계약에 손해배상예정액을 책정할 시 매우 합리적인 수준으로 책정해야 위약벌로 손해배상청구 소송을 별도로 진행하지 않게 된다. 또한 최소약정물량 책정과 더불어 균등 배분은 선사에게 매우 중요한 항목이기에 이를 포함하되 성수기에도 화주의 추가 선복 요구를 수용할 수 있도록 하는 우대 조건이 필요하다. 아울러 화주는 위약벌 대신 다른 장기계약에서도 활용 중인 이행보증을 통해 계약의 이행을 담보하는 것도 고려해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

This paper will suggest that the 1 cross orthogonal loop type sensor improves on the orthogonal loop form sensor-head, which is available a calibration of the linear birefringence, when a fiber optic current sensor was composed. An output characteristics of the 1 cross orthogonal loop form, a general closed loop form, the orthogonal loop form are compared by the IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) 60044-8 standard, and the state of polarization is compared with three forms. As a result, when the closed loop form was changed to the orthogonal loop form, retardation decreased 15.3[%]. When the closed loop form was changed to the 1 cross orthogonal loop type, the retardation decreased 33.8[%]. As a result of the Faraday Effect measurement, the 1 cross orthogonal loop form has the highest output characteristic and the lowest error ratio. It met the 0.5 class of the IEC 60044-8 standard. Thus, in application of the 1cross orthogonal loop form, the possibility to develop high reliability fiber optic current sensors that have a high output and stable error ratio rises is increased.

In this paper, an systematic approach is presented, in which the bridge-type traffic sign structure is body out by CSDDA PrePost Processor. There is dead load and wind load that is working on the structure which will make force and moment. Analyzied the stress distribution of the standard form and by changing the shape, compared the safety in terms of deflection and stress (with the standard form) to know the effect of each component in the bridge-type traffic sign structure. The safety of deflection and stress is evaluated by maximum distance/100) and ASIC code respectively. The standard form of bridge-type traffic sign structure is established by two pairs of pillar and two pairs of floor beam. Replaced the links which is consist of flange and screws as the torsion spring and nm our analysis program. By adjusting variable of rigidity modulus of torsion spring, moment between column and beam is controled depending on value of rigidity modulus.

A chemoinfometrical method for quantitative determination of crystal content of indomethacin (IMC) polymorphs based on fourie-transformed near-infrared (FT-NIR) spectroscopy was established. A direct comparison of the data with the ones collected from using the conventional powder X-ray diffraction method was performed. Pure $\alpha$ and ${\gamma}$ forms of IMC were prepared using published methods. Powder X-ray diffraction profiles and NIR spectra were recorded for six kinds of standard materials with various content of ${\gamma}$ form IMC. The principal component regression (PCR) analyses were performed based on normalized NIR spectra sets of standard samples of known content of IMC ${\gamma}$ form. A calibration equation was determined to minimize the root mean square error of the prediction. The predicted ${\gamma}$ form content values were reproducible and had a relatively small standard deviation. The values of ${\gamma}$ form content predicted by two methods were in close agreement. The results were indicated that NIR spectroscopy provides for an accurate quantitative analysis of crystallinity in polymorphs compared with the results obtained by conventional powder X-ray diffractometry.

The author have devised the main table of International Centesimal Classification(ICC). This is the second study of ICC. And so, this study intends to devise a new and reasonable form divisions for the ICC. This study analyses the 'standard subdivisions' of DDC and the 'general form divisions' of UDC and LCC, to investigate the problems included among them. And then, it devises the three tables of 'Internal form divisions, External form divisions, and Special form divisions' in two digit of arabic numerals.

In this study, using the temperature history analysis, the influences of the conductive values of wooden form, which are specified by Korean Standard for Concrete and ACI Practice Manual for Concrete, on the temperature history were examined. And, the calculated temperature history is compared with the measured temperature history. In the examination for the influences of the conductive values of wooden form, the value recommended by the Korean Standard can more closely predict the themperature history at the points which the variation of the boundary condition should be considered.

The systematic classification of database is much debated issue currently in telecommunication industry. Nevertheless, the attempt to build the systematic model is nowadays nowhere to be found. The purpose of this study is to gain a general overview relating to this subject and to make out a draft for the development of standard model. Relating th the study for the databases classification, it was classified from the 9 points of view： manufacturer, subject, processed form (level), (re)presented form, language, completion state and updating cycle, retrieval method, communication media, and use.

The effects of media composition on citric acid fermentation using surface immobilized Saccharomycopsis lipolytica were studied. The use of the standard medium for these organisms resulted in rapid decrease of citric acid production and a transformation of immobilized cell morphologies from a yeast-type to a mycelium-type. When the standard medium was enriched with vitamins, trace minerals, a growth factor and ammonium to form a Vigorous Stationary Phase (VSP) fermentation type medium, relatively stable citric acid production (10 mg/lㆍh) was obtained. Using the VSP type medium, the surface immobilized cells also retained their yeast-type form.

In this paper, we investigate the valuation of vulnerable exchange option that has credit risk of option issuer. The reduced-form model is used to model credit risk. We assume that credit event is determined by the jump of the counting process with stochastic intensity, which follows the mean reverting process. We propose a simple approach to derive the closed-form pricing formula of vulnerable exchange option under the reduced-form model and provide the pricing formula as the standard normal cumulative function.
