특급호텔주방의 위생관련 시설 및 설비에 대한 중요도 인식에 따른 조리사의 위생관리 직무수행도 평가 (Perceived Importance of Kitchen Equipment and Facilities on Cook's Hygienic Performance in Deluxe Hotels)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the perceived importance of kitchen equipment and facilities on the hygienic performance of cooks in deluxe hotels. Cooks and chefs at 7 different deluxe hotels participated in this study. Out of 490 questionnaires administered, 456 (93.1%) were completed and 419 (91.9%) were analyzed using a statistical package SPSS 12.0. The results were as follows. First, the correlation between sanitary equipment, including HACCP system, in the hotel kitchens and the hygienic management performance confirmed the significant effect of the sanitary equipment on the performance of the cooks and chefs. Second, the sanitary facilities in the hotel kitchens greatly affected the hygienic management performance. The results also demonstrated that the sanitary equipment provided the same contribution to the performance irrespective of the job level, management type and HACCP practice. However, the sanitary facilities greatly affected the management type expecially the chain hotels. The hygienic management performance did not affect the cooking stage (before-cooking and during-cooking), but affected the after-cooking stage according to the management type and the HACCP practice, but not the job level.

  • High level random vibration environments induced while launching of spacecraft can damage sensitive electronic equipment, unless the equipment is properly packaged. Thus careful consideration on the launch environment, especially for high level random vibration, is required in the design stage of electronic equipment of spacecraft. This paper describes the development process of Solar Array Regulator for KOMPAT-2, which is designed and tested by Korean engineers. Both analytical and experimental techniques are introduced in this paper.

  • This paper presents a 3-axis fine positioning stage. All the procedure concerning the design and fabrication of the stage are described. The stage considered here is composed of flexure hinges, piezoelectric actuators and their peripherals. A special flexure hinge is adopted to be able to actuate the single stage in three axes at the same time. A ball contact mechanism is introduced into the piezoelectric actuator to avoid the cross talk among the axes. The final design is obtained with the theoretical analysis on the stage. An actual fine stage is developed and the design specifications are verified through an experiment.

  • Generally, functional design of FPSO has been done by the engineering firm designated by ship owner. Main equipment such as topside facility is imported from abroad. But sometimes, OFE (Owner Furnished Equipment) does not satisfy the PND (Product Need Date) of each production stage because the delivery date of OFE is not scheduled to satisfy the PND. And sometimes many loose items and equipment are complex from engineering which does not consider pre-outfitting. Main objective of this study is process improvements by maximizing pre-outfitting rate in the stage of equipping STP (Submerged Turret Production), one of main equipment on FPSO. In this study, we analyzed the factors which obstructed pre-equipping STP using the past records of FPSO projects.

  • 상단부 시험장비(이하: UTE)는 KSLV-I 2단과 UMB 인터페이스를 통해 2단에 탑재된 전기/전자 서브시스템에 외부전원을 공급하고 Discrete/Analog/Serial 명령 출력 및 데이터 수신 등의 기능을 구현한 시스템으로 KSLV-I 상단부 시스템의 시스템 레벨 기능시험 수행이 주목적이라 할 수 있는 시스템이다. UTE는 PXI 제어시스템 및 전원공급기, 터미널 블록, 커넥터 패널, 내부 하니스 등의 H/W와 사용자 event에 따른 Discrete/Analog I/O 제어, PDU RS-422 통신제어, 전원공급장치 GPIB 제어 및 UTE 원격제어와 같은 S/W로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 KSLV-I 상단부 UTE의 설계 및 개발에 관해 기술한다.

  • This study examined the P Church in the Large chapel and S Church in the midium chapel were Analyzed to the installed stage broadcast lighting system. As a result of the installation of lighting equipment of LED class in P Church in the Large chapel, it provided clearer image and did not have shadow. While tungsten halogen illumination was very hot and heated to be preaching, LED was not heated so the pastor was very comfortable for preaching. S Church in the Midium chapel due to low ceiling height using LED lighting musical, theater and possibly were directed. If a similar structure of Dae-Hak Street theater to replace the existing fixtures by LED lighting, rendering effective and energy saving effect is thought to have much effect.

  • Recently, there is an increase in the need for precision linear stages with vacuum compatibility in such areas as lithography equipment for wafer or mask manufacturing, mask mastering equipment for optical data storage and electron beam equipment. A simple design, high stiffness and low cost can be achieved by using ball bearings. However, a ball bearing have friction and wear problems just as in ambient air. In order to decrease the friction, a special finish, a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film coating, is applied to the surface of a guide rail by sputtering deposition. This paper presents the result of an experimental investigation on the control performance of a ball bearing-guided linear motion stage under two environmental conditions: in air and vacuum. A comparison between the results with and without the DLC coating was also considered in the experimental investigation.

  • This paper performed the basic study for developing the light therapy equipment for medical treatment. We developed the equipment for medical therapy using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 4 step by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled, stage by stage.

굴삭기 IMV용 비례 유량제어밸브 정특성 해석 (Static Analysis of Dedicated Proportional Flow Control Valve for IMV)

  • Recently, as environmental regulations for earth-moving equipment have been tightening, advanced systems such as electronic control, have been introduced for energy savings. An IMV (Independent Metering Valve) consisting of four 2-way valves, is an electro-hydraulic control systems that provides more flexible controllability, and potential for energy savings in excavators, when compared to the conventional 4-way spool valve system. To fully maximize use of an IMV, the bi-directional flow control valve that can regulate a large amount of flow in both directions, should be adopted. The hydraulic circuit of an IMV applied to an excavator from an overseas construction equipment company, reveals the flow control valve with the compound of proportional solenoid valve for first stage, and 2-way spool valve for the second stage. Moreover, the two spools are interconnected by a feedback spring, presumed to compensate for flow force acting on the second stage spool. This paper addresses the static analysis of flow control valve in an IMV to investigate the improvement of robustness, against flow force by the feedback spring. From the steady-state analysis of flow control valve model, it can be concluded that the feedback spring facilitates maintaining linearity of spool displacement for control input, and relatively constant flow for load disturbance.
