반복하중을 받는 콘크리트충전 강관기둥-H형강보 골조의 강도에 관한 실험적 연구 -접합부 보강형식과 콘크리트충전에 따른 효과- (An Experimental Study on the Strength of the Frame consisting of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Column-H Beam under Alternately Repeated Horizontal Loading)

  • 본 논문에서의 연구대상은 콘크리트충전 각형강관을 이용한 기둥-보 골조의 접합부이다. 실험변수는 각형강관기둥의 충전콘크리트 유 무와 접합부 형식이며, 접합부 형식은 콘크리트충전을 고려하여 개구부를 갖는 관통형과 외측형으로 분류한다. 연구방법은 각각의 파라미터에 대하여 1차적으로 접합부 형식에 따른 보의 인장 플랜지와 각형강관 기둥 접합부와의 인장거동을 실험적으로 관찰한 후, 2차적으로 내진설계 개념을 적용하여 수평하중을 반복적으로 가할 경우의 접합부 형식에 따른 문형골조실험을 실시하였다. 연구목적은 실험결과로부터 국내외의 규준을 비교평가하여, 향후 국내의 콘크리트충전 강관구조 규준 제정에 필요한 기초 자료를 제시하는데 있다.

  • This study has the purpose to review the way of experience element and property of space design appearing in vocational experience space and accumulate basic study material for children's vocational experience space and build systematic and specialized modules. Analysing the marketing elements of experience space through pilot research to arrange frame of analysis, and in a determined range, experimental marketing's property appearing in children's vocational experience center is analysed. This researcher analysed experimental displaying space's function of recognition, emotional, behavior, sense marketing and experimental marketing induced from pilot research on space design expressive elements of experimental marketing when it is applied to spaces through the frame of analysis with the combination of total 8 kind's experience display space function such as investigative, conceptional, aesthetic, entertaining, logical, relative, participating, and comprehensive experience based on 5 vocational experience spaces located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, opened after 2010, being operated at present with more than 500 pyeong (about 1,650 square meter) and targeted for children, after this researcher visited the site directly to make check list with the frame of analysis together with the staff and administrator in charge of vocational experience education. As a conclusion, vocational experience center is a space of edutainment helping children experience various profession more easily to find their interest and to bring up their dream. By analysing current vocational experience center through the element called experimental marketing, current status of vocational experience center could be known. the experience itself in vocational experience center becomes a merchandise. Instead of mere experience, so as to get professional experience and new information, new experiences should be provided by incessant variation and development. This study is to build basic research data for children's vocational experience space, however not only drawing specialty of vocational experience center through the connection of enterprises based on the contents arranged above but also systematic and specialized modules are expected to be built in next researches.

블록 암호 알고리즘을 애용한 MAC 분석 (Security Analysis of MAC Algorithm using Block Cipher)

  • 본 논문에서는 전송되는 메시지의 무결성과 출처 인증을 위해 광범위하게 사용되는 메시지 인증 코드 (Message Authentication Code :MAC) 알고리즘을 제안하고 안전성을 분석한다. 제안된 MAC 알고리즘은 기본 블록 암호로 64-비트 블록과 56-비트 키를 가진 64비트 블록 암호 알고리즘을 이용하여 MAC 값의 길이를 64-비트와 32-비트를 사용하였을 경우의 안전성을 비교한다. 또한, 128-비트 블록과 128-비트 키를 가진 128비트 블록 암호 알고리즘을 이용하여, MAC 값의 길이를 128비트와 64-비트를 사용하였을 경우의 안전성을 비교한다 그래서 메시지의 길이와 MAC값의 길이에 따른 위장 공격의 안전성을 분석한다.

Shaking table test of pounding tuned mass damper (PTMD) on a frame structure under earthquake excitation

  • A pounding tuned mass damper (PTMD) can be considered as a passive device, which combines the merits of a traditional tuned mass damper (TMD) and a collision damper. A recent analytical study by the authors demonstrated that the PTMD base on the energy dissipation during impact is able to achieve better control effectiveness over the traditional TMD. In this paper, a PTMD prototype is manufactured and applied for seismic response reduction to examine its efficacy. A series of shaking table tests is conducted in a three-story building frame model under single-dimensional and two-dimensional broadband earthquake excitations with different excitation intensities. The ability of the PTMD to reduce the structural responses is experimentally investigated. The results show that the traditional TMD is sensitive to input excitations, while the PTMD mostly has improved control performance over the TMD to remarkably reduce both the peak and root-mean-square (RMS) structural responses under single-dimensional earthquake excitation. Unlike the TMD, the PTMD is found to have the merit of maintaining a stable performance when subjected to different earthquake loadings. In addition, it is also indicated that the performance of the PTMD can be enhanced by adjusting the initial gap value, and the control effectiveness improves with the increasing excitation intensity. Under two-dimensional earthquake inputs, the PTMD controls remain outperform the TMD controls; however, the oscillation of the added mass is observed during the test, which may induce torsional vibration modes of the structure, and hence, result in poor control performance especially after a strong earthquake period.

유한 요소법을 이용한 어업용 프레임 구조물의 변형 및 강도 해석 (Analysis on Deformation and Stiffness of Frame Structure for Fishery using Finite Element Methods)

  • 2개의 PE 부이가 클램프 및 벨트로 고정되고 그 위에 발판을 지지하기 위한 프레임 등으로 구성된 단위 틀이 외부 재질이 고무 성분인 힌지로연결된 어업용 프레임 구조물의 강도 및 변형을 해석하여 구조적 안정성을 평가하고자 유한 요소법을 이용하여 그것의 구조 해석을 수행하였으며, 해석에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수있다. 1) 고무 힌지로 구성된 어업용 프레임 구조물의 구조적인 안정성을 해석하기 위해서는 힌지 부분을 정확하게 모델링하는 것이 중요하며, 특히 해석 결과는 모델링의 기법에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 2) 고무 힌지의 경우 먼저 재료 시험을 통해 그것의 정확한 불성치를 확보한 후 구조 해석을 수행해야 하며, 단순히 영 계수 E만을 인자로서 해석하는 경우 신뢰성이 있는 결과를 얻을 수 없다는 것을 확인하였다. 3) 초탄성 거동을 하는 고무는 대변형을 하지만 하중과 변형이 선형 관계를 유지하고 있으므로 영 계수 E 등의 물성치를 적절히 사용하면, 힌지를 단순하게 선형 문제로 이상화하여 구조해석을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 4) 동일한 조건에서 파랑 하중에 대한 어업용 프레임 구조물의 구조 응답은 Hogging 상태 즉, 파정이 그것의 중앙부에 오는 것이 정수 중이나 Sagging 상태인 경우보다 크게 나타났다.

직각판형 외다이아프램 각형강관기둥-H형강보 접합부의 방강접거동에 관한 해석적연구 (A Numerical Study on the Semi-Rigid Behavior of Steel Tubular Column to H Beam Connection with Exterior Square-Plate Diaphragms)

  • 본 논문은 직각펀형 외다이아프램 형식의 각형강관-H형강보 접합부의 반강접 특성을 파악하기 위하여 기존 실험결과를 수집하여 모든 실험체를 기준이 되는 실험방법과 동일하게 모델링하여 유한요소해석을 실시하였다. 이 해석결과를 실험결과와 비교 검증하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을확보, 이를 준용하는 것으로 하여 본 접합부형식의 반강접거동에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변수를 파악하고 차후 골조해석에 적용 가능한 적절한 모멘트-회전각 곡선을 제안, 함수를 구성하는 세가지 파라메타에 대하여 다중선형회귀분석을 실사하였다.

Pressure-settlement behavior of square and rectangular skirted footings resting on sand

  • The present study deals with the Pressure-settlement behavior of square and rectangular skirted footing resting on sand and subjected to a vertical load through a laboratory experimental study. A series of load tests were conducted in the model test tank to evaluate the improvement in pressure-settlement behavior and bearing capacity of square and rectangular model footings with and without structural skirt. The footing of width 5 cm and 6 cm and length/width ratio of 1 and 2 was used. The relative density of sand was maintained at 30%, 50%, 70%, and 87% respectively. The depth of skirt was varied from 0.25 B to 1.0 B. All the tests were carried out using a strain controlled loading frame of 50 kN capacity. The strain rate for all test was kept 0.24 mm/min. The results of present study reveal that, the use of structural skirt improves the bearing capacity of footing significantly. The improvement in bearing capacity was observed almost linearly proportional to the depth of skirt. The improvement in bearing capacity of skirted footings over footing without skirt was observed in the range of 33.3% to 68.5%, 68.9% to 127% and 146.7% to 262% for a skirt depth of 0.25 B, 0.50 B and 1.0 B respectively. The skirted footings were found more effective for sand at relative density of 30% and 50% than at relative density of 70% and 87%. The bearing capacity was found to increase linearly with footing width for footings with and without skirts. This observation was found to be consistent for footings with different skirt depths and for relative density of sand i.e., 30%, 50%, 70%, and 87%. The obtained results from the study for footing with and without skirts were comparable with available solutions from literature.

Lateral Resistance of CLT Wall Panels Composed of Square Timber Larch Core and Plywood Cross Bands

  • Thinned, small larch logs have small diameters and no value-added final use, except as wood chips, pallets, or fuel wood, which are products with very low economic value; however, their mechanical strength is suitable for structural applications. In this study, small larch logs were sawed, dried, and cut into square timbers (with a $90mm{\times}90mm$ cross section) that were laterally glued to form core panels used to manufacture cross-laminated timber (CLT) wall panels. The surface and back of these core panels were covered with 12-mm-thick structural plywood panels, used as cross bands to obtain three-ply CLT wall panels. This attachment procedure was conducted in two different ways: gluing and pressing (CGCLT) or gluing and nailing (NGCLT). The size of the as-manufactured CLT panels was $1,220mm{\times}2,440mm$, the same as that of the plywood panels. The final wall panels were tested under lateral shear force in accordance with KS F 2154. As the lateral load resistance test required $2,440mm{\times}2,440mm$ specimens, two CLT wall panels had to be attached in parallel. In addition, the final CLT panels had tongued and grooved edges to allow parallel joints between adjacent pieces. For comparison, conventional light-frame timber shear walls and midply wall systems were also tested under the same conditions. Shear walls with edge nail spacing of 150 mm and 100 mm, the midply wall system, and the fabricated CGCLT and NGCLT wall panels exhibited maximum lateral resistances of 6.1 kN/m (100%), 9.7 kN/m (158%), 16.9 kN/m (274%), 29.6 kN/m (482%), and 35.8 kN/m (582%), respectively.

알루미늄-복합재료 혼성 사각관 보의 굽힘 성능평가 (Bending Performance Evaluation of Aluminum-Composite Hybrid Square Tube Beams)

  • Bending deformation and energy absorption characteristics of aluminum-composite hybrid tube beams have been analyzed for improvement in the bending performance of aluminum space frame by using experimental tests combined with theoretical and finite element analyses. Hybrid tube beams composed of glass fabric/epoxy layer wrapped around on aluminum tube were made in autoclave with the recommended curing cycle. Basic properties of aluminum material used for initial input data of the finite element simulation and theoretical analysis were obtained from the true stress-true strain curve of specimen which had bean extracted from the Al tube beam. A modified theoretical model was developed to predict the resistance to the collapse of hybrid tube beams subjected to a bending load. Theoretical moment-rotation angle curves of hybrid tube beams were in good agreement with experimental ones, which was comparable to the results obtained from finite element simulation. Hybrid tube beams strengthened by composite layer on the whole web and flange showed an excellent bending strength and energy absorption capability.

ICP-RIE를 이용한 저압용 실리콘 압력센서 제작 (Fabrication of a silicon pressure sensor for measuring low pressure using ICP-RIE)

  • In this paper, we fabricated piezoresistive pressure sensor with dry etching technology which used ICP-RIE (inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching) and etching delay technology which used SOI (silicon-on-insulator). Structure of the fabricated pressure sensor shows a square diaphragm connected to a frame which was vertically fabricated by dry etching process and a single-element four-terminal gauge arranged at diaphragm edge. Sensitivity of the fabricated sensor was about 3.5 mV/V kPa at 1 kPa full-scale. Measurable resolution of the sensor was not exceeding 20 Pa. The nonlinearity of the fabricated pressure sensor was less than 0.5 %F.S.O. at 1 kPa full-scale.
