The purpose of this study was to examine the demand for leisure facilities of apartment residents in Kimgae. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires designed for this study, and the sample consisted of 399 households. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis. Leisure facilities were divided into four specific types : sports facilities, hobby and cultured facilities, appreciation and exhibition facilities, and sociable facilities. It was found that the demands for four types of leisure facilities were high and the demands for park, swimming pool, culture center, library, cultural hall, and wamen’s hall were especially high. Family life cycle and housing size were important determinants of demands for leisure facilities.

Remodeling of agricultural facilities can be defined as follows; it is received newly social needs which calamity is reduced, its function is improved, ecosystem is maintained, water-friendly space is preserved. By those remodeling, environment water and tour water with role as a place of rest and leisure sports, and so forth can be ensured. Therefore, on this study, we would propose the approach of the repair and enhancement of agricultural facilities which can reflect those social demands.

국민소득의 증가와 주5일 근무제의 확대적용, 3면이 바다이고 내륙에 비교적 많은 강과 하천이 분포되어 있는 지리환경적 여건으로 인해 쉽게 접할 수 있는 수상레저에 많은 관심이 주어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 우리나라의 수상레저사업자, 장비제조업자, 관련단체 및 동호인을 대상으로 설문 및 현장방문 조사를 통하여 수집한 자료를 분석하고 사업체의 형태 및 애로사항 등의 실태를 파악한다. 이 자료들을 근거로 수상레포츠 활성화 및 발전을 위한 산업기반기설 구축방안을 제안한다.

This study aims to provide implications for Korea's efficient application policies for closed schools by identifying the current status of how closed schools are revitalized in Japan and their supportive measures. In Japan, a total of 2,215 schools have closed from 1992 to 2001, and 8,580 schools from 2002 to 2020, with 10,709 closures occurring from 1992 to 2020. The average number is about 369 per year. In terms of the overall trend, the number of closed schools have been put into use and the numbers have increased from 70% in 2013 to 74% in 2020. To summarize the characteristics of the use, first, there is a complex phenomenon in which the use of closed schools are becoming more diverse. Second, closed schools are most often revitalized as educational facilities for residents, followed by social sports facilities, social education facilities and cultural facilities. Third, the use of closed schools in the industries are increasing as they are used as "corporal facilities and start-up support facilities". In order to promote the use of closed schools, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in Japan promoted the simplification and elasticity of property disposal procedures in 2008. Since 2010, the disclosure of information on closed facilities and matching service between providers and users have been unified through the "Let's Connect to the Future ~ Closed School for All" project. The Cabinet Office including the four offices, and five central governments are advocating the use of closed schools by promoting subsidy support projects.

본 연구는 국내에서 수행된 '장애인 체육', '장애인 생활체육', '재활운동 및 체육' 관련 연구들을 바탕으로 재활운동 및 체육 서비스 실수요자인 장애인을 대상으로 실시한 요구도 조사 결과들을 수집하여 재활운동 및 체육 서비스에 대한 요구도를 분석하였다. 장애인의 요구 내용을 추출하고 추출된 내용을 귀납적 내용 분석으로 제시하였으며, 연구자의 선입견과 주관적인 판단을 최대한 배제하고자 하였다. 국내에서 수행된 '장애인 체육', '장애인 생활체육', '재활운동 및 체육' 관련 연구들을 바탕으로 장애인을 대상으로 실시한 요구도 조사결과가 포함된 연구가 선정되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 재활운동 및 체육 서비스 실수요자인 장애인을 대상으로 실시한 요구도 조사 결과에 대하여 8가지(체육활동에 관한 인식, 프로그램, 지도자, 시설, 접근성, 체육활동 참여에 관한 저해요소, 비용/지원/재원, 기타)로 구성하여 범주화하였다.

본 연구는 해양스포츠산업이 전라남도 지역경제를 선도할 수 있는 전략산업으로 육성시켜 지역브랜드를 제고할 수 있는 개발전략을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로 문헌조사는 해양스포츠 관련 정책자료 및 선행연구를 분석하였고 심층면접에서의 답변은 의미단위로 범주(category)화하여 내용을 분석하였다. 이에 대한 결론으로 전라남도는 천혜의 자연조건을 적절히 활용하여 대표적인 해양스포츠 시설을 구축하고, 관련 산업집약도가 낮은 전라남도는 경쟁력에서 문제점을 있지만 차별화된 해양스포츠산업 단지를 조성하여 해양스포츠 장비를 개발하고 그에 따른 해양·문화·역사 등의 관광자원과의 연계 노력이 필요하다.

In order to ensure that the 2002 World Cup will be a successful and exciting sports and cultural event that will draw world class athletes, millions of spectators, and organizers from all around the world. And various facilities will be established in the Seoul World Cup Stadium that will allow the citizens to use the stadium for a wide range of exciting sports, cultural and social activites. The Building Services of Seoul World Cup Stadium is planned by placing emphasis on building maintenance and energy saving, considering the characteristics of state-of-the-art versatile World Cup Stadium and various facilities after the World Cup 2002

The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual conditions of the use and the plan of lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the education programs of 8 lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) Needed spaces should functionally designed considering that basic and culture lecture, occupation skill and expert education, hobby/amusement/leisure, health/sanitation/sports, tradition culture understanding education among education programs of lifelong education facilities in universities are mainly constituted and occupation skill and expert education among theses are occupied with the most ratio. 2) Expansion of facilities is agent considering the number of students and lectures to be 3.0% from 1.7% of average ratio of continuous dimensions lifelong education facilities of each universities and composition following scale of the lecture room is set by organizing the number of students per lecture to small groups.

Community facilities in apartment complex have been developed through construction companies' needs for housing development and differentiation combined with a intense marketing competition among housing construction companies. But, It is the fact that the construction companies have planned the community facilities without considering on residents' needs for housing environmental amenity and preference. Therefore, this study investigated the space composition and the present usage of community facilities and surveyed to get concrete information regarding the residents' satisfaction with the proposed community facilities plan. It is the conclusion that the residents request a convenient and comfortable facilities similar level with those in the outside sports complex and the operating programs.
