신경망 외란관측기와 파라미터 보상기를 이용한 PMSM의 속도제어 (Precision Speed Control of PMSM Using Neural Network Disturbance observer and Parameter compensation)

  • This paper presents neural load disturbance observer that used to deadbeat load torque observer and regulation of the compensation gain by parameter estimator. As a result, the response of PMSM follows that of the nominal plant. The load torque compensation method is compose of a neural deadbeat observer. To reduce of the noise effect, the post-filter, which is implemented by MA process, is proposed. The parameter compensator with RLSM (recursive least square method) parameter estimator is suggested to increase the performance of the load torque observer and main controller. The proposed estimator is combined with a high performance neural torque observer to resolve the problems. As a result, the proposed control system becomes a robust and precise system against the load torque and the parameter variation. A stability and usefulness, through the verified computer simulation, are shown in this paper.

  • This study deals with the speed control of an overcentered variable-displacement hydraulic motor on a constant pressure network, which is noted for its high system efficiency fast dynamic response and energy recovery capability. The speed control characteristics of the conventional cascade PI controller are largely affected by load-torque disturbances. To obtain robust speed control despite torque disturbances, the load torque is estimated by an observer based on a mathematical model and compensated for by a feedforward loop. It is shown by experiment that robust speed control may be obtained with the proposed controller. The experimental data agree fairly well with the theoretical analysis.

  • 본 논문은 축소차원 상태방정식을 사용한 전차원 관측기를 이용하여 저속도 영역에서의 운전 성능 개선방법을 제안하였다. 축소차원 상태방정식을 사용한 전차원 관측기는 간단한 모터속도 및 외란토크 관측기이다. 제안한 알고리즘은 약 1.9[rpm]의 저속도에서 매우 안정적인 결과를 보였다. 모터구동 시스템에서 외란토크는 저속도 영역에서 속도제어 성능을 저하시킨다. 제안한 알고리즘은 모터속도와 외란토크를 모두 추정한다. 추정된 외란 토크는 속도제어기의 출력에 전향보상 값으로 사용되며, 그 결과 저속도 영역(1.9rpm)에서 부하토크 응답특성이 향상된 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 BLDC 전동기의 고성능 속도제어를 위하여 외란 초크 관측기를 기반으로 한 속도 제어 방법에 대하여 기술하였다. 강성이 낮은 로봇 팔이나 추적 응용의 경우 시스템의 안정성 측면에서 속도 제어기의 이득 값을 크게 할 수 없다. 따라서 외란 토크 관측기를 이용한 전향 보상 방법을 이용하였다. 본 방법으로 속도 제어기의 이득을 충분히 크게 할 수 없을 때 외란 토크에 대한 속도 응답 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 결과적으로, 고성능 분야의 응용을 위한 BLDC 전동기의 속도 제어가 가능하게 된다.

  • Direct torque control(DTC) is known to produce quick response in ac drives. Some drawbacks of the classical DTC are the relatively large torque ripple in a low speed range and notable current pulsation during steady state. They are reflected speed response and increased acoustical noise. In this paper, The DTC quick response are preserved at transient state, while better qualify steady state performance is produced by Space Vector Modulation(SVM). It is able to reduce the acoustical noise, torque ripple and current pulsation during steady state. The system presented are closed loop stator flux and torque observer for wide speed range that inputs are currents and voltages sensing of motor terminal. Simulation results for the 2.2kw general purposed induction motor are presented and discussed.

  • 본 논문은 저속 운전을 포함한 영구자속의 자속 추정을 통하여 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)의 토크 오차를 보상하는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 영구자속의 자속은 온도에 따라 변화한다. 동손을 최소화하기 위해 적용되는 Maximum Torque per Ampere (MTPA)는 영구자속의 자속 추정값을 이용하여 구현되기 때문에 영구자석의 자속이 변화할 경우, 토크 오차가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 쇄교자속관측기를 이용하여 영구자석의 자속을 실시간으로 추정하여 제어알고리즘에 적용함으로써 토크 오차를 보상하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • The strip tension as well as the line speed should be controlled tightly for the quality of products and productivity of the continuous strip processing line. In this paper, a new tension control algorithm with tension observer is proposed using observed tension as regulator feedback. The tension observer is based on the torque balance of a roller stand including the acceleration torque. Using this estimated tension, new tension controller can be constructed with faster dynamic response in case of line speed acceleration or deceleration. The proposed scheme needs no additional hardware because the inputs of observer, current and speed, are already being monitored by the motor drive system. Through the simulations and experiments with laboratory set up, performances fo conventional schemes and proposed one are compared. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed tension controller.

Novel Position Controller for PMSM Based on State Feedback and Load Torque Feed-Forward

  • In this paper, a novel position controller based on state feedback and feed-forward is proposed. Traditional position and speed controllers are replaced by a single controller with the position and speed as state feedbacks, and the position command and load torque as feed-forwards. The feedback and feed-forward gains are obtained by analytic modeling and design. The load torque, rotor speed and position are estimated by an observer based on a Kalman filter (KF) with a low resolution mechanical position sensor. Feed-forward compensation by an estimated load torque is used to improve the dynamic performance during load torque changes.

  • In this paper an induction motor control using fuzzy controller and neural network adptive observer is studied. The proposed observer which comprises neural network flux observer which comprises neural network flux observer and neural network torque observer is trained to learn the flux dynamics and torque dynamics and subjected to further on-line training by means of a backpropagation algorithem. Therefore it has been shown that the robust control of induction motor neglects the rotor time constant variations

  • This paper presents implementation of digitally speed sensorless control system for induction motor with a direct torque control(DTC) using 32bit DSP TMS320C31. The system are closed loop stator flux and torque observer for wide speed range that inputs are currents and voltages sensing of motor terminal, MRAS with rotor flux linkages for the speed turning signal, two hysteresis controllers, optimal switching look-up table and IGBT voltage source inverter. There are suggested a control algorithm and system, and given simulation and implementation results on the 2.2Kw general purposed induction motor.
