Relapse is one of the most series problems in alcoholics treatment. Previous studies have shown that significant proportions of treated alcoholics show an early relapse and go through a chronic phase. It is necessity to find more effective relapse prevention program. The Purpose of this study was to develop a relapse prevention program that emphasis on group activities using various action methods. Previous studies revealed that there was no effective therapeutic strategy to prevent relapse and proposed that action methods were more practical ways to be able ti cope with high-risk situation than verbal methods such as discussions and lectures. The special attempt of this program was the application of various actions methods and the integration of many psychosocial therapeutic strategies as compared with many relapse prevention programs. The theoretical framework of this relapse prevention program was based on mainly the Marlatt's Relapse Prevention model and Prochescha and DiClemente's Transtheoretical model. This Program consists of eight structure sessions. Every session has three phase: Warm-up phase, action phase, and sharing phase as sociodrama structure. Sociodrama is based on many of the principles of adult learning. And sociodrama looks at how groups work through an understanding of systems and role theory. Therefore, in working with a group a therapist might explore with them the roles that people play, roles that are missing at present such a visionary and how people can develop new roles or new ways of playing existing roles. The researchers explained the purpose of this study to all participants after their agreement to participate. Voluntary informed consent was obtained from all participants. Every session allows participants to recognize personal specific high-risk situation and to examine possible coping behaviors creatively. Multiple solutions can be proposed, tested and evaluated dramatically, giving new insights or breakthroughs in thinking. This is vital for the initiation of change, and if appropriate, expanding new role development. The first two sessions aim at understanding of relapse process and recognize of high-risk situations focused on orientation about action methods. The next four sessions deal with high-risk situations. The last two sessions give participants opportunities to venture new life-styles. The methods and approaches used in this program utilized as a tool to explore and practice possible coping strategies. and this program can contribute to prevent relapse episode if tune with the particular high-risk situation by using active practices in safe environment.
At its thirty-second session(Vienna, 17 May-4 June 1999), the UNCITRAL decided that the priority items for the Working Group(Arbitration and Conciliation) should include enforceability of interim measures and the requirement of written (on for the arbitration agreement. The Working Group, at its forty-third session(Vienna, 3-7 October 2005), it had undertaken a detailed review of the text of the revised article 17 of UNCTTRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, and it had resumed discussions on a draft model legislative provision revising article 7, paragraph (2) of UNCITRAL Model Law. The purpose of this paper is to make research on the contents and issues of the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders, and on the form of arbitration agreement which the Working Group discussed and adopted at its forth-fourth session(New York, 23-27 January 2006). The draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders are composed of the following provisions : Article 17-power of arbitral tribunal to order interim measures; article 17 bis-conditions for granting interim measures; article 17 ter-applications for preliminary orders and conditions for granting preliminary orders; article 17 quater-specific regime for preliminary orders; article 17 quinquies- modification, suspension, termination; article 17 sexies-provision of security; article 17 septies-disclosure; article 17 octies-costs and damages; article 17 novies recognition and enforcements; article 17 decies-grounds for refusing recognition or enforcement; article 17 undecies-court-ordered interim measures. There are the following issues in the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders : form of issuance of an interim measures in article 17(2); conditions for granting interim measures in article 17 bis; purpose, function and legal regime of preliminary orders in article 17 ter; obligation of arbitral tribunal to give notice, and non-enforceability of preliminary orders in article 17 quater; burden of proof, interplay between article 17 decies and article 34, and decision on the recognition and enforcement of the interim measures in article 17 decies; placement of article 17 undecies; amendment of scope exception of application in article 1(2). The draft legislative provisions on the form of arbitration agreement are composed of the following provisions : article 7(1) definition of arbitration agreement; article 7(2) arbitration agreement in writing; article 7(3) arbitration agreement if its terms(content) are (is) recorded in any form; article 7(4) arbitration agreement by an electronic communication; article 7(5) arbitration agreement in an exchange of statements of claim and defence; article 7(6) reference to any document containing an arbitration clause. Harvested wood products (HWP) are known as products from the tree such as sawn wood, plywood, particle board, structural lumber, wooden interior material, wooden furniture, and paper products. Because carbon is locked up in the HWP until eventual end-use of HWP, HWP played a role as the carbon storage which has the effect of stabilizing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. For these reasons, the suggestion that it must admit the carbon storage effect of HWP has been constantly raised. In 2011, the 17th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) which was held in Durban, South Africa, assigned "Production Approach" which targets only the HWP producted by using round wood of domestic forestry as a official method for carbon accounting. Therefore, it is necessary that each country has to determine the half-life of wood in order to correspond to the discussions and negotiations between countries in the future and to develop an inventory of product-specific domestic wood. In this study, some countries' examples of the methods and conditions for determining half-life of HWP were investigated, and it was tried to derive the factor and methodology to determine half-life span of domestic HWP appropriately.
The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of publicness in social services. Recently, it has been argued that publicness be one of the key elements of social services even under the current social service marketization. Although publicness has been discussed in different ways in various academic areas, there is no consensus of what publicness really means, especially in social services. Therefore, reviewing discussions on publicness, this study intends to discover commonly shared aspects of publicness, and ultimately to suggest meanings of publicness in social services. This study also attempts to discuss whether different types of social service producers require different types of publicness under the context of welfare mix and social service marketization. The publicness in social services is related to various aspects: the scope of service recipients, trust toward social services, appropriate composition of services, social integration, role of government, and public accountability. Also it is suggested that the specific meaning and contents of publicness can be used in different ways for each social service producer, such as public, nonprofit, or profit sector. The study has academic and practical implications. This study provides the basis for further empirical studies on publicness academically and for implementation of publicness in the field of social services practically.
The art of dynamic images has experienced three development stages, including experimental films, recording art, and new media image. By introducing all kinds of new materials, new media to the art, and the art of dynamic images has created more freedom for art creation. With the development of digital information technology, dynamic image works have put forward an increasingly high requirement of visual art. The combination of dynamic images and visual illusion can give rise to different forms and expression methods, thus endowing artworks with more vigor. This paper provides an overview by sorting out the lineage and development of dynamic images in the background, as well as understanding the application and performance of contrasted visual illusion. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of visual illusion, we discuss the new characteristics of applying the theory of visual illusion to new media dynamic images in relation to the technical approach of dynamic images. Through the analysis of specific works of Telematic Vision, we search for its reasonable combination and find the appropriate technical means of implementation. We discuss how to use digital multimedia technology and spatial optical illusion to make the design more novel and impactful, and consider how the combination of digital dynamic image technology and visual illusion should be interpreted and applied.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the science lesson plan of pre-service elementary teachers about condensation. Pre-service elementary school teachers in A national university of education was included in this study. Through the analysis of prior research and expert review, a framework for analysis of science lesson plan of pre-service elementary teachers was derived. The results of the using the analysis frame are as follows: First, the ability to apply the instructional model in the science lesson plan about condensation differences in pre-service elementary teachers need to be enhanced due to deviations, and teaching on the exact understanding of condensation-related concepts of pre-service elementary teachers is also needed. Second, there is also a deviation of pre-service elementary teachers in the beginning, development, and finishing composition of lesson course, so feedback should be supplemented. Third, in the sub-domain of lesson environment, there was a demand for specific know-how on the lesson environment. Therefore, support is needed for related PCK growth. Fourth, the sub-domain of lesson evaluation have a variety of perspectives on timing and subjects, and some missing about learning objectives in the composition of evaluation content are found to require complementary teaching. In order to improve this situation, it was found that there was a need to prepare conditions for improving science teaching professionalism of pre-service elementary teachers through in-depth discussions on the teaching methods and organization related to science education in the university of education course.
One of the most lasting and influential projects for radical reform of Korean universities is a discourse on networking national and public universities. The discourse, proposed with a level equalization of universities as its ideological basis has raised various discussions and suggestions in the past 20 years. It was proposed as a fundamental solution to the 'disastrous' hierarchical structure of universities and 'hellish' entrance exam competition. This paper aims at reexamining the efficacy of its ideological proposition and its practicability at the present time in reference to such foreign cases, which have worked as model cases for this discourse: the reformation of the University of Paris and the California master plan for higher education in the 1960s. The two different contexts, however, should be considered in applying the cases to Korean university reform. 1) The foreign cases of united universities were formed 'naturally' in the expanding phases of higher education while the Korean project pursued 'artificially' in the midst of reconstructing process. 2) The foreign cases had an overall influence on education in general as most of the universities in those countries were public or national, while the effect of Korean project will be very limited as most of the university students attend private universities. Besides those differences, the new situations surrounding universities such as globalized competitiveness and technological innovation is making the idea of standardization of universities obsolete. Korean university reform should not be centered on the integration of universities but on their characterization and enhance the specific strengths of each group of universities.

Baseball was first introduced in Korea by American Gillette, who was the general manager of the YMCA in the late Joseon Dynasty. There are many discussions about the timing of the first baseball game in Korea, but it has yet to be sorted out. But what is certain is that baseball was introduced directly from the after 1903, when the first Korea YMCA, the Hwang seong Christian Youth Association, was founded. Gillett studied at Springfield YMCA International Training School in the United States from 1900 to 1901. The school is where Gulick worked as a teacher, who actively embraced strong Christianity from Britain and laid the foundation for the YMCA project in the United States. Therefore, Gillett was influenced by this Muscular Christianity, and the reason behind the introduction of baseball in our country is the same Muscular Christianity idea. Gillett, the manager of the YMCA in Korea, has developed various sports projects in Korea based on this Manager idea. It also helped the Korean people, who have been under Japanese colonial rule since 1905, to strengthen their bodies and minds and It helped the independence movement of Koreans. These specific and practical examples are YMCA baseball team active and the 105-member incident.
Of all the 55 security departments in colleges, the information security departments occupies the majority of 45. Though existing security focused too much on information security, a new research stream on industrial security from a perspective of convergence has emerged. Since the first department of industrial security was established in a college in 2014, the total of four departments have been established until 2018. A new discipline to solve the existing problems and an opportunity to cultivate industrial security professionals have been greatly appreciated; however, the definition of industrial security is not yet specific, and more discussions on education categories and subjects with a focus on the characteristics of convergence are needed. The demand for industrial security professionals has gradually increasing and the departments of industrial security have been established to meet the demand. It is necessary, in this circumstance, to find out how the industrial security departments are teaching students. To this end, the purpose of this article is to deliver an overview of the educational curriculums of the four industrial security departments. This study analyzed 127 subjects in the curriculums, categorized educational areas, and employed Social Network Analysis to understand the relationships between subjects of each departments.
This study reinterprets the meaning of the record contents from the viewpoint of the record continuum to find ways to enhance the usability of records that are emphasized by the electronic record environments. In general, in academic discussions and practical examples, record contents are recognized as digital media produced by putting a high level of computer technologies and a big budget based on some records related to specific subjects. To enhance the usability of, and spread the meaning through, records, it is necessary to shift the awareness in record contents. For this purpose in Chapter 2, to grasp the meanings of the church records as well as the utilization direction, it is necessary to analyze the organization and function. Therefore, the analysis of the organization and function of the church was examined. In Chapter 3, this study attempted to find the meaning of the contents of church records in each dimension of the record continuum in relation to the mission of the church, which was identified through the organization and function analysis of the church. In Section 3, which corresponds to Dimension 4, the meaning of church record contents is diversified in society. In the end, this study suggests that the meaning and use value of records can be found in everyday life and can then be spread to society as well.
