Over the past few years, a number of studies have been made on web map services, which enable the GIS user to access spatial data through the web. They, however, have focused on only implementation techniques separately, such as map client implementation, map server implementation, communication between client and server, and the map data representation. Therefore, it is hard to share and practical use the spatial data, because they does not ensure interoperability in heterogeneous map servers. In this paper, we have designed and implemented the web map server with open architecture, which complies with the standard interfaces proposed by OpenGIS Consortium (OGC). In particular, we have extended the OGC’s interfaces for a map server to support one or more data sources. This paper has contributed to construction and practical use of web map services by newly proposing the method of implementation of a map server, which could be reused regardless of the types of data sources.

In order to overcome the problem that outdoor and indoor spatial information service are separately utilized, an integration service system of spatial information that is linked from outdoor to indoor has been implemented. As a result of the study, "0001.xml" corresponding to the file index key value, which is the service connection information in the building information of the destination, was extracted from the prototype verification of the system, the search word of 'Kim AB' was transmitted to the indoor map server and converted from the outdoor map service to the indoor map service through confirmation of the navigation service connected information, using service linkage information and search words of the indoor map service was confirmed that the route was displayed from the entrance of the building to the destination in the building through the linkage search DB (Database) table and the search query. Therefore, through this study was examined the possibility of linking indoor and outdoor DB through vector spatial information integration service system. The indoor map and the map engine were implemented based on the same vector map format as the outdoor map engine, it was confirmed that the connectivity of the map engine can be applied.

최근 들어 일반인의 공간정보 활용에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있는 가운데, 토지피복지도를 비롯한 국가공간정보의 구축이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 일반인을 대상으로 한 공간정보서비스가 미비하여 일반인의 공간정보 활용 증대를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육용 지리부도를 통해 우리에게 익숙한 아틀라스의 개념을 적용하여 일반인의 토지피복지도 활용을 증진할 수 있는 공간정보서비스 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해서 국내 토지피복지도의 활용 현황 및 해외사례를 검토하여 콘텐츠, 사용자, 활용 시스템의 측면에서 토지피복지도를 활용한 공간정보서비스의 개선 방향을 설정하고, 이를 보완할 수 있도록 아틀라스 개념을 기반으로 하는 아틀라스정보시스템의 특성과 기능을 정의하였으며, 환경공간정보서비스 제공 방안을 제시하였다. 이는 토지피복지도 뿐만 아니라 다양한 국가공간정보에 적용 가능하므로 일반인의 국가공간정보 활용 증진에 기여할 수 있다.

A demand on the spatial data management has been rapidly increased with the introduction and diffusion process of ITS, Telematics, and Wireless Sensor Network, and many different people use the digital map that offers various thematic spatial data. Spatial data for digital map can manage to tile-based and feature-based data. The existing tile-based digital map management systems have difficult problems of data construction, history management, and updating based on a spatial object. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposed the data model for the feature-based digital map management system that is designed for feature-based seamless map, history management, real-time updating of spatial data, and analyzed the validity and utility of the proposed model.

1/5,000 수치지도는 국토관리, 지자체의 도시정보 체계, 민간분야의 내비게이션 등의 다양한 업무에 활용이 되는 기초정보를 제공하고 있다. 1/5,000 수치지도는 전국을 대상으로 구축되어 기본도의 역할을 수행하고 있으나 1/,000 수치지도에 비해 도시지역에서 활용하기에는 위치정확도 및 속성정보 측면에서 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 공간정보 서비스의 패러다임이 변화되면서 행정업무와 민간 지도 서비스 분야에서는 좀 더 정확한 위치정보와 풍부한 속성정보를 필요로 하고 있다. 특히, 도시지역에서 빠르게 변화되고 있는 도시시설물의 관리와 다양한 공간분석적인 측면에서 대축척 수치지도 기반의 정밀 공간정보에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 1/1,000 수치지도를 기반으로 하는 정밀 공간정보 활용방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 대축척 수치지도 관련 법제도와 공간정보 관련 법제도를 분석하고 1/1,000 수치지도를 제도적으로 활용할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 공공부문의 행정업무와 민간분야에서 기존 공간정보 활용사례를 분석하고 정밀 공간정보를 활용할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다.

In this study, we proposed the social map system prototype for intelligent crime prevention. For developing the social map system prototype, functional requirements were derived through the analysis of related cases and preceding studies. Derived requirements are providing a variety of map-based safety information, using crowdsourcing data such as SNS, connecting to intelligent CCTV. To satisfy these requirements, the prototype is developed with four main menus: the integrated search menu including social media data, the safety map menu providing a variety of safety and danger information, the community map menu to collect safety and danger information from users, and the CCTV menu providing the link to intelligent CCTV. The social map for intelligent crime prevention in this study is expected to greatly enhance the safety of local community with the provision of prompt response to risk information, safe route, etc. through actual service and user participation.

Recently in order to process forest official task more effectively and scientifically the previous of that which is focused on document and inventory, should be applied with the spatial information technology. Especially, the forest information remote sensing system has to be developed using digital photogrammetry and GIS. In this study the forest information remote sensing system is implemented to manage forest resource and forest official effectively especially by constructing database of forest environment information and cadastral information, overlaying various thematic maps, and performing spatial analysis using GIS and aerial photograph. For this, the attribute data and spatial data of aerial photograph, digital topography map, forest cadastral map, forest type map, forest use map should be reprocessed and stored in Oracle. Also, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2.1 of ESRI based on CBD(Component Based Development).

Today, ubiquitous technology (e.g. computers or networked devices pervade everywhere we are) has enlarged by great advancement of information and communication technologies. If ubiquitous technologies is applied to, innovation of spatial information technology is expected. traditional spatial information technologies such as survey, GIS, GPS, LBS, and RS and ubiquitous technology gradual1y have been converged. The aim of this study is to create shared visions in spatial information technologies by scenario based roadmapping. So, we surveyed the state of the art in main spatial information technologies, market status and patent map. Consequently, prospects of spatial information technologies is suggested. The aim of 1st and 2nd NGIS project focused on map supplier was to develop digital map(e.g. framework data, various thematic map). As a result, the best technology of digital mapping is achieved in the world. But, there is not enough to develop GIS and LBS solution. Current market in GIS S/W and Telematics is about 384billon won and 250billion won. a patent is applied in the order, like a USA(1571case, 47%), Japan(883case, 26%), EU(478case, 14%), Korea(446case, 13%). In the future, spatial information technology fused on ubiquitous technology will be focused on user's demand and developing convenience context. The developing target will be realtime monitoring of 3D spatial data based on high resolution coordinate system, sharing and supplying multi-sensor data considered users demand, location service by ubiquitous technologies.

핸드폰의 화면 크기 때문에 핸드폰에서의 지도 서비스는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 핸드폰과 같은 작은 화면에서 효율적으로 지도 데이터를 표현하기 위해서는 첫째, 지도 일반화를 이용하여 상세한 지도 데이터를 간략하게 만드는 과정이 필요하며, 둘째, 간략화된 데이터를 계층화하여 사용자의 확대 축소 명령을 빠르게 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나, 기존의 연구들은 일부의 지도 일반화만 지원하거나 실시간으로 처리하지 못하는 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 LMG-tree는 계층화된 하나의 색인 트리를 사용함으로 저장 공간의 효율성을 가지고 있으며, 지도 일반화를 지원하여 실시간 지도 서비스가 가능하도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 Hadoop MapReduce 병렬 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 이용해 개발한 공간 지식 추출기를 제안한다. 이 공간 지식 추출기는 대용량의 공간 데이터 집합으로부터, 임의의 두 공간 객체들 사이에 만족되는 위상 관계와 방향 관계를 나타내는 정성 공간 지식 베이스를 생성해낸다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 MapReduce 기반의 대용량 공간 지식 추출기 MRSPAKE는 HDFS 상의 분산 공간 데이터 파일에 대한 R 트리 색인과 범위 질의들을 이용함으로써, 웹 규모의 정성 공간 지식 베이스를 매우 효율적으로 추출해낸다. 대표적인 공개 데이터 집합인 Open Street Map(OSM)을 이용한 성능 분석 실험을 통해, 본 논문에서 제안하는 웹 규모의 공간 지식 추출기 MRSPAKE의 높은 성능과 확장성을 확인할 수 있었다.
