Background: A comprehensive history taking at the first visit could be an important start of treatment. This study investigated the current status of the initial history taking for dental patients in S area, and the implementation and importance of the initial history taking process. Based on this, we intend to provide basic data for the development of organized and standardized questionnaires in dental clinics. Methods: In April 2019, 303 dental clinics in S area were targeted and special dental clinics (orthodontics, children, and disabled) were excluded. The questionnaire consisted of 29 items, including general characteristics, systemic disease history, dental history, oral health behaviors, and the data were obtained through self-administered questionnaire. Results: Initial history taking was mostly implemented using oral and questionnaire at the time of the first visit. Systemic disease history, dental history, and oral health behaviors differed in the work experience of the dental clinic staff. As a result of analyzing the importance according to implementation, there were significant differences in all questions except drug-related items. The importance of the questionnaire was highly recognized, but the reason it was not actually implemented was because of existing the questionnaire in the clinic and lack of time. Conclusion: Considering that the initial history taking implementation rate showed low, it is necessary to develop standardize a practical questionnaire and interview skills for dental clinics in the future. In addition, training programs should be provided to dental staff that can recognize the importance of initial history taking questionnaires and contribute to active implementation.

Medical Records are the clinical chronicles of Korean Medicine. It not only has value as historical documentation, but also has value in clinical use. If studies of medical records that contain specific methods for tackling diseases are accompanied, it will be easier to clearly see the internal development process of Korean Medical History. History centered knowledge based story-telling project planning tool supports the process of story creation in narrative genre about history of families or individuals. Narrative fields not only include drama, mythology, legend, history but also non-verbal epics such as movie, play, ballet and opera. But as verbal epic, this research paper focuses on the family history and individual history of each household. This story-telling planning tool redevelops each genre of story-telling about family history through sampleDB and informationDB, and it is widely applicable in concreting high quality stories in both its content and value. Reduces the time of planning story-telling, and impose minimum expenses in human resources. Content about family history is one of the most the fundamental and renowned contents in Story-telling but planning tool that is easily applicable in creating such content does not exist in statue quo. In this current system lacking creative infra, this research paper seeks to provide a planning tool that public can easily utilize, and by systemizing the tool. it aims to create a creative contents tool model applicable in variety of genres.

The function of history is divided into two: justification and reflection. Justification confers causality on the consequences of history, and thereby putting emphasis on the inevitability of present. From the perspective of reflection, on the other hand, history is what is selected from several possibilities, and in this respect, present is not necessarily inevitable. The former is conservative; the latter, reformative. History, however, takes both of the functions. History reproduces a community by preserving memories of the community through a record, and leads to the evolution of a community through reflection. Emerged in the precess of industrialization, Korean design, despite its relatively short history, is witnessing a growing desire to prove its existence through history. While, it is also noteworthy that there is an increasing interest in looking at the history of Korean design from the perspective of reflection. I propose four propositions necessary to study of the history of Korean design. They are as follow; 1) History is interpretation; 2) The history of the institution should be overcome; 3) A simplifying progressive view of history should be restrained; 4) Foundation for study should be established.

The purpose of the study is to construct a History Ontology Model for historical person to analyse issues of Korean History Thesaurus and interview history specialists who are use information systems in National Institute of Korean History. This study verifies the difference between both descriptions through comparative analysis of term concept in Korean History Thesaurus and mind-map written by history major. Based on this, we build history ontology model to meet users' information needs and adapt to information retrieval system. First, to organize unique features of history, we define class and attribute and then enlisted considerations for instance input. The study suggests a possibility of new service through combination multiple features using concept extension that is a strength of ontology.

The history compilation of public institutions is a type of record compilation that can be very useful record content for users. The study aims to develop a model for the history compilation of public institutions that can be flexibly applied to the task while providing practical guidance for the actual work of institutional history compilation. To achieve this goal, literature reviews, task analyses, questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and expert evaluations were conducted. Based on these results, the 5 processes were organized into 20 work areas and 45 detailed work elements, which were divided into 31 essential tasks and 14 optional tasks to design the final version of an institutional history compilation model for public institutions. The model of this study can be used in public institutions to carry out tasks regarding history compilation and can also be used to establish schedules and plans by identifying overall tasks to be performed in the preparation stage for history compilation.
