2010 trend of Web services is Social Network Service. What does Social Network Service are like this? What could really be used? I also take advantage of future can I do? To elicit answers to the question of Social Network Service and the overall status of the root is used in the case Learn about the current utilization plan after the proposed research. The use of practices being applied to Social Network Service, the three theories were derived positive and negative aspects. Research based on more than the utilization of Social Network Service to build a social safety net to take advantage and use of learning aids were divided into suggestions. Utilized for building a social safety net, and when the reported channel to channel, the use of learning aids to learning that one day, one-on learning by applying the proposed total of four kinds of utilization.
The social services for the elderly have been expending in order to respond to the rapid speed of aging. However, low utilization, exclusion and duplication have been pointed out as significant problems in service utilization of the elderly. This study tried to find out the utilization patterns of social services for the elderly: what kinds of and how many social services the elderly receive from what kinds of and how many organizations, and factors influencing utilization of the social services. It surveyed the entire population of the public assistance recipient elderlies at Kyonggi province in 1999. The results show that duplication is not so significant problem as the low utilization of social services. However, the fact that more than forty five percent of the elderly receives social services from more than two organizations requires the efforts for service linkage and coordination in social service delivery system. The factors, which have relatively big influence on the number of organizations which the elderly use for each social service, were sex and age among the predisposing factors, "living alone" and place for residency among the enabling factors and the number of illness, Activities of Daily Living, Instrumental Activities of Daily Living and inconvenience of housing among the needs factors. These results call for expansion of social services for the elderly especially in the way of achieving distribution balance between the rural and urban area and activation of case management practice and local association of social service delivery agencies for service linkage and coordination.
This study aims to verify the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between online social relations service utilization(PC, mobile) and life satisfaction for middle-aged and Older Adults. For this purpose, the '2017 Digital Devide Survey' data collected by the National Information Society Agency was used, and among 2,300 middle-aged and Older Adults aged 55 or older, 1,488 people using the Internet were selected as the final analysis target. Then, using the structural equation, the mediating effect of social support was verified in the between online social relations service utilization and life satisfaction. As a result, it was verified that higher levels of mobile-based social relations service utilization have a positive effect on social support and life satisfaction. Also, it was confirmed that social support has a mediating effect in the relationship between the utilization of mobile-based social relations service and life satisfaction. However, the utilization of PC-based social relations services did not show to affect social support and life satisfaction. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as basic data for practical measures to increase the connection between mobile-based social relationship service education and social support promotion education for middle-aged and Older Adults. In addition, the study is meaningful in that it overcomes the limitations of measuring the use of online social relations services as one, and selects tools that are practically effective by dividing them into mobile and PC.
Objectives This study aimed to investigate the effect of social capital, health risk behavior and health status on medical care utilization by the elderly. The data and Research method Data were obtained from the 4th wave survey of the Korea Welfare Panel Study. 4,087 household members aged 65 years and over were subject to analysis. Descriptive statistics are used to describe the basic features of the data in a study. we performed a structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis to evaluate the effect of social capital and mediating effect of health risk behavior and health status. Results Results showed that factors related to medical care utilization of the elderly were different depending on types of service (inpatient and outpatient service) except health status. Age, higher social capital, more health-risk behavior and poorer health status were associated with increased use of inpatient service. Social capital was found to have a positive direct effect on it. Also, social capital had an indirect effect on reducing use of inpatient services by improving health status. On the other hand, lower age and higher household income tended to increase use of outpatient service, while higher social capital and higher health status were inversely related. Social capital had a direct effect and an indirect effect on reducing use of outpatient service and, at that time, health status played a mediating role. Conclusions Social capital may contribute to improve health status and indirectly reduce medical care utilization of the elderly by enhancing their health status. These results provide evidence that more policy and strategy considerations should be needed for the elderly to strengthen their social capital in order to enhance their levels of health and more efficient utilization of medical care.
This study examined the factors affecting social welfare service utilization of general group and low-income group. The following influencing variables were selected based on the model developed by Anderson and Newman(1973): predisposing factors, enabling factors, need factors. The result shows that in both group the possibility of service utilization is high in case of having a spouse, more family members, feeling one's health ill, no chronic disease. And service use level is high in case of having no spouse, lower income in general group, higher income in low-income group, more family members, feeling one's health ill, having a chronic disease. In addition, the higher service use level is associated in low-income group with men rather than women, younger age, low education, the unemployed rather than the employed, urban residents, low life satisfaction. These findings provide implications and suggestions that each income group has various characteristics and needs, so it is necessary to provide comprehensive and appropriate services through the investigation for potential service recipients' needs.
Purpose - In this research, we investigate the relationship between the level of information technology utilization, social capital and knowledge management, organization performance. For information and knowledge management, participants' certain level of information technology utilization is required and connections among participants are necessary for performing and for synergy effects. Research design, data, and methodology - Reflecting on these, we empirically analyze the effects of participant's information technology utilization level and social capital on knowledge management and organization achievement for the case of Incheon International Airport. Questionnaire is distributed to the airport employees and collected 221 samples for analyzing. SPSS and AMOS statistic programs are used for analysis. Factor analysis, Credibility adaptability, path analysis, hypotheses are verified. Results - The study research shows as follow. First, the level of IT utilization does affect social capital but does not affect knowledge management. Second, social capital affects both knowledge management and organization achievement. To investigate more about the relationship between the level of IT utilization and knowledge management, we analyzed the control effects of personal characteristics, and findings are, first, employees with longer time service recognize the importance that the level of IT use and knowledge management affect organization achievement more seriously than employees with shorter time service do. Second, employees with shorter time service and younger employees have relatively lesser social capital and participate in knowledge management passively. Third, higher position employees think that the level of IT utilization affects knowledge management while lower position employees do not. Conclusions - The level of IT utilization affects social capital, and social capital affects knowledge management and organization achievement. These results suggest that the level of IT utilization is very important to both organization and each employee. So providing related training and education opportunities or incentives to induce employees to make efforts for higher level of IT utilization and thus to participate in knowledge management more actively is necessary. The level of IT utilization affects social capital which airport employees lack. The one of study results indicates the importance of social capital and for higher competitiveness of the airport social capital should be increased.
Objective of the study represents experiences of medical utilization of Psychiatric Outpatients. This research draws on information obtained from the 2008 National-wide sampling study of the Korean Healthcare Panel(KHP) conducted. The results of our study suggest the significance of variables such as the gender(p<.001) in the social demographical characteristics, the medical security type(p<.016), medical institution utilization(p<.012) treatment type(p<.004) in the utilization factors. In the case of medical utilization cost, the financial support factor(p<.018) showed a significant relationship. Depending on the particularities of gender, medical security type, financial support, medical institution utilization, treatment type were determined through a multiple logistics regression analysis. Gender showed that, among Psychiatric outpatient age of 30-59 level was 5.358 times and 60 years and older, their the second medical examination level was 4.490 times higher than Psychiatric outpatients under the age of 29. Health insurance type showed for the others medical allowance was 6.712 times higher than job health insurance and the other treatment was 0.395 times lower than drug treatment. Psychiatric outpatients utilization are rooted in the thoughts and factor levels of the Psychiatric patients and must be understood from the Psychiatric outpatients's perspective. The point is not only to gauge the patients research during Psychiatric medical utilization. The important of social community mental healthcare services levels goes beyond the goal of enhancing healthcare.
This study examined the factors affecting the preference for the elderly's mental health services utilization in rural areas. A behavior model developed by Andersen and Newman provided an analytical framework to determine the factors affecting service utilization preferences among 335 elderly people as research subjects. The authors found that the preferences for mental health service utilization were significantly related to the level of education, living alone, presence of grandchildren, participation in social activities, and recognition about the services. Based on the findings, this study suggests that more mental health services for the elderly in rural areas be further developed and strengthened. Also, the elderly who lives alone and lives with grandchildren should have a priority in policy consideration. Multiple approaches are suggested to increase the awareness of mental health services and participation social activities for those older people.

The study examined perception of library personnel towards social media utilization for information service delivery in kwara state university library. It adopted the descriptive survey design with population consisting of 27 professional librarians in three selected university libraries in kwara State. Total enumerative sampling techniques were used because the population of the study is manageable by the researcher. Percentage and mean were used in analyzing the data. Primary data solicited would be cleaned, coded and entered into the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 software for quantitative analysis. The findings of the study revealed the services rendered by library professional in university libraries in Kwara State, are Current Awareness Services (CAS), Photocopying services, Technical Services, Circulation/borrowing services, Internet services, and Bibliographic verification services. Majority of the respondent indicated Myspace, Google plus, Flickr, Telegram, Twitter, WhatsApp and Facebook are the social media platforms used for service delivery by librarians. Also, majority of the respondents in university libraries indicated Google plus, LinkedIn, Myspace, Skype, WhatsApp, Flickr, WeChat, Twitter and Facebook as social media space use for information service delivery effectively and Bandwidth problem, Limited fund, Lack of maintenance culture, Lack of Awareness, Copyright Issue, Technophobia are the major challenges inhibiting the use of social media for service delivery by the library staff. Lastly, the study concluded with recommendations.
Despite the importance of the needs assessment activities and the necessity of the systematical investigation on the features of the needs assessment in the social service agencies, it has been observed that the recent NA studies have ignored an important study area of NA, the utilization of needs assessment results in social service agencies. Therefore, this study was undertaken to investigate salient features of the utilization of community needs assessment results, particularly, in the social welfare centers located in Seoul city. A questionnaire was constructed with seven parts, including a dependent variable and 6 independent variables, and 67 questionnaires were collected from 90 agencies during two months. As the result of the descriptive analyses, the five noticeable features were found; (1) the needs assessment results in the agencies was not highly utilized; (2) the attitude on the NA activities was not highly positive because the responders thought that NA activities require too much time from agency staff; (3) agency staff was more actively involved in the NA process than agency directors; (4) the responders thought that quality of NA influences on the utilization of NA; (5) the respondents were confident in carrying out NA although they did not have many opportunities to learn the technical skills of NA research. Multiple regressions were applied to analyze the relationship between independent variables and three kind of dependent variables - conceptual utilization, instrumental utilization, total utilization. The result showed that the conceptual utilization was critically influenced by social workers' confidence on NA, attitude on NA, and directors' involvement in NA. The institutional utilization was influenced by the directors' involvement. The total utilization was influenced by social workers' attitude on NA, confidence on NA, and directors's involvement. Major findings were discussed and several suggestions were made for future research and improvement of the utilization of needs assessment result in social welfare centers.
