가정폭력 관련 기관들의 서비스 연계실태와 관련 요인 (The Study on Factors Affecting Inter-agency Coordination in Family Violence)

  • In the 1990s, with enacting of the laws on the family violence in Korea, agencies such as helpline 1366, counseling center and shelter for the female victims have been rapidly increasing in number. Also police and medical center have been viewed as having major responsibility for delivering services and social workers in community welfare center and public social worker have been expected play a role in community-based delivery systems for the female victims. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of the inter agency coordination and to find out the factors affecting the inter-agency coordination in family violence and to make policy implications for a better delivery system. The data were obtained from a social survey of family violence agencies, counselling center/shelter/helpline 1366, police, medical center, social workers of community center and of public sector in Seoul and Kyeongi area. The major results are as follows: 1) the level of inter-agency coordination is low, specially the referal cases of police and medical center is very poor. 2) The type of inter-agency coordination is referals and information sharing among agencies. 3) the factors affecting inter-agency coordination is agency type, wills and efforts of agency, information sharing, experience of family violence education. The current findings suggest that the delivery system to promote inter-agency coordination efforts and for police and medical center, social worker in private and public agency to respond promptly and properly would be built up.

사회복지사가 인식하는 임파워먼트의 의미에 관한 질적 연구 : 한국에서 임파워먼트 실천은 가능한가? (A Qualitative Study on the Meaning of Empowerment Perceived by Social Workers : Is the Empowerment Approach Applicable in Korea?)

  • Recently, the concept of empowerment has become popular within social work practice. Despite of this trends, we have little empirical knowledge about what empowerment practice is and how it is applicable to practice settings in Korea. This study explored how social workers perceived and experienced the concept of empowerment. We used qualitative method to solve this questions. Individual and focus group interviews were conducted to 7 social workers serving in diverse settings. Research results are as follows: Participants had common perceptions of empowerment concept despite of the different settings. They perceived power as confidence, independence, self-control. The client/worker relationships were open, nonhierarchial egalitarian and characterized by mutuality and reciprocity. They emphasized the nature of empowerment as circular and diffusive process. Also, they orientated long term practice related to impatience of social workers. Finally, those who participated in this study challenged and reinterpreted the existing traditional "professionalism". We concluded that empowerment practice might demand infinite energies, social worker's creativity, trust of clients, and that empowerment practice would be a new approach in social work practice which influence on much more population because of its diffuseness.

  • There are many and various problems due to an occupational disease. These problems result in serious social problems such as individual and family problem, economical loses of company. The objective of this study is to analyze the worker's consciousness and provide the precautionary measures for prevention of an occupational disease. The samples for this study are chosen from the companies with less than 300 employees under charge of the Kangnung Ministry of Labor during three months (2002. 3. 2 ∼ 2002. 5. 31).

요양보호사의 교육, 서비스 질, 전문성, 긍정심리자본의 관계 연구 (A study on the of professionalism and positive psychological capital on the effect of elderly care worker education on service quality)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사 교육이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에 있어 전문성과 긍정심리자본의 이중매개효과를 분석함으로써 요양보호사 교육의 지향점을 탐색하고자 수행하였다. 분석 결과 요양보호사 교육은 서비스 질, 전문성, 긍정심리자본에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 요양보호사 교육에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 서비스 질, 전문성, 긍정심리자본에 대한 인식도 긍정적으로 높아질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 전문성과 긍정심리자본은 각각 요양보호사 교육이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타남으로서 요양보호사 교육은 전문성을 향상시킴으로써서비스 질을 높일 수 있고 요양보호사 교육은 긍정심리자본을 향상시킴으로써 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 요인임을알 수 있다. 전문성과 긍정심리자본은 요양보호사 교육이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 이중매개함으로서 전문성이 긍정심리자본에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 따라 요양보호사 교육은 전문성을 향상시키고, 향상된 전문성은 긍정심리자본을 증진시키며, 이를 통해 서비스 질이 높아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과에 따라요양보호사 교육에 있어 전문성의 함양이 중요하며, 전문성의 함양을 통한 긍정심리자본의 증진이 서비스 질을 높일수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 향후 진행될 요양보호사 교육에 전문성과 긍정심리자본의 향상과 관련된 교육이 포함되어야 한다는 것을 조망할 수 있었다는 데에 의의가 있다.

한국과 일본 케어워커의 직무만족도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Study on Care Worker's Job Satisfaction in the Korea and Japan: Focusing on the Gyeongsangnam-do and the Osaka city)

  • 노인인구의 증가에 따라 사회보험제도가 출현하였고 이에 한국과 일본 양국에서는 전문적인 요양보호사와 개호복지사의 양성이 중요한 이슈로 이야기되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본의 케어워커에 대한 제도인식과 직무만족도를 비교연구 한 것이다. 연구대상으로 한국은 요양시설과 재가시설에서 근무하는 경남지역 요양보호사, 일본은 양로시설과 특별양로홈에서 근무하는 오사카지역의 개호복지사로 2009년 12월 20일에서 2010년 1월 5일까지 각각 150부씩 총 300부 설문조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 보험제도에 관한 인식은 낮은 편이고 반면 직무만족도는 높게 나타난 편이다. 하지만 업무스트레스는 상당히 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 직무만족도와 직무스트레스는 한국과 일본 케어워커가 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 다만 직무만족도와 직무스트레스에 개인의 특성과 업무특성에 따라 의미 있게 나타지 않았다.

Effect of disabled facility worker's social support on their job satisfaction

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in social support and job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics and job characteristics, and to understand the effect of social support on job satisfaction. A questionnaire was conducted against 143 disabled facility workers in D metropolitan city, from 5 January to 29 February 2016. The results of the study are as follows: first, no significant difference was found in the social support of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics, and only the factor of job area showed significant difference in social support according to job characteristics. Secondly, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics or job characteristics. Thirdly, support of the superior, as a sub-factor of social support recognised by the disabled facility worker, was found to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This study seeks to become foundational data for the development of plans to improve the job satisfaction of disabled facility workers.

산업안전 연구에 대한 사회심리적 접근의 통합 (Applying psychosocial approach in industrial safety research)

  • This paper tried to apply psychosocial factors in industrial safety research. Since Zohar's(1980) publication of safety climate in the field of safety research, this approach have been done by many researchers. Here, this paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate factors(safety rule, prevention, superior attitude, social support) and safety compliance, and the moderating effects of work condition, required skill and age. Based on the responses from 233 employees in Kangwon province industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all safety climate factors(safety rule, prevention, superior attitude, social support) have positive relationship with safety compliance. Safety rule appeared to be more positively related with safety compliance, while work condition is more favorable and worker is older. But social support appeared to be more positively with safety compliance, while work condition is more unfavorable, and also prevention appeared to be more positively with safety compliance, while worker is more younger.

  • The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.

사회복지사의 영성(Spiritualty)교육프로그램 참여 후 변화 경험 연구: 임상사목교육(CPE)을 중심으로 (Exploring the Experiences of Participating Spiritualty Education Program by Social Workers: focusing on CPE)

  • 사회복지사들의 소진 가능성을 극복하기 위한 대안으로 직장 내 영성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구는 노인복지관에서 일하는 사회복지사들에게 영성교육 프로그램을 제공하고 이후 어떤 변화가 있었는지 알아보았다. 노인복지관 3곳의 사회복지사 25명에게 12주에서 14주간 임상사목교육(Clinical Pastoral Education: CPE)이 실시되었다. 교육 종료 후 교육 참여자 24명과 4회의 FGI(focus group interview)를 실시하였다. CPE 교육에 참여한 사회복지사들에게는 개인적 차원에서(자기성찰의 일상화, 개인의 영성과 사회복지사의 영성의 통합, 자기비움과 이타성 추구), 실천 행위에 있어서(클라이언트의 개별성 인정, 해결책 제공의 강박관념에서 탈피, 공감적 경청 실천), 조직 내적 차원에서(끈끈한 동료의식의 생성, 수평적인 조직관계) 많은 변화가 있었다. 사회복지사 개인과 조직이 동시에 성장할 수 있도록 사회복지조직이 소속 사회복지사들의 개인적 영성의 발달을 돕고, 개인적 영성과 조직의 영성이 통합될 수 있는 방향으로 조직의 변화를 추구하는 것이 필요하다.
