The employees in social welfare institutions have an importance of learning due to jop specialty more than any one else. That is because there are a variety of increasing needs in social welfare services and customer-oriented welfare services. On the basis of that, this study shows how learning orientation theories as a new organization management strategy affects the employees in social welfare institutions. It shows cause and effect relation by establishing hypothesis model based on the preceding researches. It performed empirical analysis on the employees in social welfare institutions in G metropolitan city. As a result, the hypothesis was tested that learning flow, vision sharing, openness have significant effects on member's jop satisfaction. It implies that job satisfaction can be improved, if the level of learning flow, vision sharing, openness of the employees in social welfare institutions are promoted.

Contemporary Architecture is showing many aspects on the ground of ecological paradigm, while, searching for a new architectural direction to make importance of environment that has been still little accounted of a subject of discussion. And 'sustainability'will become a central concept of a Contemporary architectural topic, continuously. With a demand of the time, ecological inclinations have been started to develop a collective low-rise housing project. It is going to expands several fields, but for reasons of social economic activity for human fundamental being, potentialities of basic problem solution are enough for ecologyㆍenvironment, but distinct direction and measures are still not obvious conditions. This study is for healing restoration in global environment, with architectural approach, through analyzing relation between ecological architectural space and nature, and abstracts various inter-relational aspect's specific character. the purpose of this study is another approach of intimate relation of ecological architecture and nature. Therefore, this study is significant to be on the search for a start to suggest a new point of view to ecological architectural space.

This study considered whether intergenerational ambivalence has implications for elderly's psychological well-being so as to improve relationship between adults children and their parents and the qualities of the elderly lives. Subjects were 346 elderly parents whose ages 60 over. The statistics used for data analysis were reliability, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows; 1)The degrees of elderly's ambivalence of their adult children were 10.07, the data showed lower than median. 2)The elderly's ambivalence level significantly according to spouse, career, religion, relation of the adults children, and ambivalence level were associated with importance of the adults children, education. 3)The variables that affect the elderly's ambivalence level were spouse, importance of the adults children, education, religion, relation of the adults children, career, which explained about 19% of the total variance.

Work ability and job stress have become the important issues in Korean workplace recently. This study researched work ability and job stress and also analyzed correlation with work ability and job stress using the Work Ability Index and the Karasek's Job Content Questionnaire against 742 subway workers. As the results, Work ability in subway workers was good in general. The relation between job stress and job type showed statistical significance (p<0.05). The relation between job stress and diseases showed statistical significance in musculoskeletal disorders(p<0.05), heart disease, and gastrointestinal disease. The correlations between work ability and job stress showed statistical significance in job demand and social support(p<0.05). The result of this study could be useful to manage the work ability of aging worker and the job stress in industry.

I got the following result from the bibliographic study of disease in relation to sexual psychology. The results are follows. 1. Sexual disorder is divided sexual disfunction, paraphilias, gender identity disorder, homosexuality and that is subdivided fetishism, transvestic fetishism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyerism, sexual masochism, sexual sadism, frotteurism, gender identity disorder of childhood, gender identity disorder of youth and adult, intersexual disorders. 2. In korean oriental medicine mainly refer to sexual disfunction, and sexual psychological disorder include Hwajeon(花癲), Buinmongio(婦人夢交), Guabusani disease(寡婦師尼病). 3. Social psychologic cause and, oedipus complex, sexual hormone induce sexual psychological disorder but in korean oriental medicine, recognized sexual psychological disorder place under the category of sexual disfunction. 4. The latest medicine has various medical treatment in sexual disorder as avoidence conditioning, medication, role playing, behavior modification, psychoanalysis theraphy but in korean oriental medicine has only medication theraphy, so need more introduction of medical treatment.

On this research. The method of space analysis(Space syntax) is used to investigate the relation between composition and configuration in the houses of four modern architects. Space analysis represent that the houses permutate the morphological properties of depth and rings to embed domestic fuctions within the hoe and to interface household memgers. Two of the house are judged to be well composite but banal: The other appear more inventive in relation compositinal principles to space configuration, to create a measure of subtlety and richness in life style which is lacking in the examples where form is manipulated in the abstract. On this research. It is discoverd that Knowledge of both the internal laws of form and the social logic of space is required to generate the practical conjunction of formal rigour with fuctional ease which we recognise in the houses of architects.

South Korea's solar energy industry has been made vertical integration and specialization as part of the restructuring in the downturn of the world economy and the oversupply situation of raw materials. This study is to understand the characteristics of the solar energy industry, using data to systematic approach. In this study, it was defined the major business of firms as 22 business types and classified into 5 enterprise groups as technology and business strategy. After that, It was deduced features of Enterprise group by the statistical analysis and looked to draw a map of the industrial structure by social network analysis using the information on companies' demand and supply.

In recent years, behavioral disorders of young people and juvenile delinquency tend to increase remarkably in number, and closed up highly as a social and educational problems in Korea. It goes without saying that parents generally play important roles in children's development of personality, and the home is mostly responsible for juvenile delinquency. Therefore, first this paper describes a relation between broken family and juvenile delinquents. Burt, Shideler, Neumayer, and Glueck maintain that broken family is a cause of delinquency, on the other hand, Healy and Sutherland assume a critical attitude toward their contentions. Second, Breckinridge, Merril, and Glueck maintain that poor family is as cause of delinquency, while Sullenger, Neumayer, and Dirksen make a considerable point which poverty has no direct connection with delinquency. Third, abnormal family relationships namely, discord family, abnormal parent-child relationship, and immoral family exert a bad influence upon formation of personality, esepecialy during the period of preschool childhood. These results give some empirical support to the theory that children's conduct disorders and juvenile delinquency are caused by defective family relationships. It is necessary that a community has a supporting structure of children's wholesome development and the prevention of juvenile delinquency.

This study aimed to analyze the process of courtship form having date and marriage toward women who had job before marriage. The objects were 27.36 years old and had 9.59 months marital life at average. This study conducted structured questionnaires using the reflection of spouse selection procedure. By using collected data through questionnaires, it conducted descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and t-test. The type of marriage would be divided into the emotional marriage group and the implemental marriage group The emotional marriage group had longer dating time and more satisfaction of spouse selection than the implemental group. On value variable, the emotional marriage group had more subjective selection standard and more expectation social and emotional benefit than the latter group. On search variable, the emotional marriage group estimated the relation stability and satisfied the relation with spouse more than the implemental marriage group and expected the less possibility to meet new partner.

A costume study is a part of the cultural history and also has the greatest relation to life's senses as a concrete culture. Korean costume that consists a double structure with Chinese one through Chosun Dynasty five hundred years, has recently changed up to the Western Form. In this respect Korean Costume has a important meaning in relation to Western costume. Traditional costume, generally speaking, has tendency to keep up by the common people than the higher classes. Then there were four classes. They are aristocratic classes common people, those who are engaged in the form, industry, trade and low classes. Merchant of them partially took charge of the cultural exchange about contacting with tradition and new one. Because it's easy to flow in one's character the new civilization. So there is an important significance to research of the merchant's costume in Gae Hwa Gi changing age of civilization in politics, economic, and social system. The records appeared about the merchant's costume in the age of civilization through literature study and natural photo at that time.
