  • 블록체인은 전 세계적으로 주목받고 있는 기술이다. 이에 다양한 분야에서 블록체인을 활용하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있으나, 교육에 블록체인을 접목하려는 시도는 매우 부족하다. 이에 대한 시도로서 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반 소셜 미디어를 교육적으로 활용할 방안을 논하였다. 이를 위하여 블록체인 기반 소셜 미디어의 특징과 활용 사례를 살펴본 결과, 특징으로는 소셜 미디어 상의 자정 작용과 자체 암호화폐 시스템이 있었으며, 그러한 특징을 활용한 긍정적 사례들도 존재하고 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이를 바탕으로 블록체인 기반 소셜 미디어를 교육에 적용하기 위한 방안으로 융합교육 프로그램과 크라우드 펀딩을 제안하였다.

A Comparative Case Study on the CSR Activities between Korean and US Media Companies (한국과 미국의 미디어 기업 CSR 활동 비교 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to have insights comparing Korea with US media companies on investigating their CSR goals, targets, methods, and strategies. Specifically, this study finds out the characteristics of CSR cases on broadcasting companies, telecom enterprises, and internet businesses on both countries. The results indicate that the US media companies focus more on inner stakeholders like employees as stimulating employees' welfare, ESG recognition, education, and culture via socially responsible business practices whereas the Korean media companies prefer to supporting have-nots, solving social issues, and market expansion through cause promotions and community volunteering. On CSR activity strategies, there is no difference between countries but some gaps between ones. Of companies, telecom enterprises, regardless of nations, are the best on strategical approaches of CSR activity.

  • Proper education for the space&environment as a medium for the development of a variety of educational programs can be understood as the necessary training for maintaining sustainable society through the sharing of community lives. In addition, education programs of space&environment as a medium will help school teachers and students to understand the meanings and values contained in the living environment by contributing to the increase of creative culture and responsible social consciousness. In this paper, the analysis will be carried out to understand the current situation of education programs of space&environment of inside the school education in progress in Korea. Major parts of the paper will analyze the meaning and value of space&environment education by looking at the contents and activities of diverse training programs of Finland and UK. Finally, this paper will suggest how to activate collaborative school education on the space&environment by the complement of the ongoing problems found in the analysis of domestic case studies.

A study on Korean Church based on discourse analysis of the daily newspaper: The relationship between Society and Protestantism in the 21st Century in Korea (일간지 담론분석을 통해 본 한국 개신교 : 21세기 한국적 상황에서 사회와 개신교의 관계성 성찰)

  • The religious discourse produced by the daily newspapers can be viewed as a 'social-relationship' discourse rather than a religion's 'faith-identity' discourse. As a social relationship discourse, the understanding of Korean Church (Protestantism) discourses should be understood in the context of the social structural changes in South Korea. The public discourse produced by the media shows a reality that has been interpreted with specific values and standards on the premise of Spatio-temporal specificity rather than the actual social reality. This research approaches the Korean Church discourses produced by the daily newspaper from a social constructionism perspective. Moreover, the globalization theory is especially highlighted due to the social structural changes in South Korea. The research purpose is to reflect on the relationship between Korean society and the Korean Church in the 21st-century Korean situation through content analysis and discourse analysis in Korean newspapers. As a result of analysing the Korean Church discourse produced by the daily newspapers over the past 18 years (2004-2021), it was found that various mutual conflicts between Korean society and the Korean church were occurring.

Assessment of Climate Change Communication via Facebook Social Network in Vietnam Today (베트남의 Facebook 소셜 네트워크를 통한 기후변화 대응 평가)

  • Vietnam is one of the countries most affected by climate change. Therefore, communication activities on climate change in Vietnam are focused with various media such as television, newspapers, radio, internet etc. In particular, Facebook social network is a potential media but less interested and developed. In this topic, Audience Insight tool of the Facebook social network and the online sociological survey method were conducted to assess the current status and effectiveness of climate change communication activities via Facebook in Vietnam today. Vietnam ranks seventh in the world with 58 million users. However, the number of climate change communication fanpages has only about 15 fanpages with the largest number of followings is 94,721 persons. Among of the 10 most contented Facebook users in Vietnam today, there is no fanpage related to climate change. The results of research and evaluation two fanpages of climate change communication that are the most and most frequent followers in Vietnam showed that climate change communication via Facebook in Vietnam is not as effective as expected. At the same time, online survey results also pointed out the causes of the above problems. This is the scientific basis for management agencies to find the solutions to promote the strength of Facebook social network in climate change communication in the future.

Facebook Me Right: Needs-Based Segmentation of Facebook Brand Page Users

  • In the era of social media, marketers have struggled to understand and serve participants' diverse and multifaceted needs in a novel form of online brand community in the social-networking sites such as Facebook. Thus, this study identifies different groups of participants affiliated with Facebook brand pages based on their needs for brand connection. The need-based segments are validated by comparing results across foodservice and consumer goods. Results of cluster analysis reveal three distinct segments (i.e., residents, lurkers, and peepers) based on participants' functional, experiential, and incentive needs. Results of multivariate analysis of variance illustrate significant differences in relational tendencies for a brand of interest among these three groups. The three groups are profiled based on participants' engagement level. Findings of this study are expected to help marketers better understand the needs of diverse participants in their SNS-embedded brand community so they can develop tailored communication strategies for targeted groups.

Core Factors Influencing the Perceptions of Adolescenses in Higher Education Relating to The Impact of Technological Innovations on Human Interaction

  • This paper aims to reach the perceptions, ideas and intentions of the higher education adolescences on the effects of technological innovations over interrelation/communication between individuals. While advances in technology commonly works for the welfare and benefit of humankind, paradoxically in some instances could have negative outcomes on interrelations among individuals, minimizing face-to-face communication. The perceptions, so ideas of the individuals on the matter could differ depending on their age, gender, race and the culture beyond their relative intimacy and closeness to ICT tools. In order to penetrate the basic initiatives leading the perceptions of adolescents on the effects of technological improvements on human interrelations/ communication, a survey is conducted with 157 students in high education consisting of Asian, African, Cypriot, Turkish nationals. Results indicate that participants use technological tools for communication which lessens their face-to-face interaction. However they prefer social media more than face-to-face communication during conflict or undesirable situations.

  • In today's online social structure, people with electronic devices or network have been closely related to whether any of the activities, work, school, etc., is related to electronic devices, intelligent robot, and network control. The best mobility and the first rich media of these products as smart phones, smart phones rise rapidly in recent years, high speed processing performance and high free way to install software, deeply loved by many business people. However, not only for smart phone business aspects of the use, but also can engage in education of the teachers or the students are learning a great help. This study construct OCR-assisted learning software written by the JAVA made, and the installation is provided by the Android mobile phone users.

  • In this study was groped a plan for an idea and method of design as the alternative of cure of cocial defect. Ailo, it was referred how an idea and method of design could be used for a cure of social defect and it was considered that an educational form that to actualize the idea and method of design is the basic structure of a cure or improvement of social defect. This educational form actualities exactly the 'media'which the idea and method of design pursue. In the end, an effect of media could probably make social change be practical.

Examining Suicide Tendency Social Media Texts by Deep Learning and Topic Modeling Techniques (딥러닝 및 토픽모델링 기법을 활용한 소셜 미디어의 자살 경향 문헌 판별 및 분석)

  • This study aims to create a deep learning-based classification model to classify suicide tendency by suicide corpus constructed for the present study. Also, to analyze suicide factors, the study classified suicide tendency corpus into detailed topics by using topic modeling, an analysis technique that automatically extracts topics. For this purpose, 2,011 documents of the suicide-related corpus collected from social media naver knowledge iN were directly annotated into suicide-tendency documents or non-suicide-tendency documents based on suicide prevention education manual issued by the Central Suicide Prevention Center, and we also conducted the deep learning model(LSTM, BERT, ELECTRA) performance evaluation based on the classification model, using annotated corpus data. In addition, one of the topic modeling techniques, LDA identified suicide factors by classifying thematic literature, and co-word analysis and visualization were conducted to analyze the factors in-depth.
