In this paper, we develop the Women's Information and Communications Technology Development Index (WIDI) framework for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States. While there are a number of global ICT indices, there are no standard global data metrics for ICT gender-related statistics in developing countries. Therefore, this research has been conducted by the Asia Pacific Women's Information. This study referenced some of the major global ICT indices and created a framework that used their basic structure and included the various measurement factors such as socio-cultural factors element and ICT policy for woman. The WIDI framework is supported by a back-end survey that was designed by the research team and reviewed by ASEAN taskforce members. Through WIDI, we can compare ICT development status and gender information gap and measure the national information gap. By presenting the basis for policy decisions on eliminating gender disparitie can help improve the social status of women.

This article examines the Internet fandom culture of YouTube and Facebook and Twitter for Korea Wave Fandom. The realization of a monitoring system for senior citizens living alone through wireless sensor network. Due to the recent advances in medical science, people live longer than ever before which accelerates the number of senior citizens. The high rate of the old people in population causes some changes in the form of families, which results in the increasing number of old people living by themselves. This also causes a lot of social problems concerning aging population. For example, people found a dead body of 83-year-old, who had lived alone, after he passed away a month before. There is a national monitoring service for the old people of their daily lives, but the application of such system is very limited. Considering this, the current paper focuses on the realization of a monitoring system for senior citizens living alone through wireless sensor network. The system consists of ZigBee sensor network, which is based on standard IEEE 802.15.4. and the system uses Tmote Sky sensor mote made by Moteive, which is installed with TinyOS. The circumstances information data will be saved on DB and a household will be monitored through a Webpage or Mobile.

According to Peter Berger and Thomas Luckmann, people do not live understanding the objective existence, but live defining the reality that is socially constructed. This study analyzed the frame of news report dealing with public figures to inquire into the following subjects: Which group is defined as a public figure? Which role and obligation are required for a public figure? Which standard can be set to judge right and wrong of behavior of a public figure? The research result shows that the press mentioned with most frequency politicians and broadcasting-related people as public figures. In case of politicians, the press focuses most on scandals related to their duties and qualities, while in case of broadcasting-related people, the press focuses most on scandals relevant to ethical problems.

Child crimes such as child abduction and lost children(MIA) have long been pointed out as social problems. However, there are few ways to solve these problems. According to MIA statistics, about 3,000 babies are lost each year. This paper presents a study on prevention of lost children ratio using mobile LBS in order to reduce the incidence of lost children ratio in dense space. First, we input the personal information of the child and the contact information of the parent. Second, we use the Google Maps API to get the location (parent's location, child's location) information. Third, the personal information of the child and the parent is indicated in the obtained location information. In future research, based on SNS, we will carry out research on sending child location information and parent location information via SMS. It is expected that the prevention system of lost child using LBS and SNS will make a great contribution to reduce the lost children ratio in the ubiquitous society.

The LTE-R system is a system consisting of a packet network that provides all IP-based services. Continuous failures related to the platform safety gate and subsequent safety accidents related to passengers and safety gate workers continue. The secondary damage caused by the failure of the platform safety door and the related human life damage have emerged as a major social issue.. By linking the beacon system to the Long Term Evoluton-Railway (LTE-R) network, an LTE-based railway wireless network currently in operation or being installed, it precisely locates trains and provides standardized fault alerts to train crews. When entering into the station, ultimately we will decelerate the train and reduce the accidents of metropolitabn railroad traffic by securing safe driving.

The Internet of Things(IoT) is to build a hyper-connected society through interconnection, and on this basis, to improve the quality of life and productivity, including solving social problems, and to become the next growth engine for the nation. The open common eco-system pursued by the IoT can start with the under- standing of the word 'open'. The IoT can achieve the expected effect of lowering the barriers to entry of technology development, and in these changes, OSSW and OSHW play a very important role in accelerating IoT eco-system maturity and breaking the boundaries between industries to promote convergence. Recently, it has developed into an intelligent IoT that combines artificial intelligence (AI) with the connectivity of the IoT. Here, I will analyze the direction of development of the IoT through understanding and analysis of open source.

It has good features for social networking with friends SNS is maintained. However, various enterprises, individuals invading the inconvenience spammers have exposure to a number of users to tweet spam. The study was conducted in the existing research on these spam tweets. However, the results showed a more accurate classification and detection is difficult because of the lack of precision and different causes. In this paper, we describe how to classify the characteristics of spammers, classification criteria. Also has a link rate and difference between followers and following, these features were present classification criteria for spammers account. This experiment was performed according to the criteria. Randomized trial of spam and non-spam accounts were selected and account type was conducted according to the criteria 68% of the link ratio of spam accounts. Followers / Following ratio was 27581.5. Non-spam accounts was 6.12%. Followers / Following ratio was 1.26.

Recently, the global warming phenomenon has been taken notice of. The global warming phenomenon has given enormous bad impact to social economic fields as well as ecological areas by rising sea levels and weather calamities. To cope with the phenomenon most developed countries adopted the Kyoto Protocol to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve the target of the Kyoto Protocol, the developed countries are operating organization-run green quality assurance and labelling systems with their standardized methods to evaluate the environmental and greenhouse gas impact for ICT products and services. This paper introduces several countries standards which can be applied to evaluate the reduction effect of greenhouse gas emission and green ICT quality assurance which also can be applicable for recycling and managing of ICT products. This paper is expected to be used as a policy data for ICT related government bodies and industry areas.

The purpose of this study was to research on the relationship of Internet Game Addiction to Psycho-emotional Variables(self-identity, depression, meaning of life). The cross-sectional descriptive study design was used. We selected 275 adults through randomised sampling and analysis the result by chi-square test and hierarchial regression method. The result of this study was as follows; The effects of personal characteristics to Internet Game Addiction was sex, age, smoking and family including social characteristics were level of mother's education, father's education, and family economic status in a row. The relationship of Internet Game Addiction to Psycho-Emotional Variables were self-identity and depression. Therefore we suggest that the practical support system for 20's age adult to increase the self-identity and decrease the depression will be applied.
